They routinely short scripts, give wrong information. They didnt even complete one script and then were rude about it.

Kind staff helping a bunch of sick crabby people lol. Be nice, Im polite no matter- they always treat me like gold! 👍

2 times call in week early, get there not ready. Horrible, not going back.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used.

Terrible customer service. Talking loud about peoples personal medical issues at and behind the counter. 8 employees working and still slow, not an exaggeration. I complained about the loudness to the manager and my doctor went down and talked to them. They wont blurt personal info anymore. Also the employee with the bun hairdo had his hand down the back of his pants scratching and stank.

Worst pharmacy ever. Never on time, never considering other peoples needs. Medications are necessary for all people. You cant, and should not be allowed to have a pharmacy. Thus is a complete disgraceful act against people who need their medication

Pharmacy is pretty good they get my medications swiftly. The only complaint I have is that they could really use an expanded area as the line backs up quickly and the space is limited to the people standing around waiting for their flu shots and pharmaceuticals.

I have gone here throughout the 15 plus years I have lived in Homer and I have now decided to transfer from there due to exceptionally poor customer service. This has been over a long period of time and many instances and the last interaction was just over the top unprofessional and rude. They also do not seem to be able to find answers to questions and then I have also had wrong refills of prescriptions.

Nice pharmacy but the selection is limited... But then its a small pharmacy. I would return if needed.

Im an RN that often deals with the pharmacy and they are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They definitely have to deal with some challenging customers as I have witnessed while waiting there, but they are always professional.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. It took three days to get a prescription refilled and then they didn’t even have enough medication to fill the prescription.... AFTER 3 DAYS!!!! They didn’t even look at my prescription until 6:30pm on the 3rd day... absolutely terrible service.

I went there three damn times, Drs told me they sent the prescription at 1230 it was patches in a box. Went there three times waited three hours. Everytime I go there I always wait a long time and after my hysterectomy I waited four hrs after my surgery when I called a whole week before!! Safeway in Soldotna does this to.

What is happening with the Safeway pharmacy in homer? Do they routinely short prescriptions? Do they not have to be compliant with the law by telling your Dr. that they shorted you?

One of the staff gave my mother and I the wrong prescriptions, and almost had us killed. Also the same employee is often very rude to us.
