This is the cleanest/most professional dental office I have visited. I had such a great experience with my first appointment today. I have never been so excited to continue to dental health journey! I absolutely love Dr. W and the staff at Elite Dental. I have had a fear of Dentists since I was a child. One terrible experience with my parents choice of Dentist when I was about 10 started a life long anxiety of going to the Dentist. As an adult I put off going, but always made sure my children went. When I had problems with my teeth I would research for days on a good dentist. Just when I’d find one that I liked, my husband got transferred. The search went on and off during 4 job transfers. When we retired to Holland, I had not been to the Dentist in over 3-4 yrs! I researched again and loved the great reviews on the website. My first visit I was nervous as could be. Dr. W. and the Staff talked to me to calm my racing heart! When the procedure was over, Dr. W. stayed and talked with me until I relaxed and quit shaking. He is very compassionate and the staff are always friendly and caring. I would highly recommend Elite Dental to anyone- my best friends, enemy’s ( don’t really have any) and the biggest Cowards! Love this office. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. It’s always clean and pre-covid they ran a nice little humidifier/diffuser, so it always smelled lovely. They are timely and even though going to the dentist isn’t always a good time, they make it a great experience.

The care was good—no problems with that. However, on the first visit, after my cleaning I was told the total was more than I had been quoted by about $100 out of pocket. Went for a second visit, paid the bill, and a month later was sent a bill for an additional $76. I guess if a provider is going to work with a person’s insurance and they tell you an amount that you’ll have to pay out of pocket, they should honor that amount. Either know what your patients will have to pay or don’t give them a quote. I’ve moved on to another dentist.

The entire staff at Elite from the moment you walk in are friendly professional and considerate. The hygienist are always on time and mindful of each patients situation. Dr. Wisniewski is great always explains what he’s doing and what’s needed. Scheduling is a breeze and the text reminder about your appointment is convenient! Nice waiting room and an easy location to get to!

Only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is because they had me rescheduled twice before I actually had my appointment. Would recommend!

Well people I tell you what, I had a root channel that need doing real bad and was getting infected because no one would touch it. I went all over the city living in pain and discomfort while the infection spread trying to avoid having to have it pulled. In other words the only dentist that cared enough to try to save a strangers tooth was Dr Wisniewski. I was blown away not only his compassion , his professionalism, his confidence, and his patience to take the time to answer all questions putting the answers in a way you can understand. I am a older man who has been to many dentists over the years and I am one who is hard to empress but I can tell you this. If you want a top quality dentist that will make sure you are out of the woods when you have issues with your teeth than and you have the money because believe me good dental repair is going to cost you where ever you go, than there is no need to look any farther than Dr Wisniewski.

This is the most proactive dentist office Ive ever been to. They dont just react to any current problems but really think long-term to make sure your teeth last and look nice for a long time. They are great with my kids and make it a positive experience for them too.

I dont write many reviews, but I have to say I am a HUGE fan of ELITEdental! I was visiting Holland last year from New England, and had a dental issue that needed immediate attention. Not only did they get me in that same day, they took care of it so that the rest of my trip could carry on smoothly. And, as a gracious gesture to an out-of-town guest, they didnt even charge me anything (even though I was more than happy to pay given all they did!) So I couldnt recommend them highly enough!

Great service all around. Check-in is always smooth and friendly. Hygienists are all top notch and Dr. Phil is a dedicated professional who takes great pride in doing a great job. No worries about up-sells or unnecessary work.The place always looks clean.

I have been going to Phil for over 25 years. One of the things I like about this dentist is that he does most everything in house. He doesnt farm out root canals, or crown work, etc. Phil and his staff have earned my respect and loyalty, and Im sure you will find his work of the highest caliber.

We were having a great time with them until one of our favorite girl quit. Since then a women who is named Jen has been answering our phone calls, speaking rudely to us when we are trying to ask questions. We have been trying to make payment arrangements with them and now we cant even arrange anything because she doesnt let you speak. She speaks, and continues to talk to you until you seriously hang up in her face. I am highly upset and feel very disrespected by this place and we have stopped going to this dentist because of it. Not that we didnt like his services is the people that answer the phone.

I chipped a tooth and he tried to fix the 2 teeth next to it ( I had no issues with them the xray showed a little cav in each) he drilled one of my molars so deep and did not fill it back in like it should have been, felt like I had roots hanging out. I went back from so much pain, he criticized me about when a tooth is drilled out and then filled.. i said, do not! tell me about fillings and bla bla.. just fill my tooth in the rest of the way! then!!! he told me I was right! Now I cannot eat on my right side because they are so spaced out everything gets stuck in there!!! NOW Im afraid to go to ANY dentist. this quack not only looks like a fool. He is!! Worst dentist Ive ever been to.
