I love this pharmacy. Been an off & off customer for yrs. They know their patients and they actually care!!! They have recently started a nonprofit Live Love Life to help those that no one else wants to help. They have become my support system & I love the direction they are headed. I was in the hospital and need infusions at home so I could leave. I’ve done many iv’s at home using a large company in Jacksonville. To come home this time it would have been $600 which I couldn’t afford. The case mgr luckily found Holly Hill pharmacy who only charged $90 for the infusions and all the supplies I needed. They delivered them the day I left the hospital. I was used to using gravity fed from a poke and it kinda sucked. This time I had iv balls which were so much easier, no poles and long tubes. I will always use this place. I really recommend calling. Everyone I talked too could not be more pleasant.

Worst pharmacy ever with hostile, liars as employees. They constantly make errors! Completely unethical behavior.

Reef is so caring and professional. He always takes that extra moment to say hello and have a quick chat. From delivering my inhome infusions when I was extremely ill to now quickly getting my medications to me. He is respectful when he does have to deliver later in the evening and calls instead of not knocking. Fawn is a total sweetheart always addresses issues and questions in regards to medications. They truly are your family pharmacy.

This place is great! I was in desperation trying to find Cured Xerform Petrolatum Dressing for second-degree burns. I couldn’t find it anywhere! As long as you have it on a prescription as your “supply list“ you can get it here! I was running out of my last dressing today.

They go above and beyond every time. They always take the time to explain everything and make you feel important. We have been using them for 15 years and will never go anywhere else.

Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The item I needed was not in stock, but they ordered it, and arrived the next day. When it arrived they took the time to make sure I knew how to use it.

Just visited again for my prescriptions & Allicia at the front desk & answers the phone is so knowledgeable on everything just ask her. Have used them 5 years & they have a medical dept. for all your home needs & they will deliver if you need them to do so at no cost. Just think if your sick & your Dr. has called you in a drug, they will bring it to you within a certain area. Give them a try or call & ask your questions.

Lady at the counter was rude and impatient. I work in a higher volume place and work well under pressure so I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but her attitude was unnecessary. You dont take personal business to work! She embarrassed me and all I asked was a simple question. I will NEVER go back

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY. We transfered my dads prescription to them because he was unable to drive and they have a delivery service. They delivered a different manufacturer of his generic medication and he had severe side affects. When I called them they said they would order the manufacturer he had been taking for months. They brought him 2 pills of the brand for that night and picked up the remaining pills. The next day at 5:00PM we had not heard from the pharmacy. I called them and they told me they could not get that manufacturer, but did not have the courtesy to call him. I had to try to get another pharmacy to fill it and have someone pick them up because it is imperative that he takes these pills every night. I am not local so I could not go and get the medicine. I called them because my dad never got a credit on his visa and they said it was not their problem if they could not get that manufacturer. They could take his money though. This is a TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT THE ELDERLY

I sure hope the lady driver of their little red delivery vehicle makes it home safe. I watched em being distracted by their phone for about 4 miles heading north on Ridgewood through Holly Hill into Ormond at 9:30 pm on a Saturday 3/30 doing 5 under the speed limit in the left lane. Well the left and part of the right lane as they swerved inches from other cars. Creeping to a stop at red lights so they could press buttons on the phone the failing to move when the light turned green. If your phone is that important pull over to snap tweet your hashbrowns or update your Tinder status for the safety of the people around you. Ya operate that company vehicle like you’re cross eyed on pills or drunk. HANG UP AND DRIVE!

Terrible woman behind the counter, Alicia! Makes mistakes everytime, and has the audacity not even to apologize! Actually avoids her responsibly in matters, and deflects the blame back to the customer!Ever since her mistakes, my prescriptions have been late on being filled, or even lost! How unprofessional can one be, ON purpose with no regard for customer service. Its disheartening to say the least that in todays society this is her deminor, and attitude! She has a job to do, and should do it professionally. Im disgusted with her lack of care and concern for customers, and their medical needs. Maybe she needs to go back to school to relearn, The Golden Rule, do onto others as you would be done to.

Hollyhill Pharmacy is always on time. all the staff is always going out of there way to make sure you are good with having your medications. If u have a problem with insurance Seiara, (i hope i spelled her name right), and Alicia will go above and beyond to help you with your insurance issue. I give 5 stars to this Pharmacy and nothing will change that.

Theyve had my script to fill since 11 in the morning been sitting in here since then it is now quarter to 6 they left get the credit card and locked up the store and left me sitting in the parking lot not very good customer service wouldnt use them go somewhere else

Everyone there is very customer friendly. They are efficient and their prices are in keeping with all other pharmacies including your ___marts and places like that.

The hours are not as convenient as the big chains but big chains seems to always have an excuse. The Rx from the MD did not arrive, the RX is expired and the MD hasnt responded, the insurance company hasnt approved the Rx. Whatever, there was always an excuse but somehow at Holly Hill Pharmacy they never have those issue. That is proof that the issue are big chain pharmacy fabrications or mismanagement.Holly Hill Pharmacy staff know me by name, they are polite and I rather give my money to a local than a large conglomerate.

WOW! what a great place! I used the pharmacy when i needed meds and supplies for a PICC line, ans they are so easy to work with, i had some trouble with the doctor and the pharamacy made sure everything happened on time! they are friendly, nice, caring. I decided to start using them for what ever pharmaceutical needs i have just to support them! and they deliver. I had some questions and they were able to answer them. i felt like i time traveled back to the 1950s when excellent customer care, mom and pop shops were easy to come by. IVs can be tricky ans quiet frankly scary for the squeamish and they make the hassel i dont need disappear! i just cant stop saying how great they are.
