I scheduled an appointment to have a blood screening. This was typically a preventative health offering done through my work, but they were not doing this at our work facilities this year, because of Covid. I explained this and was asked if I had an order from my employer. I explained this again and was told that if I did not have this, I would have to pay up front. I was fine with this, since I already talked to my insurance company and would just submit the claim, myself. I took the day off and fasted for 12 hours prior. I go in for my scheduled appointment. They take my information, verify the tests requested, and run my credit card . Then, I am asked to have a seat. I am then called back up to the counter and told that I will need a “script” from my HR department. So, they call and I try to call, as well. They reached someone and they were told by HR that they could not provide this. So, I was now turned away, and told that I needed to see my primary physician, and have them provide me a script. My primary physician can do this themselves. The whole point of this was for a wellness check that was provided to save on doctor’s visits and insurance. I was willing to pay and make the claim on my own… Needless to say, I lost a vacation day, and fasted for no reason, and wasted time that morning that could have been spent differently. Bottom line is they should not have scheduled an appointment, taking all my information, running my credit card, and having me there waiting, if they could not perform the testing. I will not be returning to this facility again, for anything.

My family, 3 boys, myself and my husband all had to go in to get Covid tested. They were amazing. They were quick and gave us all the info we needed. The doctors weve seen have always been thorough.

The receptionist is beyond rude and has zero compassion. Been waiting for result for 4 days and they can’t tell me over the phone, because they are too busy. I have to set up a MyChart account for results. The office didn’t give me a verification code, so I cannot set up an account. Was told to call support to see if they could help me. Working in the medical field, I will never recommend any of my patients to this facility!

I was prescribed Triamcinolone ointment for what the NP diagnosed as Poison Ivy. The itch, swelling did not go away and relief lasted only 4 hours. I tried to tolerate it for an entire day and it just didn’t provide the relief that the NP said it would do. The next day , my son had me tried Clobetasol Proprionate ointment on ( which is also a family of steroid med) And it seemed to ease the swelling and itchiness immediately allowed me to tolerate working. So I called them back and ask if I can have a different ointment like Clobetasol Proprionate as it was relieving me so much of the Swelling ,welts and itchiness. But was told that I was already on steroid ointment to begin with So THEY’RE ALL THE SAME. Which I beg to differ. Because there are different potency of steroid ointments and how each individual respond differently to meds. They offered oral steroids, which I said I don’t want oral steroids if I am responding to the Clobetasol P. Ointment. They said they can’t do anything for me at this point that I just need to go see a dermatologist. It’s very disappointing that they can’t resolve a mere poison ivy problem . As a medical personnel myself, I’ve learned to listen to patients complaints and responses to meds they use and the importance to make that change of meds if patient is not responding to it effectively and efficiently. Don’t go here for your urgent healthcare needs.
