More important to do paperwork then do someones hair. This is twice I have been turned away wont go again

Daughters hair was ok. She has mixed hair and the young lady shampooed hair then cut....needless to say my daughters hair ended up being like 2 in shorter because her curly hair seized up.

I don’t mind the haircuts...in fact I’ve came here for quite some time for my sons haircuts! But what I do mind is another stylist telling my child NOT to touch everything! I can parent, thank you. I’m almost positive there are children in there every single day who get into things and mine was not one of them. Not appreciative

Jacked my and my daughters hair, then tried to give me some sort of 80s glamor shot hair style to cover it up and the girl doing my daughters hair tried to just had too many layers and then waked her bangs up

Worst experience ever! Told the lady how I wanted my hair cut and she almost cut it all off. I guess because I am older they thought I wanted an old lady haircut but she was wrong. She turned me from the mirror and would not let me see and by the time I saw it she had cut it so short. I shared my disappointment with it and her response was “ is the top short enough”. I mean seriously how rude. So I then contacted the complaint department and they said the area manager would contact me and still to this day nothing. It has been almost 3 weeks. Never again will I go there or refer anyone to there. They are so rude!I knew I should not have gone there again this is not the first time but will be the last. I was trying to give them the Benefit of the doubt but never ever again! Horrible

I like going here to get mine and my sons haircuts!!! They have really good prices and they do a great job!

Vance cut my hair and i got to say i dont want anyone else to do my hair but him he did it great and he is awesome

I think this is a great place to get a haircut, color, blow out, and style. You can even get your brows waxed!! I absolutely love the products available by design line and biolage available here. I highly recommend!

Trash.everytime I wake up I have to spend atleast 2 hours putting stuff in my hair to make it look like it got a perm. Spent 130$ on a perm just for it to be straighter than it was before I went in. I paid for layers but got a trim. I simply said I wanted a kinky perm got a relaxed spiral.i wouldn’t trust them with a child’s dolls hair.

I’m not happy with my hair that doesn’t look like in picture I want. So disappointed!

I give this a 4 star from PAST experiences with the ladies there, especially Brittany and Rochelle. They know there stuff and are super friendly. I always left feeling gorgeous! But the last 2 times Ive been the unfortunate client to a guy named Lance or Vance... the first time my hair was cut to a length that i wanted by him but the layering was horrendous. Maybe he was having an off day. BIG FAT NOPE! Unfortunately i got him again. And this time not only was my hair cut to short but the entire way around all my layering is uneven. It looks like i let an inexperienced kid cut my hair. The layering is drastic and does not fade together instead its choppy and embarrassing. I took pictures. If I can figure out how to post them I will. This hair cut made me cry. I should have walked out without paying I suppose I was much to shocked to hurt feeling, but the damage this guy did to my hair is so bad i cant wear my hair down at all. And now have to wait for it to grow out at least 2 inches to have one of the ladies fix the disaster he created. I give this guy alone a NEGATIVE 5 star rating! He is I believe the only male working in that place, so if you love your hair dont let him near you!

The woman who cut my hair did amazing!! I normally go somewhere else to get my hair cut but they’re impossible to book with now. So I went here and he woman did exactly what I wanted and kept it as long as possible! I’ll definitely come back.

Ive always hated going to get my hair cut at Walmart but this place is spot on. Went in sat for 20 mins got my hair cut and beard trimmed. I will be going back again next time for color. But just make sure you time it right or you will be waiting a good minute.

The lady i had was Brittany. My first time there. Very nice and helpful. Wasnt pushy, and actually asked questions and never assumed. I just got a trim, layers, bang trim. She did great!

The guy I had was awesome. He made me feel comfortable and great conversation. And my hair looked great!

By far the worst haircut experience Ive ever had! This person gave me the worst chopped up looking haircut Ive ever had. I just needed a trim. Its horrible. Ive cried every day for nearly 3 weeks straight. If you love your long hair , pay the extra money and go somewhere decent. Otherwise youll just be another test dummy. ....

Always get a good cut here Sundays are crazy busy as they are the only ones open.

By far the best experience I have ever had while getting my hair cut. Deonna McMahan is the only person I will ever go to for anything done with my hair. She done everything I asked for, the cut and especially the color. I was not disappointed by her when I left.

If I could give zero stars I most definitely would have. They dont have the common courtesy to call and let you know they removed you from the list. Not happy at all. Their reason for not calling is because they dont have a receptionist.

Sat for over 2hrs. Watched hairdressers come and go. Only guy here at one point was just a barber. He had to asked a co-worker that was in back to come out and trim someones hair. Then when it was my turn was skipped because she supposedly had an appointment. She had just walked in with her appointment to report to work. Not coming back. Looking around the place is filthy.

The girl that did my hair was really nice but i went in two have it colored a deep blue and purple and it turned out greenWas very unhappy because i was charged full price anyways.

They need a no star option. I had a horrible and humiliating experience. I made an appointment yesterday for 1Pm today. Showed up fifteen minutes early to check in. At the desk I was told by the older lady that she wouldnt touch me, and the young girl working the computer said to go sit down and wait. Twenty minutes later my husband went up to the desk to see what was taking so long as we had watched a man come in shortly after 1 and was taken for a hair cut within minutes. The guy who was now working the desk asked if we had signed in, husband said yes, man said we werent in the system. Husband tried explaining what was happening only to be ignored, as the man behind the desk talked to the men standing in line. Needless to say I did not get my hair cut there, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone else. Customer service was deplorable.

I had an appointment on 02/16/2018 at 11:30 showed up at 11:20 checked in and waited. At 12:00 I was still waiting, the person I had an appointment with finished with the customer at 12:10 so naturally I figured I was next. So I thought, she never called me so when I went to see what was going on she had her husband in the chair doing his hair. What a disappointment!!!!!
