I been ordering my IVF medicine from them and spending thousands. I didnt receive one medication and Robert could have cared less. He said he went through the cameras etc. He made me feel as if I was lying about pills when I spent so much money. He knew I really needed the medication. So I would never deal with them again unless my Dr. Can not send me any where else. To rip off good people because you know the importance of their medication is just evil.

Customer support never returns a call if you leave a voice message. Call as many times as possible. Out of pocket prices are quite reasonable for many drugs here so 3 stars for the drug prices but do shop around.

Never 👎 deal with metro pharmacy solutions they deliver to the wrong address sad! An the pharmacist Robert 🤦‍♀️is very not understanding I’ll give them zero if I could Mandell’s is the best

Two days ago i ordered an hcg trigger shot. I was assured that it would be here yesterday via next day delivery. I explicitly left directions to knock on door with package. Apparently that was not done! There are ring doorbells on each entryway too!!!Here I am with out a med and my bank account was charged. I called today (waited your call is 1st in line for 22min) and got a VERY rude rep who told me they would call back when the supervisor got back. 2hrs later no call back. I even got hung up on!! While i was still talking to her.My whole cycle is now destroyed!!

Lousy pharmacy. Save yourself from heartache and stress. Find elsewhere to fill your prescriptions especially for IVF. They will quote you a different price every time AND mess up the delivery. Shops elsewhere especially for time sensitive meds like the IVF meds. When you are connected, they’ll put you on hold for 20-30 minutes. Everything is slow. They did not deliver on time.

Jason is one of the representatives for this company and he has been simply amazing! He is very thorough, makes sure everything is taken care of and also called me to follow up to make sure everything was delivered okay. I have worked with other specialty pharmacies in the past and because of Jason, Metro has a customer for life

Dont leave a message because they wont call you back. I left a message 2 weeks ago and no return call yet.UPDATE: SERIOUS PHONE PROBLEMS!!!Nobody at Hoboken knows how to answer the phone or return phone messages...DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE! It will not get returned. I have gotten to where I call the NYC office and tell them that nobody is answering the phones and they transfer me. If I could get no stars I would.
