One star and it is too much. After waiting almost 2 months for my first visit, my appointment was cancelled because I arrived 26 minutes late, and there window of waiting is 20 minutes, my appointment was October 15, 2021 at 11: 20 am. I got to the parking lot at 11:15 am. I explained to the rude receptionist that I spent almost 30 minutes looking for the Building 975 Baptist Way, there are no numbers on the Building, I had no idea was inside the Hospital, I went Building by Building until I found it, then the security guard spent almost 5 minutes, I do not know why filling some kind of paper to give me a badge to go into the building, then I got to the Doctors office and the receptionist was very rude, she did not allow me to talk to a supervisor, she claims that nobody was at the office, that I was out of their time frame, that if I wanted I could make a tele health conference, which I think it is ridiculous for my first visit, I suppose Doctor must do a complete check up the first time for a new patient, I just wanted to get a referral for my Urologist. For me this has been the worst experience in my life to a Doctors appointment and worst the receptionist which do not care about been polite or helpful. First and last.

I absolutely am furious with this doctor and her staff. I started seeing DR. Vallejo in the beginning of 2021 for a annual checkup and to make her my primary, at the time I wanted to do a routine PAP smear check up but she said since it was my fist time with her I had to do a regular check up first which I understood. After that I scheduled another appointment for it which was a month from that original date and they called me a day right before that they needed to cancel because she had vacation and they were only able to reschedule for the most recent slot which was 2months from the time, the time came and they cancelled that as well. I took the time myself and scheduled an appointment myself AGAIN through the Baptist website back in July and she only had time available in September and I decided to wait it out… fast forward to the present they tried to cancel my appointment last Thursday again because the doctor had a meeting in the morning and I explained to the admin that called my experience and she said they would still accommodate to see me and pushed the appointment time up to 11am I said that was perfect that I just wanted to be seen, Monday came along and the admin called to confirm and remind me of the appointment and I said I would be there. Now today is Tuesday 9/21/21 (my appointment date) and I wake up to this message. (Attached)I hate being the type of person to complain but it’s upsetting to a person that works hard to have insurance and trusting in Dr. Vallejo to see me and I keep getting treated with this poor Sevice. I understand everyone has emergencies but 3 times is already too much of a coincidence. So my opinion to those loosing for a good and attentive primary doctor just look keep looking and find one that’s fits your needs.

Horrible experience!!! I scheduled my appointment and waited over a month. When I arrived to my appointment the front desk informed me that the appointment was canceled by them cause she wasn’t taking new patients. They didn’t bother to call and notify me. I lost hours of work to waste me time. Horrible service!!!
