I started coming to Carla (Accupuncture) few months back. Initially she focused on my digestive health and as that settled after few sessions we progressed to working on some of the underlying issues which caused the digestive issues to begin with. Carla has a very calm personality and she makes it really comfortable for you to discuss issues and she follows up to make sure the treatment is getting results otherwise she works alternatives. Ive seen a massive increase in my overall energy levels and digestive health 10 sessions in.

100 STARS! I have been going to see Beth OBoyle off and on for the last 6 and a half years. She has helped me tap in to a deep state of peace and relaxation I never knew was possible. Even hearing her voice when I call to make an appointment puts me at ease! She is 150% present during my sessions... I feel nothing but pure empathy and authenticity from her which makes our sessions feel incredibly focused and productive. I initially went to her for reiki sessions and then transitioned to guided imagery which was so helpful in processing the reality of my divorce, and later, the reality of a new happy relationship! I highly recommend Beth to anyone going through a life change - be it positive OR negative. We often dont realize the undercurrent of stress affecting our daily lives until we experience the gift of clarity, relaxation, and restoration. I also tried an acupuncture session with Mary Szubiak which I absolutely loved. My work schedule didnt match up with Marys availability for future visits but I highly recommend her as well. Ive been going to Hudson Healing Arts for about 6 months now and what an amazing decision its been!
