Don’t bother buying a gift card from them. They’re understaffed. They won’t refund you. I think it’s pretty scummy to not refund someone when they’re understaffed and that’s not your problem. Manager made me wait for a response doesn’t even call me and emails me to say exactly what a worker said. Bad business.

I had a massage today by Jeremy and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I have gotten about 5 massages in the last two months because I have such bad tension in my neck and shoulders which cause the worst headaches. I told Jeremy that I wanted just my upper body and told him about my pain and tension. From start to finish it was amazing. The space was clean and beautiful and super calming. The smell was amazing and refreshing. The lighting and music was perfect. He stretched out my neck and arms and focused on the areas I told him were troubling me. I have been “shopping” around for the perfect masseuse and I finally found him! I will never go anywhere else for a massage and I will be a loyal client to Jeremy from now on. I wanted to cry tears of joy the entire time!

I have a lot of muscle aches & pains now due to online classes and poor posture. I left my massage/cupping session feeling brand new with no pain, and I cannot wait to go back! After a long day of work, this was so relaxing.

The place is clean; the beds are warm (heated) and my masseuse (Diane) is really good at what she does. I feel so much better when I have had my massage. I also believe its helping me stave off the return of my cancer by improving my circulation..... that improves the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to my muscle cells while helping to detox my body. It releases my toxins through my lymphatic system (I have lymphoma). I think it may also be helpful for my anxiety and acid reflux. Massage therapy is also thought to induce a relaxation response, which lowers the heart rate, respiratory rate and blood pressure. Its believed that it boosts the immune system; and generally decreases the physical effects of stress. I am so glad I started my massage therapy 2 or 3 years ago. I would love to see them reduce their turnover at the front desk.

DO NOT sign up for their monthly membership without being forewarned, these people not only took the money out of my bank account when I had put my account on hold, they took another month out unexpectedly when I finally signed a termination of their contract. I had been a loyal customer for a few years but they would not help me out at all.The do have a few good therapists but their management is terrible and I will not be going back.

The professionalism and outstanding customer service! Meghan at the front desk couldnt possibly make you more comfortable. She is quick to offer any new offers and services. Vicki my massage therapist is the best therapist I have ever had. I have referred many people to her and they feel the same way. She has a comforting style and truly listens you on top of giving an amazing massage. I wouldnt go to any other massage therapist as I am extremely happy with Vicki. Hopefully she stays forever!

I’m editing this two years later. This place started out great. Went downhill pretty fast. I had multiple day of appointment cancellations. As in, I walked in and was then told my appointment was cancelled. I’m required to give a 24 hour notice if I have to cancel but they cancel literally minutes before and that’s that.I also had to walk in to make an appointment once because the phone wasn’t answered for two days. The woman at the front desk that day could not have been ruder to me when I asked her about it. I should have cancelled right then and there but it took the 3rd day of appointment cancellation to seal the deal. When I cancelled, I was informed that I would still be charged for the month of December (I cancelled November 20th) because I didn’t give them a 30 day notice to cancel. So in short, they can cancel on me multiple days the day of the appointment as I walk in the building but they charge me an extra month when I have finally had enough.Additionally, the rate of turnover of the massage therapists there is, in hindsight, telling.The therapists themselves are very good but the headache isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away!

I would specifically recommend Chuck to a friend. I was in an auto accident several weeks ago that has resulted in me not having range of motion in my shoulders , hips and issues with my hands. I have been seeing another massage therapist for a few weeks that is not affiliated with Elements- and in a one hour session Chuck was able to relieve me of the pain Ive been dealing with for weeks and I now have almost all of my mobility back. He is AMAZING!! Please tell him thank you!!

Jeremy is the best massage therapist! His attention to concerns and routine appointments have alleviated my back pain. My job is physical and puts quite a strain on my body. Routine massage therapy is the only thing that works.

Bad system to track your gift card for a massage. Absolutely fraudulent activity. They charge you inaccurately and they do no obey the agreement policy. I got severe rashes to my skin after the massage them so beware of the products they are using.I would highly not recommend this dangerous place.

The maseuses are excellent and have a variety of optio ns from sports to soothing. They have got rid ofnall my muscle knots so i have nuch less pain now. Try the hot stones. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I always come out feeling great.
