Super helpful with showing me and my friend about our membership!

The manager was very professional and helpful in the enlistment process. I was unsure of signing up initially however upon reconsideration and help from the manager she made me feel confident and in control of my gym membership.

My fiancé and I were helped by the club manager Sabrina, she was very good at communicating with us about everything we needed to know for our memberships :) It was an easy process to sign up.

Shelly and Sabrina were awesome. The sign up was so easy and the facility was in great shape.

I came down from Eugene OR for the week and was a guest at anytime. the gym was super clean and organized! The staff member that was named Bri was super sweet and very welcoming to me my visit at anytime. one hundred percent recommended.

Sabrina is absolutely amazing and the epitome of professionalism. I definitely recommend this gym. It’s clean, has a great selection of equipment and was not crowded. The fact that you can come in 24/7 is what drew me here. The low investment for high quality is what made me stay.

Bry was so great! She gave me a great tour and helped the process of getting started super easy!

Manager Sally was very rude and short with my wife and I due to a dispute in the contract. She said to me “Im not going to sit here and go back and forth with you”. I called and my wife went in person, she was rude both times. Poor personal relations. Learn to treat your PAYING customers with some respect as you are the one who serves us not the other way around.

This is my first time coming to Anytime Fitness and I’m very pleased by the customer service. The gym itself is clean and it’s not as intimidating like other gyms in the area. I felt welcomed as I was given a tour around the facility and when I was asking questions!

I have been a member for over 2 years, the club in Hollister California has not answered the phone in over 8 months or responded to numerous emails sent to cancel my membership. My written cancel notice was mailed back in July 2020 with my fob.to this day Im still being billed. ABC financial there 3 Rd party billing can not cancel this membership without this specific club in Hollister consent. Help somebody. Any ideas? I would like to resolve this club not the better business bureau.

I took a 7 day Trial while visiting family in town. Everything was great at first until it came time to return the fob. I was going to the gym in the mornings and was frequently busy in the evenings, so I had my brother drop off the fob on day 7 of the trial - as I had been told.They did not return the $39.99 hold on the account (which was mischievously processed as a sale) and claimed that the same individual needed to drop off the fob.1. It was never communicated who needed to drop off the fob2. It was explicitly communicated that it needed to be dropped off on the 7th trial day - leaving out the part where you will not get your funds back if somebody else returns the fob3. They clearly did not check ID so that they could verify the person dropping off the fob was the same as the one on the trial nor did they ask for the original payment method to process the refund at the time the fob was returnedThey clearly left out important information knowing they could scam people.This experience on top of everyone elses comments about them not answering the phone make for an incredibly unprofessional staff at a gym that had potential to be nice.

This gym is amazing. I love that it’s clean and friendly. The staff are encouraging and acknowledge you when you come in and leave (if they aren’t helping a member at that time). Melina is always so helpful with questions or concerns you may have. Jennifer is always cleaning and encouraging you to reach your goals.

Great service and the place is always clean

I have lived out of the area for over a year and have continue to be charged for my membership even though cancellation was requested over a year ago. When I brought this to managements attention over two weeks ago, they were less than sympathetic, immediately told me no refunds would be issued. The customer service has been poor from day one from the management level. It has been over two weeks and they have yet to confirm cancellation even though we submitted proof of residency over two weeks ago, showing that we have lived out of the area for over a year.

Staff is ok except for one instance before the gym closed from this pandemic, I asked one of the staff members to freeze my account so that I wouldnt get charged well the gym was closed he said they will freeze all the accounts before closing. He lied to me and I keeped getting charged every month including maintenance fees, I call customer service it was horrible I just decided to closed my account and paid over $300 to get out of my contract and stop dealing with this gym they are a joke ,all they really care getting peoples money even though the gym was closed for months.

Clean and good quality equipment!

Multiple attempts to cancel when no one answers the phone, their voice-mail is full, and the location is closed might be bad enough under other circumstances, but the fact I am 4 months passed my contract end date and still being charged is horrendous. I sent a letter with my fob and still yielded no result.

It’s a great gym! It has all the equipment you need and is nice and clean. It’s never too busy at the time I go, late morning to mid-day. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

The womens shower room turns into a sauna if you take a 2+ minute hot shower. Condensation dripping down all the walls. Great shower water pressure, too!

Amazing service!

Good alternative to barre if you need a break from that style. I enjoy the ab and especially the oblique moves- no other workout targets these areas quite like Hollister, in my experience. Minus one star for the facilities- its not like some other places in the city where you go there for the sleek aesthetic or inviting locker room.

Amazing experience

This is my go to gym after work. Staff is always friendly and will say hi if they have the chance when you are walking in. The staff always makes sure the equipment is clean and they restock the cleaning wipes often for people to clean down equipment after their workout. It can get busy on certain days and times and since it is somewhat on the smaller side, it can seem to be over crowded. I just typically go at a later or earlier time to avoid this issue.
