HME has never billed me accuratly or consistantly.I returned my oxy concentrator to them and they sent a final bill that was double what it should be. Use someone else if you can.

I called because I needed repairs for my Cpap. I have seizures and Ive been on a Cpap sense I was 19. Im 22 now. They asked me my date of birth and they hung up on me after I told them my age... I guess they thought it was a prank or something but it wasnt very nice to call for repairs and they hang up on you because of your young age. I called again and got someone new that was more helpful

The lady at the front desk Is rude very rude ....... the manager was nice enough but the rest of the staff treats you like you are less then human I dont recommend you use this place go somewhere that you and your money is treated right

The local business has been very helpful. I had the worst experience with the Albuquerque office.

Nice folks but not good about returning phone calls.
