Do not waste your time. The mental health professionals do their job appropriately. However, this facility cares nothing about your mental health. They have never returned a phone call or message.Every time I call to ask or help, they tell me something along the lines of, “we are short staffed”.In order to get a medication refilled AFTER an appointment, I had to make 20 (yes, TWENTY) phone calls… and show up personally at the office to be recognized and/or be given the time of day. I have proof of this.Mental health should not be handled in this way.Very disappointed.

Don’t seek help here, you will be left with debt and more depression. Save yourself

Last week was my first time visiting the Hinesville office (had been to Rincon several times before). I was very pleased with everyone that I spoke with before, during and after my visit. They were all very helpful, easy to reach by phone :) and great to work with. Thank you to Brandi, Frances and Chelsea! It is a stressful time and many are dealing with difficult situations, its easy to forget the people that are trying to help us in our time of need. PLEASE REMEMBER PATIENCE AND COMPASSION FOR THE HEALTH CARE WORKERS they are only doing their job to help you!

We are very pleased with the service we recently received at HBH. We needed a letter for our daughter and we needed it right away. The staff was able to squeeze my daughter in to see the doctor and he helped us get the letter completed in time. Thank you all at HBH

What’s crazy is that when I needed to reschedule an appointment, they never got back with me. I tried calling several times and left a voicemail. But I missed one appointment and they’re now trying to charge me $100. So they have time to mail a letter for money but can’t answer a phone call.

Very polite and helpful in all aspects of our lives dealing with mental health issues and as well Very informative to your well-being and the most important things to get you better. Noel was the last person in this office who knew how to get things done. I go there now, and theyre absolutely clueless as to how to help me get any medical records. I give them a fax number for a new provider and the fax never gets there. I have to visit and follow up multiple times before the new people figure out how to use the fax machine.Im not happy with this place since Noel has left. The office is a mess.

Not quite sure what the function of the psychiatrist and other therapists are. At my appointments I fill out a sheet before Im seen, but its never talked about during the sessions. I do all the talking and never get a response. I really dont think they hear what Im saying. Theyre more concerned about writing notes in the computer during my session. All they do is verify my meds or make changes to them against my will. My meds are always messed up. They still have me getting a medication that I stopped taking over a year ago. Not a great place to go to get help.

If your looking for a mental health facility that further deteriorates your mental health. This is the place for you. 10 days and counting now for a simple answer about the medication they prescribed. Its ridiculous! They change prescribers like I change oil in my car. Cant keep any doctors/NP employed here, I guess we should all follow their lead and go elsewhere. Sorry for the folks who dont have a choice. Most of the time you cant get anyone on the phone and if you do, they take a message or you leave one and they still never call you back. 45+ min wait times past your appt time. The list goes on, but you get the picture right

Everyone seems nice and eager to help, but something seems to go screwy every time when they try to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Other than that, theyre pretty accommodating.Another update: they are always willing to help fix whatever pharmacy issue pops up, and are very considerate by calling to let me know the thing is fixed and everything is fine. Very helpful!

Dr Banjoko is amazing. The staff and medical assistants are always polite. TMs therapy changed my life and put my depression in remission. Don’t let poor reviews scare you away, this practice has changed my life for the better. I now see a nurse practitioner there for follow ups and she is kind and knowledgeable.

For some reason, you guys NEVER seem to answer the phone! I just need to confirm my daughters appointment!! Geez.. I feel like I’m pulling teeth trying to get someone On the phone! This should never happen with a place of business such as this! I’ve been calling since 0800 and it’s almost 10!

Horrible care and staff. They treat people like numbers and money. They dont care bout consistency and will schedule you different providers. The only reason they 1 star is because Hannah was absolutely amazing, but shes leaving the office.

Very unorganized to start with and one of the receptionist was incredibly rude. I will be switching to a different facility especially as a reason of the front desk. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Don’t waste your time or money.

This place has been a let down. They are inconsistent and make it difficult when they should be helping. Dont have enough providers for their services. Staff will lie about paper work being completed on time knowing there are no providers those days to even fill paperwork out . Prescriptions will not get filled or called in on time. You will go without meds fir who knows how many days at a time. I pulled my kids from this facility and gave them a last chance. I will definitely be looking for a different place to go myself asap

An ABSOLUTE JOKE! the receptionist had the flu. She looked like she had been crying, but no she was Just very sick and sneezing. Then I go back and meet with a new lady who tells me I do not need my medication for ADHD that I’ve been on for years. She then looks at my chart and puts me on a medication I’ve already tried and had issues with. They do not care about you. Places like this is the reason people commit suicide. It takes everything you have to walk into a place and ask for help. Good luck EVER getting your medicine on time. The Doctor is ALWAYS out of the country and can never do his job. This place is all together just messy. Find somewhere else. My mental health is severe after 3 years of their treatment. Do not go here. Seriously you’d be better off jumping off of a bridge than expecting this place to help you.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE......FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH STAY AWAY FROM HBH.....I take my 5 year old autistic daughter here. They have been a tremendous let down time and time again. They take their sweet sweet time trying to get my daughter the medication they prescribe. It normally takes about two weeks of me fighting with them to send the right paperwork to her insurance company to get meds approved. She started to see one of their therapist s and it takes about an hour after scheduled appointment time to be seen by him. The few times she has seen him, he is disorganized and would much rather try to look down my shirt instead of trying to help my child. When he does interact with my daughter he is normally taking at her instead of to her and wont even call her by her name. I have never been so displeased in my life. This place is a NIGHTMARE in my opinion. I wish I knew how to report this facility. I have made complaints time and time again. Thankfully her pediatrician listens and has referred us to a different facility and we will no longer waste our time, insurance and money out on this poor excuse of a business.

This place has some of the most unhelpful people in the mental health sector that i have ever worked with. They do not listen to you about what you need with your insurance and when they mess up they expect you to pay the outstanding balance. All they needed to do was put me with someone that my insurance covered but did not and waited tell i saw the doctor 5 times to say oh you have a balance. Also when I cancelled the other appointments I had with the other doc I was seeing there, that somehow Did not get canceled and I revived a nasty letter in the mail.I suggest staying away from this place cause all they care about is the money and not making things right when they make the mistake.

Dr. Banjoko is great. He really listened to my concerns when my son was first diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. He always answers all my questions. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. Much better than the girl that was their when I first started going their 3 years ago. The girls now always have a smile on their face and always great my son as well as me. Dr. Richardson is also very nice and patient with my son. I cant imagine taking my son to another doctor.

Ive been here only twice, but Im very happy so far. Dr.Richardson is very kind and comfortable to be around. The receptionist always seem very kind. Great experience so far.

My wife has been going to this mental healthcare provider for over 2 and a half years. In that time, she was forced to switch therapists 4 times, has had repeated issues with staff behavior and treatment, and has been grossly ignored by the office manager, Lisa, when she has brought staff issues to her attention. The most recent incident was when the office staff ignored her pleas for help when she was subjected to PTSD triggers in the lobby, which resulted in a PTSD induced panic attack. At that point she was told to go into the bathroom and compose herself.....really!?!?!? This is a mental health facility, they are supposed to help! If that wasnt bad enough, we were forced to leave when me and my wife tried to address the situation. Dont waste your time with this place. Pay attention to the reviews here. This organization does not care about its patients. They are there for the money, period.

The girls at front desk are so sweet my son love them and I do to, when askin them questions they try they very best to answer them. The Dr is great also my son love the Dr.....

Very disappointed in HBH right now, The Doctor canceled my Refill on my medication before even talking to me to see what was going on, I just had major dental work done over the last month, even spoke with the nurse about it at my last visit and then bam this happens, so when I call to see why my Refill had been canceled I get treated like an addict and thats so unfair, I wasnt aware of the issues that getting pain medication after major dental work would have caused me not to get my medication,other wise I would have just suffered, I have never failed a drug test, I hope they can figure this out very quick, because of the medication Im on you cant just stop it like that, and if they do, I will be finding another doctor that cares more about people. I cant believe this is happening to me right now.

VERY RUDE! They will steal your money and mockingly rip-up orders for immediate referral to see their Dr. that ws given by their in-take assistant.I highly recommend you stay away from these very unprofessional staff. I cannot rate any doctors as I never go to see one as the front dest ripped up my order and threw it in the trash right in front of me.

Let me start off by saying that HBH is amazing. I’ve experienced a string of severe head injuries of the past couple years and experienced substantial mood, focus, and cognition issues for quite some time. I was referred to HBH by my primary care and they have been incredibly helpful throughout the recovery process. I didn’t think it was possible to feel and think like I used to before my accidents, but seeing Dr. Banjoko regularly really has changed my outlook on my future.

I had side effects to a medication last Thursday. I called last Friday right when they opened, got told someone would call me back, its Monday and I had to call again to get told the same thing!! I would think having a side effect to medication would be of more of an importance.? I get told after every appointment you have any problems give us a call Dont even bother. Im switching to a different facility.

Came here for my very first therapy session ever, and was told to basically “take vitamins and exercise” if i was depressed. that MAY help SOME people (if at all), but this just tells me that their staff doesn’t UNDERSTAND mental illness or personality disorders. being told that was a slap in my face. i never came back. if you are seriously in need of mental help, i’d look elsewhere.
