Dont waste your time and money! They provided the wrong prescription and when I informed them that I could not see clearly and asked for them to recheck my prescription. They told me no because because it usually takes a while to adjust to new glasses prescriptions. (Granted, Ive worn glasses all my life and know there is a adjustment period, however I knew that this was more than an adjustment issue.) A few weeks later, I got my prescription redone by a different eye doctor and they said that the prescription I was given was 2 steps off of what I needed and they were confused and said I shouldve never been given that prescription in the 1st place, since it was not strong enough fro my eyes.

I received an voicemail stating that my glasses and contacts were ready to be picked up. In the voicemail that was left, the closing time was 6pm. I went in around 5:35pm to make the pick up. It took the guy helping me about 5-10 minutes to look for my prescription. When he finally found it, he told me, “just to let you know, it is against the law to pick up your prescription after 5:30 but that I was lucky because the dispensing person was still there. He kept telling me about 3-4 times that it was against the law. I told him that I didn’t know and that the voicemail said that they closed at 6pm. It did not state that there were certain times allowed for pick up. He said “thats hours of operation and dispensing is till 5:30 only. When I apologized to him and looked to the side of the desk, thats when I seen a small sign with the dispensing times. I apologized again and walked away. He made me feel like I was some kind of criminal and he could’ve just told me that it was past the time to pick up and I would’ve understood and just come back to pick up the next day. I feel they should let everyone know at the time of ordering that there are specific times and/or dates to pick up. They should also include dispensing times in voicemails and text messages. Not everyone will see the small sign posted up on the side of a desk.On another note...I do love my glasses. I bought a pair of Coach prescription glasses because it was 40% off with purchase of contacts. I am a little disappointed because when I got home, I noticed my glasses case has about 3 deep scratches on it. Even though I purchased it at 40% off, I still paid a good amount of money and you would think that they would take a little more care in handling your items.

The people that work there are most helpful and courteous! The doctor was very patient with my very shy grand daughter. He talked to her and made her feel very comfortable. I like that.

Love this place. So much appreciate that associates made me really comfortable like a sister. Very comfortable from welcome reception till you get your glasses. Mahalo.

Eye glass emergency. Was there before they opened. Left message and called multiple times. 3 hours after they opened they finally asked me what I needed help with(because I went to the door) then proceeded to tell me to call to make an appointment and that they were booked out til the 27th. Completely rude.
