Nice and clean office. Staff was professional and courteous. From my experience, C&P nurse practitioner was understanding, thorough with examination and polite.

Went here for a follow up and had thee worst experience as the other vets have stated. The medical professional pushed me way past my pain tolerance and when I asked her could she stop she went to her computer saying that she would notate that I wasn’t doing what she needed and objected. Which isn’t true at all! The pain I was expressing she repeatedly told me didn’t exist. Which was very frustrating. To only leave to find out she’s requesting my rating to be dropped by 50% I am so shocked at the level of care and support for disabled veterans here.

I would give it a zero rating if possible. How is this place still open. The doctors are rude and they lie about everything. It is as if they want to ensure veterans dont get compensated for anything. They all are in it together to screw you over.

The nurse I had was horrible. Telling me I probably would not get most of my disabilities recognized. She put her hands on me and forced me past my tolerance for pain in my back. Ask for a different location! She has done this to multiple soldiers! Call the VA and request a different location. She is not helpful to Veterans or Soldiers!
