12 years ago when I moved to Soldotna from California, I opened an account with Alaska USA and have been with them ever since, even during the two years I spent in Auburn, Washington before moving back to the Kenai Peninsula. I cant think of one time that I have had a bad experience with the credit union as a company or the tellers & agents in one-on-one interactions. The only complaint I have is that I wish Alaska USA had more shared branches in the co-op for when I am traveling.

Rude incompetent employees at homer branch. The phone service from credit union headquarters was worse. Watch out!
