I really like the staff here. Ive spend quite a bit of money with them and have only been inside one time. I really take advantage of that curbside. The prices might just be a little bit high for me on some of the products. But your racking up points for free stuff everytime so it pays for itself. Way better selection and a way better atmosphere than the competition

Kami Rudolph is so knowledgeable and considerate! I’m very knew to their services. She was very thorough in explaining what and how everything is meant to be used.The atmosphere is very welcoming. No question is a dumb question. Thank goodness, because I had so many. Kami was amazing!! We connected on a personal level, she started a conversation with me that led to us being able to share our grief with one another. We were able to feel each other’s loss and pain. From the first moment is stepped in to this place I was surrounded with acceptance, and love. I have terrible anxiety, especially socially, and after my first official visit I was blown away at how comfortable they all made me feel. They are patient, kind, caring, and always happy to see you.

So recently I switched to buying exclusively from PvP. I find their roswell, carlsbad, and hobbs locations to generally be kind and helpful. However yesterday when I went to pick up my curbside order I was greeted by a manager that I have not met before. I provided my passport and medical card just like I always have, and while next year when Rec comes around you will need a state ID to still get the medical discount, butthat is not in effect right now. She gave me a hard time over my passport and not providing her with a state drivers license. Then when I told her this was what Id been doing for the past 3 years and had had no issues she informed me that next year it would change. Great, fine, next year.Today I go in to pick up my order and Im told that she has now instructed all of the staff not to accept passports but to require a state issued id. This is not an issue anywhere else, and isnt really a legal issue until next year.One issue with this is the fact that many medical patients are unable to drive at all. And while next year they will have to make the decision to get a state ID or not, until it is actually a requirement it shouldnt just suddenly change. If you work in a job that treats patients of all ailments youd think that might be a thought.The manager I dealt with was named Georgina. Very disappointed in my treatment from her, and I hope that PVP will take a look at that. There are no corporate numbers to call or anywhere to place a complaint, I did try that and was suggested to leave a Google review.Other than the one manager I very much appreciate the staff and their helpfulness. Roswell, Carlsbad, and Hobbs are all great locations.

This PVP Hobbs dispensary has the most wonderful employees. This store is almost always well stocked with edibles, flower & balms (which actually work!). I highly recommend a visit & you will become a regular.

The prices are reasonable for New Mexico but compared to Arizona, Las Vegas and Colorado every dispensary in New Mexico is expensive. The store is clean and well organized. The online order and curbside pick up is amazing and speedy. The rewards are very nice and everything is quick and easy here. My favorite dispensary in Hobbs.

Excellent product and experience, just wish was a bit more affordable, but compared to ur competition yall should consider price break when one gets an ounce, my only complaint. The nugs are nuggy, with no shake and very little extra bs, they way it should be, the Jager is one of my new favorites, Id put that high up at 14% thc against any 32% from elsewhere, solid good meds, thanks for yalls service.

She creat and anxiety ! She talks trash about the other dispensaries and patients that go there Aswell!
