Test results for covid tests take absurdly long. You can get results within a day nearly ANYWHERE else, but they take forever. By the time we get results back, it won’t matter because the 10 days will be up!

CVS is the best pharmacy I have been to. Everyone is patient, wears their masks, and gets my prescriptions right every time. If there is an insurance issue, they try to fix it right away. Sometimes the line is a little long, but it is because they are taking the time to make sure each customer has what they need.

Pharmacy tech refused to let me speak to the pharmacist about my brand new medication. Said he was busy. I said I’d wait. She insisted, saying he’s got too much to do.When I finally got her to let me talk to him, all he told me about the medication was the name! Not even what it was for!

I was just there this morning intending to get a flu shot but two of the three pharmacy workers had their masks pulled down/off, so I left. Filling prescriptions and preparing shots without masks? No thanks.

This review is for the CVS store. Like many others, my experience with the pharmacy has not been the greatest. The store itself is like most others, but the customer service is amazing. In particular, Robin is incredible. She is always friendly, helpful, cheerful and goes above and beyond. Thank you, Robin, for great customer service.

Cons:Hit-or-miss pharmacy customer service. Often on hold for at least a few minutes when calling pharmacy. Some pharmacists not helpful. Was not notified that my prescription was out of stock.Pro:Good selection of less expensive CVS branded items.

Not sure CVS understands customer service. Was told to come back tomorrow for a specific item not yet stocked on shelf. Returned the following day. Was told, theres lots of stuff in back but havent gotten to it yet. Check back tomorrow. I asked, can you check for me? Was told, maybe 3rd shift will get to it. Never answered by question.......sad.

Tom in pharmacy is excellent. He takes the time to know his customers, even when it is crazy busy, and works hard to give great caring service. Its a busy store. We expect the pharmacists to be patient, but we as customers need to be patient too. The front checkout clerks are friendly too.

Worst pharmacy I have ever gone to, sadly. Their customer service is atrocious behind the pharmacy counter. Almost everytime I go there they are extremely rude. I am positive I have never had a good experience with them. They are slow, they seem to over look refills on so many of my prescriptions with refills clearly on the bottle. Its obvious that all of the pharmacy techs hate their jobs. This CVS location is very disappointing, I will be taking my business elsewhere along with my familys. Also, I will be continuing to tell others not to come to this location.

I always try to be really patient and understanding with any pharmacy as I know they have a lot of people who get frustrated when prescriptions werent sent by their doctors or miscommunication with their insurance about coverage or all sorts of other situations, but theres no reason for the bad attitudes Ive been met with every time I have gone to this pharmacy. My husband is a veteran and we have used pharmacies from all over the U.S., and this is by far one of the most rude and unaccomodating pharmacies I have ever had to use. My husband is about to start with a new company and as such we are between switching insurances, which means I needed to use good RX to find a good deal for the next few months. The first time I went to get my prescription was on a Friday, it was supposed to he ready that morning and it wasnt. She assured me it would be ready within the hour, but I had to work that day so I wasnt able to pick it up. That weekend was my daughters first birthday so obviously there was no time to run by and fill it, as we had family from out of state visiting. I go to pick it up on Monday, thinking Ill have a quick stop in the drive thru and run home to my husband who was not feeling well. Instead, I was told to hold on at the window, then found out the wrong script was filled and then given a bunch of attitude and misinformed that apparently meijer, my normal pharmacy would fill it for free (which is untrue). I called meijer to get better information, then had to call Cvs again. When I called, the tech that answered the phone just goes can I help you? Instead of anything like thank you for calling cvs pharmacy on Douglas Ave, how may I help you? Then proceeded to ask for my name and date of birth, put me on hold, picked the phone back up and said, who am I talking to? Like I didnt literally just give her my information, then proceeded to ask for the exact name of the prescription being filled and then told me I had to look up the exact address and phone number for her of the pharmacy I needed her to request the prescription transferred from. Ive literally never had a pharmacy need all of that information or be so rude with a customer or have the audacity to argue with them. I work in customer service and know this is no way to do business. Rest assured that once we get our new insurance, I will never be a repeat customer of this CVS or any other CVS.

Place is worst I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I go to pick up prescription it’s out of stock. Every month. I have to wait a week longer to get It filled. They don’t have it together at all. I’m forced to go there for my insurance. Or I would never go back. A 2 year old could run a better business.

Consistently terrible pharmacy. Prescriptions are not ready although text and phone messages say they are. The pharmacy is open 24/7 so it can be used as a last resort.Pharmacy continues to be awful. Ordered refill 10 days ago. Was told paperwork would not be submitted until 12 days later and script wont arrive until after the supply I have is out. This is a med I order here ALL THE TIME. As others have said, the ONLY reason I go here is because insurance requires it.

Terrible Pharmacy. Didnt have the prescription medicine, they had to order, and then kept moving the date when it would come in. Walgreens, Walmart both had it available ....Thank Goodness !!!! I always had to call this CVS location for the follow-up....never contacted me on status....the Pharmacy just doesnt communicate ....... seems they dont know whats going on.....dangerous for a Pharmacy and obviously dont CARE about the customer. (CAREMARK is a CVS program they have). By the way, this review applies specifically to this location. Ive dealt with other CVS locations in different States that have been very good.

Pharmacy staff was very rude over the phone, and basically said, Ok, bye. and hung up the phone. After following up with store manager, there was no resolution as he just put me through to the same staff member who was even more rude on the phone, and hung up again. Very unprofessional staff working there.

Pharmacy old guy is very rude... He seems very stressed ... awful in customer service... This is the 2nd time he has been very rude on the phone... it seems like he hates his job . If he doesn’t like to deal with customers he needs to find another job that is less stressful for him or retire.

Worst pharmacy ever.....the staff is very rude. I called in to see if i can fill my wifes prescription and the lady on the phone said she couldnt hear me so i pulled over and asked her if this was better and she said No so i said i will call back and she answerd ok. So i drive to the store and hand the lady my prescription and while im talking to her the same lady i was on the phone with was talking to the other pharmacists saying i was talking to this guy and all i heard was prescription and i told him i couldnt hear him, and im like get up walk around, or get a new cell phone or something or a land line. So yhey all start laughing not knowing i was there in front of them the whole time. They are so unprofessional and down right rude.

Worst pharmacy every super rude staff. NO one knew what was going on i was told they would have my medication in by 11 am today and when i called back no one knew a thing and i talked to two different staff who told me two different stories.. and my Mother had two prescriptions filled for the incorrect amounts in a two week period. They are very and even lost a prescription which was turned in to the pharmacist in person.
