I have been on hold for an hour. No one to answer phones. Its obvious they dont care or they would have people manning phones. I will also be looking for other doctors and replacing all three only because its the worst run facility. I dont know who runs it that person needs to be replaced. I have noticed they hire people that have no medical training but working to take care of your health.

I can never get anyone on the phone. My messages are never returned (assuming I can leave one because the mailbox is always full). I’m always rescheduled for a PCP visit because Dr K is never in the office. I hate being a patient here.

Had gal batter taken out! Was not a dam thing wrong with it! I was a cash cow for these hospital! Glad I no longer live around these money groveing people!

I dont understand how this place has any good reviews. Ive called multiple times and have listened to the pre-recorded message for over and over. The call Im on right now has lasted 17 minutes without an answer. No one even picked up and said can I place you on hold its just the recorded message over and over. Ive tried all of the number prompts for the different doctors, lab, and x-ray and no answer that way either.

Had a wonderful experience. Professional, caring staff, short waiting period and Karen Cummings CNP was fantastic, she listened and was very thorough. We will be returning!

Just finished eating here. Omg the service was amazing. The manager Charlie made my weird fries creation I had in San Diego. CA. This restaurant has went above and beyond for myself and my family today. Very pleased and will return to this location.

The couple of times I have been here everything has been very smooth and the staff has been very friendly.

This is a great place with excellent staff. I wouldnt go to any other clinic. I go to Hobbs Medical Clinic for the essentials like colds or allergies. And I go to Nor Lea on Lovington for emergency or Primary Care needs. Wonderful place and I highly recommend!
