(Update) I am pleased to say the staff handled my situation immediately once it was addressed the lady my mom spoke to was very professional, and friendly.

Unreliable and not dependable. Called three times seeking to speek with a medical professional and every time i was told someone would call me but no one ever called. Very unprofessional seem like bunch of kids running around playing. Your health issues are not that important to them is what i gpt out of it

This place is a complete rip off, I went in for an annual appointment, standard blood work which is preventative care. It was billed out incorrectly and after speaking to both my insurance company, billing office for Lea Regional, and the actual doctors office I have been told that the claim was submitted incorrectly but there’s nothing that can be done and I have a bill for $4,066.60 for annual blood work. Be warned!!!! I’ll be filing a complaint with the insurance commission for the state of New Mexico.

This facility and the equipment are modern. The problems with this place are the long wait times and the incompetent staff. I spent 40 to 45 minutes waiting for a doctor in the exam room and talking with the doctor took less than 5 to 6 minutes. The doctor took their time with other patients. Either the nurse or the doctor was incompetent because they listed symptoms that I did not tell the nurse. They did not ask me if my symptoms were sudden or gradual, the severity of the symptoms, or what time of day I start getting the symptoms. I had to discuss to the doctor all of this information. They simply told me that I needed to do every single test imaginable and sent me on my way.I got the impression that they simply wanted me to leave because they were behind with their patients. I will not be returning to this place.
