Owner has been really nice to me and my kids!! Helped me with unloading and loading cloths. I did see him jump in some kids for running around but I believe strongly it was for the safety because after wards he was laughing with them! I have nothing bad to say about this place ❤️

Excellent service! Would definitely recommend!! Mr. Hank definitely knows how to treat his customers every time we go there they roll out the red carpet... The laundry is clean and there is lots of parking out front. The location is great! Again would definitely recommend this laundry...

The owner or whatever he is needs to learn some respect, wanted me out cause I was going to wash 3 pairs of jeans in the different washer. If he keeps talking to people like that he’s going to get knocked out

Owner is a good man if you are respectful. The place may not appear as clean as people would like it to be, but they DO NOT allow filthy nasty clothes to be washed in their machines, which I appreciate. They are working on getting new machines in. The lady that works there is very kind and friendly and does excellent for washing, drying, and folding services. Honestly, a lot of people find the male owner to be rude, but he is only rude if you are rude. I have found that he is really a very kind person if you behave reasonably. At least he smiles and says thank you, unlike many other laundromat owners in the area. He may seem mean, but most times he is only joking. This is the only laundromat I use anymore. The owner may tell you how to wash your clothes, but it is his laundromat and he is only trying to be helpful so your clothes come out properly washed. He seems rude because English is not his first language. Respect the man and the lady owners and they will respect you back. Do not lie to them, or you will not be welcome back. I appreciate that they watch how their customers use their washers.

The owner was very disrespectful and start moving my clothes into other washer without asking me nothing. He stared yelling at me. Horrible place.

The owner came out screaming at a costumer cuz he was folding his clean laundry in the cart and taking to long??!?! I think if ur laundry is clean u can safely use the folding tables. Ignorant is what i think they are!!!🙄

Went on a sunday got there at 5pm dude asked me if I had too much clothes. I told him no about 1/2 loads. My first load wasnt even done washing when he rushes me to check on it. I just gave him a dirty look. So I put my load in the dryer 6pm i set it to 35 min. When he was telling me we closing at 7pm like dude I know!! Never coming here again horrible service!!

They close at 7pm not 8pm as stated online. When I asked politely if they were still open he replied rudely.

Worst environment Ive ever been to in my life. on google it says that it closes at 8 pm, i was drying my clothes and still had half an hour time on the machine and it was 7:06 pm and a rude lord kicked me out of the laundry room with my clothes still wet because i decided to close early. I found this attitude absurd. I do not recommend this joint to anyone! Bad place employee or owner I dont know, bad person, it caused me vomiting anxiety because I was never destroyed like that in all my life.

VERY RUDE AND Not Friendly at ALL. He started off approaching us ABRUPTLY stating you can’t wash that blanket in there. Then I responded it’s a small dog pillow not a blanket. The. He states there’s another washer over there (pointing to the washer on the other side). THEN changes his mind by saying we’re closed now. IN SHORT WORDS WHAT AN A&@HOLE.

Been coming here for few month and seen Asian I believe owner yell at people for little to no reason, and emmidiately asking them not to return. Today he did it to me simply putting 1 small very thin fiber blanket in what he considered a small machine. Made me take it out which I had paid already then got upset because his floor got wet, although I apologized and told him I was going as fast as I could to place it in a expensive one which is what he wanted he still asked me not to return. I will gladly take my money some place else, dont think he understands that our money is what keeps him in business and surely Hobbs has better to offer. Wrong way to run a business when dealing with the public!!!

I washed my comforters and sheets here. Now me and my husbands skin is irritated.

It is a horrible place to wash your clothes, I was putting degreaser in my work clothes and the Chinese ran to me to dirty their floor, I will never return to this place. Instead of offering help I just ran and was very rude. If you can avoid this place.

I walked in with my kids crazy attendant guy went crazy.. telling me to watch my kids. Who does that!!!!! My kids were sitting on chairs. I got my clothes and left. That place will go out of business fast

The maintaine man started yelling at me at 5pm saying we are closed. Thats fine with with me i was kind enough to smile and say okay. The gentlemen kept yelling reapting himself like If I had hearing issue!!!

Im new to the area looking for a laundromat found this place on the way home. Its a bit dirty, not well taken cared of. Machines are filthy and the place smells like mildew. Compared to other places of its kind its also pricey. Gave it a chanse, washed my clothes here but dont think I will return.

Worst customer service ever by a small asian man Im not too sure if hes the owner. I only stopped by there today because l was in a hurry and first thing coming in I get yelled at for only drying there and told my clothes better not be too wet when putting it in. It also smells like sewage water and its a poorly built dirty place. What mostly bothered me is a Mexican mom walked in with her son and they start putting in clothes and this Asian comes to them and askes them to ask him how to use it they stay quiet as they dont speak English and then he says why do you come here if you dont speak english? I speak spanish so I told the people what I had to and mentioned this man is a prick and is obviously rude and rasist. This business takes advantage of the fact our town is small and were limited to our options of laundromats but I sure as hell will not be going here again! He touches your clothes takes your money and insist of him putting everything in place and doesnt want you to touch his filthy machines that hardly work.

The owner is harassing me and my children. I have one and a four year old. Then tried to tell me how to wash my clothes. I would give 0 stars if aloud.
