I’ve had such great experiences at destiny dental with my kids and today (finally) for myself. I’d been putting off going in because I was nervous, but I was not shamed in any way for waiting so long to have my teeth checked. Today I needed 2 old fillings replaced as I was having pain on and off for months. Sure enough, there were cavities under those old fillings. The dentist was very thorough and made sure my bite was perfect before we were done. Tonight I was expecting soreness because they were large fillings plus the Novocain injection, but my mouth feels great! It’s nice to find an office that does excellent work and also has kind and gentle staff. Thank you for taking such good care of my teeth!

Best prices in town for good quality dental work. Especially if you don’t have insurance and are paying for your whole visit at the time of visit.I went to a different dentist for a cleaning, because I had a coupon. Found out that I needed crowns. They wanted to charge $1300 per crown, ouch! I called three other places and got pretty much the same price.Destiny does it for $845 (for those without insurance)Regular cleaning at other dentist were close to $135, Destiny does it for $70 (for those without insurance).

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!I cannot begin to explain how rude and disrespectful this company is. The dentist makes rude comments and likes to say things like Oh someone doesnt like to floss and Youre a big girl now, you dont need gas He does not know what the Hell I need and he is definitely not it. The front women are also so snippy and if you dont answer right away. They snap at you and roll their eyes. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to!!

NEVER GO HERE !!!!! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR TEETH ! AND CALL THE COPS IF YOU ASK FOR CORPORATE!! NEVER BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! My first experience receptionist Cynthia decided to be very very rude and call me and tell me my appointment was cancelled after waiting 3 Months and hung up on me I tried to call back multiple times and she either hung up on me or just didnt answer !!!! when I finally got my appointment to get my cavities filled they were NOT AT ALL NICE !!!!! LITTERALLY STUCK A NEEDLE TO MY NOSE ! When I told them it hurt he just seemed to go deeper in my lip !.I NOW HAVE 4 TEETH THAT ARE HALF FILLED AND ARE STABBING MY LIP AND TONGUE. I went today to get my teeth fixed and the receptionist Cynthia which is the one that hung up on me decided to hang up on another person because they did not accept their insurance which is very very unacceptable so when I had went to the back to get my teeth cleaned I had asked the dentist what the corporate number was and the supervisor followed me back to the room asked why I needed to talk to a supervisor and told me that I could leave and then when I had asked for a corporate number she had given me a Spanish number!!!!! THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL THE COPS !!! When the cops got there they proceeded to tell me I wasnt allowed ON ANY OF NORTH PARK PLAZA .

I am so upset about all of this.My girlfriend went in to get her cleaning after her cavities got filled last week which they messed up her teeth, but thats a different story.She was waiting and the front receptionists kept hanging up on customers and ignoring their calls saying, Im not answering that so my girlfriend decided to cancel her appointment and she walked up and asked to cancel her appointment and asked for corporates number. The dentist came out and told her he could take her so she ended up walking back and the front receptionist followed her back there and got in her face and told her to leave just because she asked for the corporate number. I understand having a bad day but really? So she called the police on my girlfriend and they came and told her she wasnt allowed on all north park plaza. This whole situation is completely ridiculous and I dont want anyone else to go through it so I wouldnt recommend going there.

The dentists here failed to properly fill my teeth, leaving decay under the fillings. They refused to acknowledge that i wasnt numbed enough and was in pain, and laughed at me and accused me of being a drug addict when i told them i wanted gas. Go to Robinson dental in Wayland. They accept medicaid for everything but root canals and crowns. They fixed my teeth, and did all of the extensive work that destiny dental missed.Tldr: i had to get two root canals because the dentist at destiny dental didnt correctly clean and fill my cavities and my pain seemed to cause them amusement.

Worst, quickest cleaning ever.Numbed a patient and let them sit for over an hour and a half. Walked out after that, never going back. DO NOT GO HERE. 0/5 starts if possible

My experience at destiny dental on March 9, 2021 was awful. First, I made an appointment in February and recieved a confirmation text from them, but when I arrived at the correct time, they said they had no record of that appointment and I spoke to Sarah, the office manager, she would only schedule another appointment for 2 weeks out. The reason I made the appointment in the first place was because I had two broken teeth that were causing a lot of pain. When I finally had my teeth removed they would not giveAdequate pain medication, they have me enough for 24 hours. Then I began having severe pain in the other side of my jaw that shouldnt have been there. They would not do anything for me, told me to get a referral to See an ENT, which wouldve been several more weeks. This is one of the few places near me that accepts Medicaid near me, they dont treat people well

I dont like them they dont know how to answer their phones if your going to be a business, reception is talking to customers not only in person but on the phone as well.Nobody is being trained right to multitask and when someone does answer they place you on hold 45 minutes or longer.

After many years of fearing going to the dentist, I finally decided to have a procedure done that I had put off for several years. The entire staff at Destiny Dental were absolutely wonderful. My fears were put at ease and my procedure was literally painless and quick. Dr. Reinhardt was finished before I even realized it. Assisting her was Carmen and she was an angel. I will definitely make Destiny Dental my permanent dentist office. Im sorry that I didnt go sooner!!!

Amazing how to expect you to be on time for your appointment but the dentist dont mind having you wait 35 min -😡

Had me wait 4 months just to tell me they rescheduled my appointment to November three days before my appointment which was June 1 bad service in my eyes. Never again

Went there 5 different times to get my tooth filled... Came out all 5 times and broke while eating soup well after being there

I had to have 10 teeth pulled, Dr.Q was awesome!! Felt no pain, and didnt realize I was even done with the procedure. As for Tina the receptionist, she was also amazing, keeping me posted on timing and letting me know when I would be next. I personally think this office is great. I have had bad experiences at other dentists, but Dr. Q made me feel at ease.

They scratch your teeth with a vibrating pick, that makes your teeth get cavities worse! I dont recommend them at all!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone I encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Also, I felt ZERO pain throughout the entire proccess of getting my tooth pulled. Great experience.

The absolute worst dentist I have ever been too. They spend such a short time cleaning your teeth and the doctor does a quick and very unthorough cleaning that leaves the majority of stuff on your teeth. Appointments look homemade and unsafe. Do not risk your only teeth at this place. Yikes guys.

I would give them 10/5 if I could. The secretaries were kind and helped get me a quick appointment, as I cracked my wisdom tooth and was in a lot of pain. The dental assistant and Dr Q answered all my questions thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. The tooth extraction was quick! I would for sure go back be because I for sure felt like a patient and not just another dollar.

I love this place. They are very welcoming and caring to their patients. The staff are awesome and I will definitely be continuing my future dental needs here and bringing my whole family here. Dr. Q is amazing.

Took great care of my Dad that had a stroke and is in a wheelchair living in an assisted living facility. He was having a lot of pain and needed to be seen last minute on a Saturday. The staff were all very friendly and took great care of my Dad. I would give 10 stars if I could. Both of my parents will be going here now. Very affordable which is nice since they do not have dental insurance.

I can not speak highly enough of this office. They are very professional, compassionate and kind. Regardless of your insurance whether it be Medicaid or Delta Dental they treat you the same...like family. My son is also a patient and for a 17 year old young man to be impressed with a dentist that speaks volumes right there!!

12/17/19 Dentist Qowsay Muharib is an incredible service provider. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and it was 100% pain free. I have next to no swelling today and I feel great.VERY AFFORDABLE!!! (I have no dental insurance)I didnt have an appointment and they took care of me in the same day. The procedure was over in minutes. This is my new home for dentistry. From walk in, X-ray and extraction only took an hour.Growing up I had a lot of negative experiences with Dentist but this has won me back 💯%I would give ten stars if I could.Thank you!!!

Going into any dentist office generally isn’t my favorite thing to do. But I enjoy this office. The dentist recommended I bring ear buds so I could listen to my own music during procedures, and that was a HUGE help. He also has been doing a great job to correct some dental issues I have, while avoiding a root canal. (Huge bonus!!!) The office is clean and the staff are organized. I did read other reviews that said the office smelled, but I’ve been coming here for 6 months and I’ve never noticed anything unpleasant. And while I’d still rather be at the beach than at the dentist, I feel confident and comfortable going to Destiny Dental.

I had X-rays done, Dr Q, had me come back for 19 extractions, I was kinda worried and nervous at first, but as he was pulling them 1 by 1, he assured me, that I would be fine, before you knew it, all teeth had been removed, I was in a little pain, afterwards, after following directions on paperwork, and taking pain meds during weekend, I am feeling much better, and cant wait to be fitted, for my dentures. Overall, Im very satisfied with Destiny Dental, words of wise, dont wait until too late, to get dental work done, youll pay for it, in the long run.

They are nice however I have taken multiple clients at different times of the day to them and they are never running on time. One time we waited 45 minutes after our appointment time to even go back to be seen. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned about the wait. Another time we picked a 9am appointment and we still had to wait until after the appointment started by 20 minutes along with the one other patient scheduled at 9am. Would suggest an office Manager for their team to work on scheduling and management of office duties.

I had a pleasant experience at your office. Toni was extremely patient and helpful. The dental staff was friendly. Dr.Q was very nice. I hope to be back next summer!

Great people, very welcoming. Had one of their dentist that was ok, needed to fix a few things. I have been seeing their other one last few times and hes much better very good at what he does. Not sure if the first one is gone now, havent seen him in long time. If I was still seeing the original dentist, Id have given less of a rating.

New Receptionist all the time and the newest one has a serious issue with attitude and eye rolling.I tried really hard not to laugh and tell her she was a joke and very unprofessional with unnecessary attitude for insurance verification problems that happens very time and somehow they magically pull it up. The first thing the lady said was “name? Oh we need to reschedule” I have worked in the medical field for many years and clearly they need to train better on who they have at the front of their office. They just lost 3 patients!

The staff is very nice and friendly. Whenever I walk in there it feels like Im walking into another home. The atmosphere is calm and friendly and they are very kind to curious children. They even have Xboxs out in the lobby for those anxious kids waiting to go see the dentist

NEW REVIEW-Prepare for very long wait times-Confused staff and they’re unorganized-Constantly have to remind dentist to tell me what the hell he’s doing.-The place needs work.-The dentist should work on his interpersonal skills along with the rest of the staff.-My first visit was the only good visit, I will be finding me a new dentist soon.

Its not super busy, so appointments are easy! The doctor was quick and super helpful.

I had a couple of cavities when I went in, but none were sensitive. After a filling I couldnt eat at all on the one side. It felt like I was getting stabbed while simultaneously my tooth was not fully attached anymore. I went back in to get it checked and they drilled it again, yet again I couldnt eat on it. Return the next week, THIRD time they drilled it, and I still cannot put pressure on that side of my mouth. Will not return, they have messed up my mouth so badly.

The service is quick, the dentist and staff are professional and friendly and answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Everyone at Destiny is very friendly and professional and I highly recommend ther services to everyone, especially those with medicaid. 5 stars!

If I could give a zero I would. Never ever going back to that place! Now they removed part of the tooth and still need an oral surgeon, so I have a huge whole for nothing and them yanking and cracking for almost two hours. Except for when hed just stop to go work on someone else. At least ten times he did this. Im sorry you have a busy schedule but thats why you get more than one dentist and schedule yourself time in case of something like this. Thought I was in pain before. Ugh DO NOT GO TO DESTINY DENTAL. Dr was rude, wouldnt inform you of anything and literally threw a tool down and hands on the air and walked out of the room when one of times it was cracking and pulling my jaw so yes I screamed and had tears. I didnt even get into the room until an hour after my appointment. One of the times he stopped working on extracting my tooth was to go work on a walk in, I had the appointment and had been in pain for over two weeks! Another time he walked out of the room I was calling for help for over five minutes from so much blood being in my mouth cause no one came to change the gauze, was almost choking from it cause was still laying down.

I went there and the dentist said I needed a filling. After the days went by my tooth still hurts worse than before I came to them. He half filled my tooth. I went back, he redid the tooth. It still hurts. Hes the worst dentist Ive ever had to work on my teeth. Dont let there charm and many TVs fool you. Hes not a good dentist!!!

Rude staff!!! I used to be a patient and now no longer will be. I tried to set up an appointment for my husband and the receptionist was very rude. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Destiny Dental. I had to get dentures and they were very clear on the procedure, professional and friendly. I got them in a timely manner and was very pleased with everyone I met. Only down fall is I get a bit anxious when I have dental work done and they don’t have wi-fi so when I went to play music to help I couldn’t get it to play because the reception was terrible. However, my teeth look amazing and the ladies at the desk and dentist I had was very helpful and just amazing!

They advertised that they do emergency dental work.... Its a lie!!!!!!!! You cant get in till 3 months down the road

Very good dentist office the staff were very nice and professional. Eventhough l didnt have an appointment they got me in and out quickly. I had a fractured tooth and the dentist made sure l was thoughly numb before he pulled it out and he got it out quickly. I feel much better now and have not had much pain since the procedure. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I h@d a VERY abscess, Walked into Destiny and you)d get in at 9am the next morning. When I went in the next m[bring, people were friendly, attentive and courteous. The Doc was also very good. He made sure I was Good and numb before evenattempting to pull my tooth. I HIGHLY RECOOMMEND DESTINY DENTAL

Didn’t like this place at all. All the employees are rude and unprofessional. The dr cleaned my teeth and did some fillings and I refused to get the numbing shot because I’m terrified of needles and the dr called me a big baby! He filled my teeth and I had no pain whatsoever. Until he started to “clean” my teeth. I never had a cleaning like that and it was actually very painful! I don’t know what he was doing but he said next time when I get my teeth FILLED he will have to use the shot. I never went back and never will. Don’t recommend this place to anyone!

The initial visit was not very good they missed a cavity that I knew was there. I come back to get fillings and they only have one listed on treatment plan. Seems like they didnt know anything that the last dentist has said. Waited nearly 50 minutes in the dental chair and all that was done is he looked at a piece of filling that came out and said Ill check the treatment plan which seems to be missing. The dentist seemed to have two other appointments ahead of mine for 1pm. After waiting 50 min I just walked out. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Should have their licenses taken away for such shotty work.

All of the staff was friendly and careing. Its nice to know that there still is good bed side manner out there. The office was clean and they had tvs in every room which is wonderful for distracting you for the fact your at the dentist. Thank you destiny dental ❤

I have unfortunately been taking clients here since they have opened as there are few dental providers in the area that accept medicaid. Along with large wait times (which have improved over the course of the clients appointments) most recently we had an issue where the office was closed, however we had an appointment scheduled and were not informed of the closure until we arrived for the appointment. When i called the next day they stated they tried calling us once but voicemail wasnt enabled ( i did just call and check and our voicemail at this time was in fact working but i will give them the benefit of the doubt) however i asked if they attempted to call another time or send a notification in the mail ( the time between the acutal date of closure and the attempted phone call was just over 2 weeks) which they did not. When attempting to reschedule they would not work with me (i have been scheduling these appointments for 2 years now) as they didnt have it on file that I could make and appointment for the client (we do have consents in our files at the home which we were never asked to turn in or complete a new form at any point in the 2 years ( and yes i understand HIPAA). The receptionist was very short with me about that and not very helpful and if there was a change in their procedures could have mentioned that as well. I understand they probably had multiple appointments to reschedule but when it was noted in the chart that they didnt get ahold of anyone there should have been attempts made to make sure we were aware. if you tried multiple times and mailed something that would be on us but calling one time with no message left is not an acceptable way to communicate to your clients. I would not reccommend this dental office, there are some much better run and friendlier locations in the area.

I dont like going to the dentist. But I love how they explain what they were doing and how they can fix it. And they have a T V in your room. I have a new dentist

I was very impressed with the entire expierience ,from the checking in to the actual visit with dentist ,they were very professional ,friendly ,and very kind and bubbly ,,the one dentist even sings ,yes sings ,,,i thought it was great ,,i would recommend this dental team to everyone .....

I walked in with alot of pain causing a headache. The receptionist that sits to the left with redish brown hair (with a sour look always) asked me what insurance i have ...im on my wifes plan so i ask her and she tells the receptionist..half way through she interupts my wife and says i was talking to him!! In a snapy voice. I told her that was extreamly rude and she should have better customer service! It was soo upsetting the way she talked to us my blood pressure went up and i asked to speak with a manager!! And i still will she should loose her job talking like that to people. But on the flip side the doc was amazing!! He knew what he was doing and there was no pain when tooth was pulled. He was good and the only reason there is 2 stars

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible service. They cancel your appointments and don’t even call to inform you. Doctor is very rough when working on patients as well. To top it off they don’t even answer the phone.

Was a very dedicated, ethical, and loyal employee. I was hired by previous management who left due to Destiny Dental being a toxic company to work for. The manager who took over, Sara is well known for being the horrible person she is. She fired me because I am still in contact with the previous manager. Its a very weird control issue she has. At least this is my speculation because she would not give me a reason as to why she let me go. I informed her of girls drinking on the job and using marijuana and she did nothing. She is dishonest and unethical, just like the business she represents. Destiny Dental has no care for patients/humans. Their only focus/goal is to make as much money as possible without being sued. The Dr. is amazing what makes this place a bad place is the management and some of the workers. Its sad that when someone stops working there Sara the manager promises and promises to send your items you left there and the fake termination papers. I think its so funny they fire the good help that the previous manager hired but keeps the ones that get drunk on the job and the reason why that office smells like weed so bad is because of your front office girls bring weed and alcohol to work. I guess the Ottawa county police will have to be called to get the stuff I have been waiting for 3weeks now. It was a blessing to be out of this office for good...

I am not fond of going to dentist, I was very nervous. But they were great, I had a tooth pulled and for X-rays it was $55 and a tooth pulled for a little more. I was overwhelmed with how professional and kind the staff and doctor was. Compared to other dentist in holland for X-rays and extractions you are going to pay a lot. Being I called aroundThey are located in same plaza as Walmart.

They send you bills for things that were covered and the receptionist.... shes constantly snippy and interrupts but...will help you and when you get billed refuse to send a pre estimate for following appointments because its covered and she knows already... even if you wanna double check...nope...when come to find out they arent. She denied me telling her what Ive previously had done to see what was covered. Well if you wanna pay $260 to get fingered in your mouth for an oral exam for approximatly 2 mins after waiting 2 1/2 hours then this is the place for you! And heck they even start a movie for you while waiting.....wonder why? This is a review for the receptionist not the dentist themselves. As for them I didnt get a chance because I dont have that kind of income to keep going back. It says something if the insurance that they partner with issues a grievance because of the service you receive.

Dr. Cho was very kind&made sure I felt comfortable with the surgical procedure I chose. I had been to another clinic and the next available extraction appt.was over 20 days away & I was experiencing awful tooth&nerve pain & put on an antibiotic. A co-worker referred me to Destiny Dental & they scheduled my extraction appt.that very morning! I plan to return for future dental needs. Thank you for genuinely caring about your patients!

Nothing but problems , once waited over 5 hours WITH an appointment, their mistake , and then they stoped mid procedure due to THEIR ERROR with my insurance and now I am the one suffering because of their mistakes. First time calling to make an appointment and it is pretty sad how rude the receptionist are. I called to make an appointment for my sisters and the lady said why can’t they call for themselves??Excuse me !! They are only 12&15 and because I am the guardian.How is a 12 year old gonna call to make an appointment.How ridiculous, I will take my money somewhere else no thank you.Don’t even waste your time calling to this dentist extremely RUDE!!

Was the worse place I have ever been to. The cleaning was not a normal cleaning and be careful what you sign. They do not explain what your signing, then 4 months later you receive a call saying u owe over $600. Stay away from this place... run far away. They dont even deserve one star!! Smh!!!

My sister had an appointment at noon we have currently been sitting here for 39 mins nit even any communication frm staff about y almost an hour wait they just continue to walk by and look at us if i schedule an appointment and show up 40 mins late i have to reschedule so why werent we informed of the wait when we cane in the door??? Ive just never seen ANY doctors office other than the e.r. make you wait an hour to b seen smh

Horrible, & unprofessional Rude receptionist, the lady who called us back kept calling us back by the wrong names, they wouldn’t let me go back with my 5 year old so that made her on edge the entire time she was getting checked! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
