I never actually made it here and really wanted to try it, but when I called to make an appointment or get more information. It was impossible to understand the woman on the phone. If youre collecting patients information, especially for first timers, you should really consider getting someone who can handle client calls better. I was turned off enough to not move forward. This is not a reflection of the actual service but front desk. Hopefully they take this as constructive feedback.

I come here for massage on a weekly basis. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Wang is very professional and has amazing skills. He helped me with my knee and back pain recovery. The treatment is very effective! The environment is very clean and cozy, I feel safe to visit the office even during the pandemic.I highly recommend this place!

My back has been hurting due to I’m assuming a mix of work and rock climbing. I went here today without any expectations but this visit turned out to be exactly what I needed. Dr. Michael was my PT, he knew where the pain was without me saying anything at all. He examined my spine and determined from there. The massage started light but more pressure was added later on. Note that I love deep massages and I usually ask for more pressure. This time around i didn’t ask although I was tempted to because I trusted he knew what he was doing upon evaluating my spine. I definitely would go back and even considering of buying the 10 package. Note however that this massage is done on full clothing so keep that in mind, also if you want cupping after, ask for it.

Dr. Michael is an amazing physical therapist. Does a great job of combining chiropractic with massage. Is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing him for back/shoulder issues.

I had a neck spasm that was ongoing for 5 days. I googled for a physical therapist near, this place was decently rated and decided to go in. I’m incredibly happy I did. Jonathan and Michael were very nice and genuinely cared about getting me better. And most important of all, they knew exactly what they were doing. I feel alive again and would recommend them to anyone with joint or muscle pain.

I have been visiting Upbeat for over a month now and they know just how to treat your concerns, I have an old injury that has been treated by multiple locations with very different techniques. Jonathan is great at what he does and all the therapy is manual stimulation, from 4 different PT places I have been to this is the first place that works WITH your body its not your run of the mill PT were you walk in grab a machine, then another, then another, then they give you heat and walk away. When it comes to release the stress on your joints and body aches there is no replacement to how Michael can help you his technique is very good and the only place Ive received a massage this good was at a spa that cost over 150.00 for a one hour massage. Most insurances are accepted and this helps me keep down the cost of receiving care for my on going injury. I would highly recommend Upbeat for anyone which any sort of pain as I have also provided referrals through my Chiropractor for Upbeat.

The place is amazing & staff was nice. On 1st day I got may be more then 80% relief from my pain. I have used other few massages but the professional therapy I got here. Highly recommended this place also they have same price which is Groupon offers. I have plan to visit them weekly twice to feel better.

Great chiropractic with massage, and the physiotherapist is very knowledgeable. They speak English and Mandarin, so dont worry if you feel uncomfortable speaking English .

I was suffering from a horrible lower back pain, my doctor prescribed some muscle relaxer pills and anti-inflammatory for me but I didnt feel any better until I started to get physical therapies with Jonathan (PT) and Michael (massage therapist)..After my 3er session I started to feel much better and after the 5th session I can say that I dont have any pain. Im so glad I found them, the place is very nice and they are awesome. I recommend this place 100%.
