Very unprofessional staff. Got there at 8:30 pm and they were super rude, I know they close at 9 pm but unfortunately needing to be seen by a doctor couldn’t wait. When they walk me in music is blasting super loud (not professional music) and a PA comes to see my wound she doesn’t ask me any questions and she tell me I need to give you 2 meds, I asked her what she thought I had and she says “you know we are closed and I’m going to give you what I think you need” how is she going to assess what I have if she hasn’t asked any questions? How can she not tell me what she thinks I have? Where was the Dr.?Honestly, don’t waste your time. I requested I get my co-pay back and advise others NOT to go to this facility all they want to do is take your money.

I was very pleased with my visit. The lady at front desk was very nice and so was the nurse and the Doctor.

Got vaccine there today. Nurse was nice . BUT- the waiting room was packed with people there for covid tests and symptoms and they do not have seats spaced so everyone is sitting right next to each other and standing close. Did not feel safe.

I’ve had two great experiences here in the past two weeks. The staff was very helpful all around from the front desk staff, to Marie in triage, to the providers. They show their care and concern and commitment to my personal healthcare. One visit was for urgent care, the other for routine care. The office is warm and welcoming. I would recommend this location. Wait time was also minimal.

Check in was real quick. Wait time was short. Staff were super friendly and appears to love their job. Everyone was in happy spirits and genuinely seemed interested in me, as the patient. The Covid test was yucky, but the nurse and doctor were joking around with me to make it seem less yucky!! Very pleasant experience!!

Excellent costumer service, very quick, very professional and kind personal, no appointment required, medical doctor (Dr Dieguez) very good example of a urgent care physician, very attentive, patience, showing vast resources to treat my mother very complex health issues.

If your coming in here for an infection save your time. They have a sign that pretty much stating antibiotics are bad. Came with a very sore throat, they gave me ibuprofen and said it was allergies what a joke. Went to my normal urgent care on campbell right after, was given antibiotics for an infected throat. Avoid this place for these problems.

All the employees were very nice and helpful. The environment was nice and clean as well. I didnt have to make an appointment, I walked in and did not have to wait long at all to be seen. My test results came back in the time period they told me they would. Im very pleased with my experience here and would definitely return.

The irony of “urgent care”I came in for a covid test, feeling my worst, nobody else in the waiting room, and had to wait for 45 minutes. The receptionist didn’t even bother to check the wait time estimate for me, and continued to watch a show on her phone. I’ve been to other md now clinics and this one has been so far the only bad one.

Was going to take the vaccine. Came here 2 weeks ago for a sore throat. They gave me a test for strep throat and said I was negative and now came back for a following and now they say I have strep throat no one called…

They advertise COVID results in less than 48 hours and when u sign up they say it will take three days, waiting time is very long

They are the best. I had the best experience with the doctors assistant & the herself is great. They are caring & make you comfortable. If I could, I would go to them all the time when needed. Keep up the great job, ladies 😀

Service was excellent until my employer noticed the work note had wrong date to return to work (October instead of December). Called and spoke with Lena or Gina first about the issue. She placed me on hold then another girl (didn’t identify herself) and informed me that someone was speaking to the doctor in the back. Then Lena or Gina picked up the call and informed me to come in to get a new work note from the doctor. It was almost closed time and she explained to me that tomorrow there was going to be a different doctor. I rushed myself ( keep in mind I’m sick and was instructed to be in bed by their doctor earlier) to the center and as soon (4:00 pm) as I got to the door someone looked it without asking what I needed. Called several time without any answered because “it was closed”. I spoke with 2 individuals previously why closed the door in my face?? I wasn’t going to see the doctor... I was there because of a mistake done by them not me.

What a horrible experience with that nurse or lady doctor ! Never again going there !! First off the Hispanic doctor or with black hair had no type of personality she didnt even say hi (hate when people do that) I was having breathing problems I had to tell her to at least check my lungs , she was trying to rush me out then told me she has other people even though I wasnt even in her for 5 minutes! She was so rude so I had to be rude back . I was just trying to find out why I wouldnt breath she was like idk and I was like well IDK EITHER THATS WHY I PAID 150 for you to help me find out , google was more helpful then her ! Save your money , but I do have to say the ladies at the front were great and attentive nothing bad about them !

Professional friendly staff. Wait was a bit longer than what I had read in other reviews, but it was the weekend and they had just opened. No big deal. Was seen by practitioner, which seems to be the norm now. There must be a shortage of doctors. Overall, good experience.

Terrible experience. This location deserves ZERO stars. My mom had an appt for 8:15, received confirmations via text and email. When she arrived, the woman at the desk said she couldnt find her appt, and refused to look at my moms phone for proof. She was incredibly rude to an older woman. Doesnt matter how the medical staff is, my mother left before being seen because she was going to have to wait behind a bunch of people when we took the time to make an appt the day before. Terrible service, never ever again. Do better MD Now.Update: I submit feedback on the MD Now site and to their credit, someone from management called me multiple times until they reached me to hear what I had to say and tell me their plan to make sure that experience doesn’t happen to anyone else. I can appreciate a company that admits its faults and course-corrects. I told them to “do better”, and they did.

Very RUDE employees at this location. The receptionist Elisa flores is awful. She was so rude to me advising that she doesn’t accept Humana Medicaid Insurance . When I visited this location about a week ago. She couldn’t even spell my name correctly, telling me o she couldn’t find me. I told Iris S. The clinic lead. Who claimed that she was the office manager and she and the Dr was basically covering up for. ELISA what a mess. Shame on you all....

I was quite pleased. Medical staff was knowledgeable as well as friendly & helpful. Great to have an urgent care choice nearby when my primary is closed. Thus not having to go to the emergency room for things like today.

Front desk is so wonderful, very friendly, nurse inside the room is excellent. I would give her A++. She is sweet , caring and understand situation of sick people. BUT. The doctor is very dry, rough, very inhuman like a robot . She may be good as a doctor but she talk to me almost scream at. Never smile. So serious.

The physician who worked with me was very thorough and easy to communicate with. She offered a sinus Xray and Im so glad that she did that. I would absolutely trust her to treat me again if the need arises.

On 1-17-2020 When I got there.The urgent Care was completely empty. They made me wait 35mins to finally be seen. Once the doctor came in. He was rude,aggressive, suggested that I was lying about my symptoms. Made me feel uncomfortable. He kept sneezing without covering his mouth. After checking me he said nothing is wrong with you. Walked out. And talked about me to another staff on a ride manner Suggesting that if I had the flu I needed to take amoxicillin and I had no choice after telling them I could not take amoxicillin do to my stomach issues.They gave me a influenza test. The results showed I had a common cold. The doctor rudely said. I didnt need any medicine it would go away on its own. Didnt even need to come in. But he was going to write me up something just because....I waited in the room for another 30mins. Heard him shouting at another patient in the room next to mine. I then decide to just walk out and leave. Never going back to this place. Theres a reason why its empty. Unbelievable!

On Tuesday, January 7th, 2020 around 7-8pm, 2 health care providers failed to follow Universal Precautions. After a blood draw, I had bled through my bandaid and down my arm. Both the doctor and the health care provider that did my vitals (not my blood draw) proceeded to clean up my bloody arm without first putting on gloves. It takes 5 seconds to put on gloves. The doctor left the room while the other healthcare provider finished, and then she went and typed some things into the tablet in the room. She then tried to hand me that tablet so I could sign some paperwork. I instead asked to be shown a bathroom so I could wash my bloody hands. Incidents like this and the carelessness shown is why HAIs are so common. South Florida also has some of the highest HIV rates in the country, so you would think that health care providers here would be particularly careful. An email has been sent to [email protected] as this is the 2nd & 3rd time health care providers have failed to put on gloves while handling my blood at an MD Now.

I have always gone to this Miami Dade clinic because it is a very clean place, the attention of the regular staff, the assistants of the front desk could be more friendly and the doctor who attended me today was horrible, the excellent nurse.

If I could NOT give stars, I would not give them, I have been trying for months since November to give me a clearance I paid $ 150 to MD Now I made myself attend there. They told me to send the clearance to my doctor and me ... I never received the clearance and neither did my doctor, nor did I. Pay $ 150 for nothing. I lost my surgery and they charged me a fee for missing the day of my surgery appointment for not having clearance, I used the services of MD NOW because they are supposedly efficient and fast ... and I tried to communicate. They put me on hold and hang up. It is the worst experience of my life. Be very careful! I feel ripped off!

Today I showed up at one of its centers located near exit # 1 in Florida City, it is a new center, since I got the attention it was very good, once they entered me I could observe the friendliness, attention and professionalism of the staff . They were very hot with me, they really were very patient. I went for an intense migraine, it was really bad and when I left there I had almost recovered 70% my health, my well-being. They were extremely careful with me. They saved my life. Who has ever suffered from migraine will understand what I say. I honestly thought I was going to have a stroke. The pain was indescribable. I am very grateful to you. Thank you . And if I recommend them 100%
