This company has no business being in business if it was not for me having to go thru my insurance to get my cpap machine and supplies i would not be using this company at all. lincare hands down has the worst customer service. they claim they never recieve the fax my from the dr office so Im unable to get my supplies

Hands down is the worst ever in customer service! I have been with this company almost 3 years. There is always an issue getting my supplies and every department has Absolutely NO idea what the issues are, but blame it on someone else! If breathing wasnt life and death, it would be laughable; almost!! Im actually sitting on hold for the 3rd week, getting nowhere! Take heed, only use this company if you have no other options.

Very poor customer service. The phone tree is long and annoying and unclear. The phone calls back dont happen. Today is Wednesday and Ive been waiting for a call back since last Friday. Ive requested my script today so that I can take my business elsewhere!

Ive been a customer for close to 2 years and have never had an issue. The technician that fit me for my CPAP was very knowledgeable and helped get the correct style and fit. Theyve addressed all my needs, and the resupply and billing havent been an issue. Very satisfied customer.

They never return phone calls!!! My mother has called numerous times and they never call back! Theyre terrible! Find another company!

CPAP machine did not work out for me...not LinCares fault. But the billing and insurance problems are. They really appear to be a little out of their league. I have spoken with the local office (Holt, MI) on many occasions and they have not been able to get this anything fully resolved. After a 20 minute wait online for Corporate billing they are going to call the local office. Would not recommend them.

Always have a reason not to have the products once waited for 6 months and its been 5 months the second time and still have not received the products. Staff real nice but nice dont help you breath
