They are very slow they dnt go in any order. We were the second people there and 9 people were seen before i was. They change the hours to 10 but on the door it say 9. Very unprofessional. In my opinion the emergency is faster the the walk in clinic

They have changed their hours. Now open from 10 until 5:30. No changes on the website.

Its was ok but got to wate till Monday to see if I got covid-19 or not I Even gave my house number in cell tell then Im not staying home tell they tell me

The young lady at the front counter is always helpful every time I go in very pleasant as well as the lady who takes your vitals. They always wear a smile. The last time I went in the doctor told me I had strep and have to take medicine for a week she told me 24-hours on the meds I should be good not contagious. I asked her until then could I can get a mask at least for the 24 hours... she told me they sell them over the counter. She couldnt let me get ONE mask!! Mind you I was in there with my 10 month old daughter... this is not the first time, she always seems like she doesnt want to deal with the patients

I called when I left work at 8pm to find out when they close. I was told 9pm. Get there a few minutes before 8:30 pm, park my car and one of the employees notices me walking up and closes the door and locks it. I go and knock on the door and was told they are closed and already took their last patient. What happened to closing at 9pm? RIDICULOUS!! I’m sick and come to you and get turned away.

Every visit has been nothing more than great. They get straight to the problem & how to best treat it. Great staff

I refuse to use liberty regional because its the WORST hospital hands down. My daughter has autism, and needed to be seen for a suspected UTI. I couldnt sit in her drs office for awhile while she was in so much pain on top of her fears of drs. I was so hesitant to go here, but I was recommended the walk in clinic. These ladies are seriously amazing. They cared, and they understood our situation. If my daughter gets any kind of thing like this again, we are going here instead of the dr!
