Unable to staff my case, simple basic needs - after six weeks, only had an HHA for five visits. Kept calling to follow up, check on the status of my case. Prior to the six weeks, had one aide who cancelled once a week - also lived far. The next aide - nice, charming - yet kept making mistakes that became a pattern and after two months decides she does not want to wear her mask (and she is not vaccinated)!! Kimberly is nice, but needs to follow up a little better - call client to make sure aide has shown up; ask client how are things are going w the aide; have aide call client to introduce themselves, touch base before their first visit - would be very helpful.Carmen is a floater - and is the nicest, kindest, sweetest, caring person. I do not have private insurance to pay, so this probably affected the caliber of caregivers and availability.

I am very satisfied with Tri-Country awesome services. The caregiver offers us great services with an awesome attitude and smile. She takes care of everything related to my mother, from general assistance to meal preparations, dressing and safety supervision. She really went above and beyond to make this as easy and smooth a process as we could have imagined.

Tricounty Home Health Care were miracle workers for me when it came to helping me prepare my mother for a move back to New York. She suffered from Alzheimer’s (advanced) and hypertension and it was clear she could no longer be independent. Tricounty took wonderful care of her and me as well. The staff is amazing - Yolande and Kim were so gracious and kind to me, helping me navigate a difficult period and going the extra mile even when others would not. And I will always remember them for that.

Tricounty Homecare of Florida took care of my father after he had a bad fall and injured himself. The staff was incredible with my dad. Took excellent care of him. The office staff was also great, they were very attentive to the family,,s needs and extremely patient with us through that difficult period. I would 100%recommend this agency to anyone on the planet.

The caregivers r the one that get the 5 start, because I worked in the office n let me tell u something that Kimberly Williams dent is evil. The staff r the one that make that agency look good. because if u need to know about the office manager so FAKE.dont believe everything they tell you.I needed a personalpapers from my x file n the answe was it got lost,that was that answer that gave me. because I need a paper from my file. I am not say this because me meaning mad or absent,But they n not honest. Is ashame because the owner believes everything she say, time will tell.
