Terrible scheduling. You can never get ultrasound at the same visit as an appointment. They never leave messages even if you indicate that on your intake forms. The doctor who is not even board certified pressured me into a c section then botched my sons circumcision leading to additional surgery. Janaki Nandam avoid. They administer unneeded tests in order to make money and when I was sick while pregnant they had me go to my PCP instead of seeing me to check the baby. Then called my work phone 10 times in 1 day to make another appointment with a doctor after the nurse could not explain why a medical procedure was needed. Totally inept. I will say Dr. GERBER is fantastic and very good.

The Doctors here are thorough and very kind. I have always received excellent care and am very grateful! The staff is efficient and friendly. Please know that you are all appreciated, thank you!

New patient of Dr. Gerber, and Ive never felt so listened to by any doctor before!Extremely thorough with my history, took her time with my answers and documenting them.Very gentle and fast GYN exam, and let me know of numerous options to help with menstrual pain, after all other blood work and exams come back okay.The staff is excellent as well. Receptionists were amazingly friendly and fast, nurse Barb super nice and efficient.I had blood work /labs done on the spot in the same office, and she didnt hurt me or leave a bruise.I needed an ultrasound and was able to get an appointment the very next week.They informed me well ahead of time that my results would go to their portal and made sure I gave my email address to access them.Love this office!

I met all their doctors and they are all very knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Abby Seruya did an excellent job at delivering my baby. Overall, I had a great experience working with this team throughout my pregnancy. Would highly recommend 👍

I just started coming to northwest associates for women’s healthcare about 3 months ago and I already feel so comfortable with the doctors and staff here! Dr. Gerber is so knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions as my husband and I start prepping to start a family. I am one of those people with high anxiety, but with Dr. Gerber and Barb I feel calm! They are so compassionate which is hard to find these days! I am so happy i started my care with Dr. Gerber and look forward to having her there every step up the way as I start my family.

I do not recommend coming here! First time being pregnant and the doctor could care less. She was so quick to be in and out she didnt even go over anything with me. Of course being a newly pregnant woman I had a lot of questions and she ignored them all. I would of expected the doctor to go over the do s and donts but she had no advice. I even told her how sick and uncomfortable I was and again ignored me. I gratefully found another obgyn who listened and cared. Find you a doctor that cares!!!!

I had my son with help from the doctors here back in 2013, the doctors were great but I didnt feel comfortable with the receptionists and nurses.Went to a different OB/GYN for my second, and it was a way better experience.

Everyone that works there is wonderful. They are so friendly and personable. Dr. Gerber has delivered all three of our boys via C section and will be delivering baby #4 within the month. She is so skilled at what she does. I have never had a complication and my scarring has been minimal given the 3 c sections. I will never go anywhere else.

The entire staff at Northwest Associates for Womens Healthcare are really special. They are professional yet super friendly and very caring. Dr. Duboe has been my favorite doctor since I first met him in about 1989. His personal likability ranks about a 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10. He explains everything and is so very gentle. He performed my Hysterectomy in 1989 and there were absolutely no complications, my recovery was swift thanks to his skill as a Surgeon. I will not go to any other office or doctor as long as I am able to continue with Northwest Associates For Womens Healthcare.

Worst experience ever! I was told that I was not going to be seen because according to the receptionist, Diane, at the Hoffman Estates location, said that the waiting time on the line to verify if my coverage is active takes too long. I thought she mustve been kidding me! and I still even confirmed with her that I will be presenting my proof of insurance including member ID and she still neglected care because she said that it takes too long to verify. How ridiculous is this excuse! go figure? I dont know what she wanted to portrayed with her response but honestly I can take this wrongly in many ways. I was so frustrated and disgust by what she said to me. I even wanted her to rectify if she was neglecting me care and she responded yes, thank you and hung up on me. OMG! WOW! Northwest Associates For Womens Healthcare. I wouldnt want to go there even if I were paid! I know the doctor has good reviews and I dont want to ruin her recognition for being good at what she does, but I mean if you permit people like Diane to run your place and receive your patients like this, this can also ruin your reputation and say a lot about you. I thought and felt I was treated wrongly , unfairly and inhuman that I couldnt keep this to myself and I wanted to share it with the public so you can see the kind of principals in particular, Diane, has. VERY WRONG PEOPLE WORK THERE! YOU NEED ORIENTATION DIANE!

I’ve been coming here since I was 19 years old. All three of my kids were born with the help of this practice. Love the staff and always feel like I matter and never rushed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fred Duboe since 1986. He has been my doctor for 32 years and he is a blessing. I have seen this team through seamless transitions, Dr. Gerber delivered my son, and Deb is also amazing. The team that Dr. Duboe and Dr. Gerber have built through the years has been beyond excellent. They are truly knowledgeable, compassionate, and interested in you as an individual. They make you feel a partner in your care. I have had my ups and downs through the years and they have stood by me. I had to have surgery and my grandmother had passed away in the hospital. Dr. Duboe knew my concerns about having surgery in the hospital that my grandmother just passed away at in the previous months. He made sure to come get me from prep and walk with me into the surgery room. He was there when I woke up and he called later that day. Dr. Gerber (you see all the doctors when you are expecting) knew I was having a family situation and she assured me that everything would be okay. It is this attitude towards there patients and the time they take to know their patients is just one of the reasons I have stayed with them all this time. Even when I moved to California, I came home in the summers and had my annual exams. I trust them completely and and the team of doctors, nurses, and office staff are a rare gem in todays complex medical world. In addition to the doctors, the nurses have always been incredible, there to answer questions, and make you feel comfortable asking anything. The office staff (especially Diane) is wonderful. She is excellent at her job and has been for years. This truly is a great practice that I would highly recommend to all woman. You matter to them! I have had the BEST IN CLASS care for 32 years. Thank you Northwest Associates for Womens Healthcare!!!!! You set a high standard for your profession, one that should be followed and show future doctors the heart of patient care.

All the staff at Northwest Associates of Womens Healthcare deserve special recognition for their compassion, friendliness and most importantly care of you as a patient.Ive been a patient for 20 years and feel like part of their family. Ive seen all the doctors and nurses in the practice and they are all wonderful, knowledgeable and will take their time to listen to your problems and issues unlike other practices where you are just another patient.Dr. Duboe saved my daughter from being born at 24 weeks. In the past 20 years I had several surgeries performed by him. I trust him and the team with my life.He is one of those doctors who if not sure will send you for a second opinion to another doctor he trusts so you can have a piece of mind.Dr. Gerber took care of my sister while in labor for 12 hours. Her son was breached and she could not deliver him naturally. Dr. Gerber pushed with her for hours to turn him around and succeeded. Some doctor would send her for csection to make it easier for them, but not Dr. Gerber. She tried everything before making that decision, especially since my sister wanted natural birth.When you are under their care, they take time to talk and listen to you.Diane, Pam, Tom, Dr. Duboe, Dr. Gerber, CNM Debra, Dr. Freedman and the rest of this wonderful team THANK YOU.

Good experience no great experience - been going there most of my adult life and the team is fantastic. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors you always feel comfortable and at ease. They are very efficient and professional but not on the stuffy side. There is always laughter in the office and to me this is a good sign that there is communication (doctors to nurses, nurses to front desk, front desk to doctors etc) and everyone likes and respects each other. This was my first experience with Dr Duboe as my original doctor, Dr Wener retired a year or so back. I was very pleased. You know you always think that the new doctor will not measure up to the old............well of course I have to give mad props to Dr Wener and he will forever by in my heart...but I also have to say that Dr Duboe did not disappoint. He was personable and very charismatic. Attentive and engaging but above all else he gets the job done. As long as this place exist, I will be a patient!!!!!!!
