Dr. Heath is amazing. She actually listened to me, unlike some of the other doctors I have seen. I will be bringing my family to see her as well. Great experience!

In September my son had a serious issue in one eye that a local ER and another Doctor had misdiagnosed. Remembering the excellent care I received from Dr Lazenby when over 20 years ago he removed a piece of metal stuck in my eye, I called the Lazenby Eye Care Center. Dr Lazenby had since retired but they got us in to see Dr Heath that afternoon. The staff and facilities were as excellent as I remembered and she correctly diagnosed my son, explained the issue in a way that I could understand, and prescribed the proper treatment. After a few weeks and follow up visits my sons eye is back to normal. While there I took the opportunity to get my eyes examined too.In my past and recent experiences Ive found the facilities to be immaculate, the equipment modern and of the highest quality, all of the staff very well trained both in procedures and customer service, and Doctor Heaths expertise, communication skills and sincere concern for my sons health priceless. Its clear that they put the best interest of their patients first. As a parent and a patient Im Grateful that Lazenby Eye Care Center is nearby.

The staff here is so sweet and caring first class all the way. Dr Wahl and Dr Heath are just amazing people. I detached my Retina and didnt know it and I was calling offices around Pasco trying to get in to see someone because I knew something was seriously wrong with my vision but no others would fit me in. I called them late in the day around closing time and they knew something was wrong just by what I was telling them so Dr Wahl and her staff stayed late after hours to see me. She examined my eye and told me my retina was pretty badly detached. They said I needed retina surgery immediately and found me a surgeon the very next morning who would repair my eye.After having 2 retina surgeries because it was torn so badly my vision was ok but not nearly perfect and I also developed a serious cataract . Dr Heath recently did my cataract surgery and implanted a lens in my eye to restore my vision and I feel like I can see just as good if not better than before the retina tear. She is amazing and such a sweet lady.They are just amazing here and everything a Doctor office should be. I only gave them 5 stars because that is all that was allowed but they are 10 stars in my book.Thank you so much for putting up with me and restoring my vision

Wonderful and kind staff. More than willing to answer all questions. Dr. Wall is very reassuring to all worries and did a great job on my left eye. Now I’m going to get the right done tomorrow

The entire staff here is such a blessing! Dee,my shuttle bus driver instructed me dont worry about a thing,that she completely will listen .God is good.Saints come together now,as I am in prayer with God,the son for the New Testament testimony,and also the Old Testament.Love all the awesome staff,I met while ministering and handing out tracts..Erin is wonderful,and so sweet as back office receptionist...Patti is wonderful at holding my eyes open,and gently making sure that all drops go in,AND OF COURSE...Dr D Heather Heath Holiday location is my miracle worker...Vision restored to 20-30 in the left eye,and 20-20 in right eye..next appointment coming soon...help needed Martha Dan Prentice

Thank you Elizabeth for all the kindness and help you provided.My husband had just learned he had a cataract in a eye exam and was unable to renew his drivers license to continue to working as a truck driver.When I called to see what could be done for him Elizabeth took the phone call and made things happen.Thank you Elizabeth and everyone else that was apart of this.

I would never refer anyone here exam room staff rude, cold, and very hard to understand. It appears they seem to over book patients. Had to walk out and leave before seeing doctor. Due to waiting 90 min.

The doctor was nice but I told them the reason I was coming was so I can get a prescription for glasses. They charged way more than other places charge. $185 and they didnt give me an essential number for ordering glasses, the pupilary distance. I called and complained that they didnt do that and then the lady tells me Id have to come back and thats an extra $30. Unreal. Wont be back and Ive been going there for 25 years.

Excellent care. Really cared about my wellbeing. When a serious problem arose, I was referred to a specialist. Everything finally healed well.At all times the staff was caring and very professional. Dr. Heath is superb.

Compare with other surgery center which I did my other eye this place is not good. their staffs need some serious training.I dont think they should leave you there by yourself for 20 minutes when your head is taped to the table real tied, your eye is burning from iodine they rubbed into it, and all those eye drops they pushed into your eye non stop now running down into your ears, while waiting for anesthesiologist to show up. He finally showed up. Do they know that if you put more than one drop into an eye it will not accept it and the drop will run out? Do they know that the eye needs a few minutes to observe the drop? Oh well.!!

They were so wonderful! Great work! Amazing atmosphere! Every Dr., nurse, EVERYONE was better than imaniginable...you want to go here

Dr Heath fixed my eyes so I could see much better and, in my book, thats a very good thing.

This review is in response to the FRONT DESK LADIES ONLY. I brought my mother in to have a cataract removed, we went to the front desk of the door that had the suit # on her paperwork. 4-5 employees were standing, discussing their personal lives (we stood there long enough to hear quite a bit about their weekends) after clearing my throat several times and making direct eye contact with, still nothing. I finally loudly called out Hi we need to know if we are at the right office and if we need to checkin or sign anything? One lady looked at us and walked behind a wall out of sight. Another lady finally asked what we were there for, when she learned that my mother was there for a Dr that took disability she said Oh the low income doctors borrow the rooms in the back, sign in and theyll find you. Before I realized there was no sign in to be found, she had gotten up and also went behind the wall. I again called out and from behind the wall someone called out Just take a seat, we dont work for them.Luckily the people and Dr in back were awesome, very kind, informative and general human decency. They did a fantastic job and I am making sure THEY get a 5 star amazing review.As for the ladies up front, if ANYONE walks into a Dr office asking for help, directions, insurance anything like that, be a decent human and at least acknowledge a patient standing in front of you, you were all so incredibly rude to sit a foot in front of me and ignore me without any acknowledgement and then to be come even rude when you learned she was on disability...disgusting first impression, disgusting group of ladies, that should be ashamed of themselves.

I will never go here again. I will tell all my friends and family to never go here. They make appointments and provide services you do not ask for. Then you get billed, and they refuse to work with you. This is a horrible place. I would-be given them minus 10 rating of I could. Despicable, and very upsetting
