I had two massages over a week (one reflexology and one 90 minute deep tissue).Samara is a wonderful diagnistician, and knows how to work you to free up the tightness. She spent time on flexibility, turning me into a pretzel but was surprisingly adept at avoiding scale 10 pain.She has a wide interest in human health, not limited to massage, as she spoke with considerable knowledge about age-related exercise, proper walking technique, clues offered by the condition of your skin, why or why not chiropractor, and much more.You will leave her clinic feeling better physically and better informed.Highly recommended

I have issues in my arms and hands, I left the massage feeling no pain, and my numbness subsided the day after. I have felt amazing since. I wish I didnt live in IL, Id get a massage from Relative Healing bi-weekly if I could.

I saw their video of massage by foot and tried it. I carry camera equipment for my job, my neck, shoulders and back suffer from the weight. The massage so far has been the deepest relaxing feeling Ive experienced - its reduced my shoulders and back pain. I highly recommend it.

I recently have had pain in my hips that bothered me when sitting and driving,My primary doctor advised that it was more likely a muscle problem than a hipproblem. Samara was able to concentrate her therapy deep into the muscles aroundthe hips and the problem was immediately resolved. She is a great deep tissuetherapist and I would highly recommend her.

Amazing results i went for postop lymphatic drainage as i was very bloated, just an example is the first day i went i was on firat levels of my garment and could hardly breath as it was so tight...went for 2nd treatment and was on 3rd level of tightness of my garment!!!! so still have some swellness to loose, going back next week but so so so amazed with results that i just want to go back every week now...and funny how i just did a random search on google for lymphatic massage...lucky i chose here, treatment is fab and totally empathy with client...i have had a lot of massages in my life around the world! where i left even feeling ripped off.. this has to be in my top 5 massage therapists

After my first Bar Theraphy I had no idea what to expect regarding my golf game. Initially I tried to power the ball as usual but then thought of the soothing motions of Bar Theraphy and relaxed bringing that to my swing. The smooth long strokes transferred to my swing and I played one of my best rounds ever.The significant factor was applying the smooth stretching motion of the Bar Theraphy to my swing.The smooth stretching motion allows for a more flexible turn which helps generate more power.My son swam at world class levels and received this type of theraphy before his big events.I now know now why.
