They got me in and out very quickly. Very customer friendly and made me feel comfortable. Always gave me good advice and made sure everything they were suggesting was part of my insurance, if it wasn’t they gave me detail pricing so I would know what I was getting charged. My all in all experience was great and I will keep coming back!

Very good treatment, very good receptionists, only one thing they should say with which insurance they work before you sea the doctor they took all the information and I went to the doctor they did some tests and when I went out to pay they told me that they did not accept my insurance

My exam was thorough and Dr. David Reber was able to provide me with the unique prescriptions necessary to meet my vision needs. He also identified a problem in each of my eyes that will need further attention from an M.D.

Be aware this office does not accept railroad retirement medicare!Also if you google ophthalmologist this location will be in the results, but they have no ophthalmologist on staff.

Very good experience. I had to take my 2 toddlers for my appointment and there was no issue with it. The doctor is very nice as well. Though I have only been twice, 2 years a part, they made it seem like they see me everyday - super friendly and recalled my previous visit.

I was able to get an appointment right away even though I was a new patient and it was a holiday week. The staff were all friendly. The doctor greeted me, addressed my concerns and prescribed something that has already helped to relieve my symptoms. Thank you!

I did not get the same experience that others did. The service only took as long as it did because I had two children so I had two appointments. My oldest son has Autism and the staff were extremely sensitive to his needs. My younger son was treated with just as much care. I love the staff and our insurance was not a problem. This place has always been a pleasure to go to.

I had a good experience so far. The front desk was nice to me, they were able to tell me prices right there, and informative. The dont take Medicaid. The doctor was super nice and helpful. I havent ordered my glasses through this place, but reading the reviews, I may not. If I do, Ill update.

Very clean and professional practice. Wait time was very very short with a great selection of glass frames to choose from.

I want to thank your staff for their patience and helpfulness. First, my wife is suffering from macular degeneration in both eyes and she was made to feel all is not lost. Then, my grandson who is slightly autistic managed to make it through his exam and glasses choice without a melt down. It was a good day. Thank you & God Bless

I come here for the Drs, they are great. Its unfortunate though that the staff in the front desk are the face of family vision center because they are super impolite. They never smile, they arent helpful, they do not give good customer service. I mean youre on the clock so pretend to like your job at least!!!

Dr Reber is always great. Very professional and thorough.

Problems with insurance and customer service. Add on : Insurance was figured out by manager a few days later of stressful calling both the insurance provider and Family vision center. This will be the 3rd run in where I’ve had the staff argue with me about insurance. I felt very uncomfortable when dealing with the staff here. Every time my insurance was covered on all three of these issues. Seems the staff is not knowledgeable in this department. It would benefit the company to have someone who is competent enough in dealing with insurance claims and would not hesitate to call the insurance provider. The only time someone called from family vision center was when the manager stepped in. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. Moved to The Eye Site as of today with no issues and amazing customer service. BWT they have a specific person who handles all insurance claims and will call for the customers at The Eye Site.

Doctors and staff are the very best in Hobbs.

Terrible terrible front desk service! They never know What is going on! Never call back ! They are a disaster! The doctors are great love them! To bad their front desk is always lost in Lala land! Time to change to another doc!

Waited an hour and a half and left. They schedule too back to back. My husband waited an hour and they told all pts the dr wouldn’t be in for another hour so he walked out on his appt. will not be going back.

Unauthorized charges were made on my credit card. I am having a problem with my lens and did not intend to mail until issues were solved. I will report the unauthorized charges to my credit card company.

Friendly staff and doctors. No long lines!!

Friendly until you call and say you can’t see distance in new bifocals, was told to just keep wearing em, headache, nauseous and can’t walk around from computer without taking glasses off. May as well go get a pair of Walgreens readers and save several hundred dollars and a vision insurance claim. Been going there for ever and won’t go back. 👎🏼
