Very helpful and helped me get what I needed to taken care of so that I could move forward with getting my son back from the state.

I was in a very abusive relationship and i went here a few years ago and they refused to help me. said my “wounds look like old scabs”. They made me feel like a complete burden. This experience was so horrible i will never forget it.

Great team and the love is amazing how much they Care to help woman who needs a fresh start and to become Leaders of their lives.

This place is absolutely useless if you are not a female. Email after email and several dozen calls have been made to this office and they never respond or answer their calls. Only one time has anyone answered. Details about a situation where discussed and paperwork done and turned in. Yet nothing has been done to resolve a very bad situation that’s continually escalating daily and people’s lives are being affected and put in danger. I’m guessing this place is discriminating against gender. But it’s where the HPD said to go for help.

I have had the pleasure of working with Option for several years now and can say that we do our best to help those involved with domestic violence. Our shelter takes in those seeking help getting away from their abusers and these situations can be tough for the survivors going through this experience. Some may not feel comfortable with the rules in place to help keep them safe and get them back on their feet but we do our best to help them adjust.

Option, Inc. holds a special place in my heart. Being a part of this extraordinary team that helps true victims of domestic violence, I can say first hand that we go over and beyond to help those in need. Working with the victims and keeping them safe is our primary focus! With strong support from our community and with a fearless leader, Option, Inc. has been saving lives and helping families for 38 years now. We have remained strong for the weak. Victims must chose to be survivors and this organization will always be available to help with the transition.

I was fortunate enough to have been a part of the Option, Inc. team. When it comes to Domestic Violence, one knows that this isnt the most positive side of life...however, at Option, Inc. a person can go there to find help and hope.I am happy that Lea County offers such a service to its residents; that there is a safe haven for all who have been abused. This is a place where you will be taken seriously and your information and identity are kept confidential, Option, Inc. understands that taking a stand is hard and can sometimes be embarrassing.Domestic Violence is not the highlight of anyones life, but at Option, Inc. you have the opportunity to change the darkest time of your life into the brightest.

While the did attempt to assist me I was made to feel as if ut was my fault i was there. I had stayed one time before but had left and the second time I attempted to stay the gave me a week but denora made me feel so low and that it was my fault for being abused

Was able to get the classes i need and was willing to cater to my work schedule. staff was very nice and helpful but also patient.

This place is no good. They say there there to help. But they pass judgement on you. And threatened to call CPS on you. They also follow you whereever u go. Never again.

The people that work at this place are horrible they are all in your business wanting to know everything and personal details but they dont actually help I stayed there only four days after my surgery and one day I went back and they had thrown my stuff outside in the alley and I called police the director denora and arcy lied and said I wasnt following the rules and my worker found out they threw us out because I had the flu and they themselves didnt have medical insurance..This place is a joke and need all new staff..I seen arcy at walmart and she couldnt even look at me she put her head down ..this place needs to be run by better people
