Approximately 18 months ago I was referred to Dr. Charles Moore due to a diagnosis of a-fib. I was very pleased with the steps Dr. Moore was taking in my treatment. However Dr. Moore was gone after only two visits. I was seen by another doctor on my third visit. After listening to my heart, this doctor said he heard no a-fib. He continued the meds I was on at the time. I saw the same doctor on my next visit, who seemed to me as if he felt I was wasting his precious time. My next visit was with yet a third doctor. Id had enough! I made an appointment with a cardiologist in Lubbock, TX. After an initial consultation, this doctor orderedered a battery of tests. At last, another doctor (Dr. Moore having been the first) who seemed to care about my health! I have no faith in Hobbs Heart and Vascular. There were two others with HHV who showed concern for my health: Angela, the nurse there initially, who was noticeably absent in less than a year, and Kelly who was left as the only person who openly cared for the well-being of the patients.
I was bouncing from Doctor to Doctor trying to find out what was wrong with me and why I was always falling. I came to Hobbs Heart and Vascular and met Dr Moore who got the bottom of things right away by testing. So professional and caring. The staff is amazing. I am satisfied I came here.
