I have been doing business with Bill Bass and A-1 hearing aid for the last nine years and two sets of hearing aides, and he has always been available when I have had an issue. From losing one, to dropping and breaking one, to just having him tweak the program to improve sound quality. His office calls on a regular basis to see if I need cleaning or filter change. He has always been upfront and honest on cost and life expectancy of hearing aides and what new technology is coming. Time for a new set is approaching and I will be using A-1 Hearing Aide again.Thanks Bill for your help and knowledge to keep my hearing the best it can be.

Extremely slow, expect to wait AT LEAST 3 weeks for hearing aids to arrive and then additional days for Mr. Bill Bass to arrange his schedule to program said hearing aids. Even though programming only takes 30 minutes. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else. Doesn’t care about his clients or their needs. 0/10 recommend.
