Ernesto really took care of me after I bought a used car from M Sport. I didnt buy the most expensive car, just a used Fiesta for $8K, but he still made sure I was treated like a valued customer and really helped me out making sure the car was inspection ready and good to go. Thank you also to Andrew and Anthony who really helped me a lot during my purchase experience. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone. As someone who works in customer service, its important for me to have a team that values me and works for my business. M Sport is an example of good business helping out their customers!
First and foremost!! Classy and professional! I knew what I wanted and Carolina assisted me from the test drive to signing. The staff is excellent! Not to mention how well dressed and poised everyone is, not a moment went by where I felt my time was being wasted. They and treated me with value and respect and the process of buying a car here was quick and the best experience I ever had! I literally sat back and they did everything for me ☺️ I am driving off the lot with the Audi that I wanted, the finance department saw that I was covered w the warranty and insurance I needed. I wouldn’t recommend, besides the high rate interest they offer, the check engine light might come on the day after you drive home. Shame on me! Guess I should have bought warranty. Take your time and plug and OB2 scanner in to the vehicle before purchasing. I can’t get thru inspection till I spend more $$ on repairs. They obviously cleared the check engine light before my purchase. I feel taken advantage of. Be careful there

This dealership was awesome to work with. My wife and I looked here first and found a car we really liked. I decided to keep looking since this was the first place that we looked, despite my wife telling me that this was a great car and that she really liked working with the staff. After spending two days visiting all the car dealers in the area having to walk out of one dealership because they wouldnt take no as answer, we came back to them. The staff took their time as we wanted to test drive the car three times. We dreaded having to look for a car because of the high-pressure sales people. This is not the case with this dealership. The service was outstanding and they were even able to make sure the car had a warranty. If I had listened to my wife and purchased the car when we first visited this establishment I would have saved myself a lot of time and energy.
This place is ridiculous! They tried to charge me $5k in fees (before taxes and registration) an OUTRAGEOUS amount! When I asked them to break down the fees for me to better understand them, the sales lady Laura had no idea what she was talking about and the manager wasnt very helpful. Plus they tried to tax everything at the end, the sales tax should ONLY be on the vehicle. I had to leave the dealership when I heard the absurdness of the fees. I would highly avoid this place.
If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go. Carolina was attentive, compassionate and determined to help us leave with the vehicle we came there to get! My husband and I were so happy! Everyone was excited and willing to help! Jason, who we made the appointment with, made sure the car we wanted to see was detailed and ready for us when we arrived for our appointment. I would highly recommend this location. We spent days and countless hours going to different dealerships looking at pricing and best bang for our buck. When we walked in Lora greeted us and was extremely attentive listening to what we needed and most importantly didn’t try to encourage us outside our means.

I regret getting my car here, i was lied to the price of the car changed priced. Their shady all of them don’t trust the blue eyed lady devil Laura, she’s a liar and after they get your money you are unimportant to them. I’m here to rewrite my contract cause i caught them in a lie. Nice cars but be sure if this is what you want and you have to go over the numbering they gave you for yourself.

On July 3rd I spoke with Nina who was very professional, on it, and made an appointment to see a vehicle the next day. I asked her to call me if the vehicle sold before I went. While en route to the appointment the next morning she called to confirm the appointment, two minutes later she called back to say sorry the car sold late last night. Already en route from 60 miles away I inquired about another vehicle, $6k more expensive than the one I was going to see. Spoke to a salesman that I wanted to be clear on the out the door cost. He said every dealer has fees but they were negotiable with the sales manager. When I arrived Ernesto greeted my daughter and I and we just about immediately met with our sales guy who already had a customer. Now, here comes the three missing stars; the car was filthy inside and out (dirty, floor mats thrown in the back and carpets dirty, tires low, oil change light on). I know about cars so not troubling but from a service perspective this was trash on their part. Drove the car, liked it and agreed to buy. Things moved quickly which I appreciated but the first round of numbers came out with over $3500 extra for extended warranty which I didnt ask for, plus the car had remaining manufacturer warranty. I told the salesman to remove it, he did and came back with a $1650 post purchase inspection fee added in addition to a $2000 dealer prep fee. I should have told them then to f$ck themselves then but I was tired of my old truck so that is what it is, they got me - but beware!! Two weeks later I get a call saying they needed an insurance card to apply for my plates. Two weeks after that I get a message from Miriam? (spelling) that my plates were in and I should call to tell them to keep them or mail to me. It took me five phone calls over two days to get Miriam on the phone for her to tell me she will call me back in 10 minutes. As of this review, that was three days ago. I drove to Jersey to get my plates myself, because the temp registration they gave me was expiring the next day. Reading the other recent reviews its clear this is just how they do business. Its sad if we customers keep them in business doing this to us. Skip them, many other places sell cars.

After reading such mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure how my buying process would go here. Excited to report, better than I could’ve hoped for. They’re knowledgeable, they WANT to help you, and go above and beyond with working with your credit, down payments, and getting a loan. A lot of people don’t understand the fees and sales tax after the price of the car itself, but they are fair with theirs. Don’t listen to the people who complain about it on here. They stayed with me THREE hours after closing while I sorted my insurance and got things handled on the phone. Nothing but patience. After the initial purchase, I had noticed a few things “wrong” with the car. After a phone call, I was set up with a maintenance appt with everything of concern to be solved. Very kind on the phone, as in person. Every employee I came in contact with was so wonderful, especially the owner. Humble and kind man. Can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s employees. Thank you for such a great experience M Sport team!! Highly recommend.

Went to look at a very reasonably priced land rover discovery sport. Drove 3 hours after making an appt. And being told the vehicle was in the show room waiting for us. Once we arrived and entered the show room the vehicle was no where to be seen. After visiting the disgusting grungy bathrooms we were greeted by a saleslady who informed us that the vehicle was in the rear of the building and would take us to it. After walking through a dirty hallway we entered into the rear part of the building which was the service garage, where the vehicle was parked in a service bay. The sales lady moved the vehicle out to an open service area where we could look it over. For the most part there was nothing wrong with the vehicle so we asked to take it for a test drive. The sales lady said yes but we would have to wait for a dealer plate to come back before we could drive it. She said we could talk numbers in the mean time. She informed us of the price that matched the price advertised and asked about our down payment and financing. She wrote down our info and took it to one of the back offices and returned with a plate so we could test drive. While on the test drive we were informed that someone else had put a deposit on it and was getting financing. Usually that means the car is sold at most dealerships. Apparently that is not the case for this place. After returning from the test drive, we were greeted by; who I am assuming was, the sales manager. He had a piece of paper with a bunch off chicken scratch on it that turned out to be financing numbers and what not. Included on that sheet was the final out the door price including taxes registration and other fees. The total being almost $7000 more than the advertised sale price of a vehicle under 30k.I questioned the total asking for a break down. Ths included a dealer fee of $3995 as well as $250 registration fee (to transfer a registration, not do a new one) and some other bs fees. I questioned the dealer fees and received some sob story on how they have to pay their employees, pay auction fees when they purchased it, and have to take it to the land rover dealership for some special inspection. He even said that if we would be willing to pay cash that he wouldnt have to charge us sales tax! This is Illegal!I then told the guy that that is bs and should be included in the advertised price. He tried to argue that all dealerships have fees and it doesnt matter where you would buy from. He became very rude and argumentative and we decided to walk out.Long story short you dont list inventory at cost then then try to charge customers fees to cover operating costs.This place is almost as bad as bait and switch operation. I have no idea how they sell any inventory.We ended up buying from an actual land rover dealership the same day and their dealer fees added up to a wopping $168. Just stay away from this shady place.

Worst experience ever! Manager was really cocky. I initiated a sales request via KBB and got quite a few calls from MM Sport Motor Car Company. Spoke with Ethan and told him that I would only come if they can offer a certain number, he assured me that he has already checked with the manager and willing to offer the asking price, just need to see the car in person. Drove almost 50 mins to get to the dealership, after 5 mins of wait I was taken to the manager who offered 6K below the asking price without even looking at the car, he was a real jerk and gave an impression like its my fault that I was there so I walked out. Terrible people and so is the customer service experience.
I’ll keep it simple, they tried to charge me $4,000 in fees. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! How can you mislead your customers. If your thinking about purchasing a vehicle at M sport Motor in Hillside add $4,000 to the price of the vehicle and look for something in that price range first...

I bought this nice car all the way from methuen to New Jersey I didn’t test it never drove it but I also paid for the shipping . When the car has arrived everything seems fine, my wife drove the car for less then 18 miles the gas light and the tire pressure was both on and the was sent without the spare key unbelievable.

I went to the dealership on 5/8 I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i I won’t say the experience was bad, as the lady I was was dealing with was very pleasant. The issue I have is that after leaving with the vehicle there was major issues I’ve found after taking the car to a mechanic to look over. the car needs a whole new steering rack and front shocks there’s no way to safely drive the car in this condition. there’s an oil leak on the vehicle and I’m sure that’s going to be a nightmare . I’m hoping that the dealership sees this and takes action this is completely unfair! I get that they are in the business to make money, but then to knowingly sell a vehicle in this condition its insane it’s not even safe to drive. I guess really it’s me to blame I should’ve known better.
This dealership is extremely easy to work with. Everyone there treated me well starting from Sabrina with the front desk to the saleswoman Laura and the managers Anthony and Ernesto. I purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V and although it’s an older vehicle they made sure to have everything up to date and serviced. I am definitely coming back here for my next vehicle!

This is my kind of dealership. They genuinely want you to find the car that’s right for you, not just the first thing you happen to look at. They actually asked the question “So where are you in your process?” And during the test drive they allow a route that actually lets you fall in love with the car, plus great and friendly conversation about what your needs are. All in all, they seem like genuine, sincere people in the business of selling the right cars to the right people, not just trying to push product onto whoever they can convince. They understand true customer service.
Literally thieves !!! I called twice in advance and asked about the price and told that they’re willing to negotiate the dealer fee was $495. Went to the store the price came out $4000 higher and dealer fees $2000 instead. The manager was the rudest on top of everything—interfered in a cocky manner while discussing the deal and wouldn’t even let me talk. Not worth the time or effort!

Worst experience.I went from Ny to buy a car and then the sales men told me that the price was not the same even though we spoke the night before . After buying the car I had to pay 300 for the key to be fixed due to computer issues with the car and it was not included in the warranty and all they told me they couldn’t help me . After 1 month with the car I had to replace the water pump.
Zero stars!!!!!! The hidden fees on top of their car prices are outrageous. Be prepared to be asked to pay $2000 to $4000 more than the car prices they list. I wouldnt recommend buying anything from them. They keep the car prices low on listings and when youre interested the prices are more than the market value. Its a rip off. Zero stars!!!!!!
Total Rip off! They charged my daughter $2000.00 for dealer prep fees which is crazy! Normally in New Jersey its anywhere from $100 to $500 max! I wouldnt but from here unless you scrutinize ever charge and be ready to walk if they dont make adjustments. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a vehicle about a year ago, now I need some repair done which is covered under warranty. Literally called everyday for two weeks only to be hung up on or said I would get a call back. I explained the situation to Anthony who also just put me on hold and never called back. I ended up paying out of pocket to get my repair done ($600) since it was a safety issue. Still, no one is helping regarding reimbursement. Such a slap in the face after spending about 20K here on a vehicle. Dont waste your money here. Its easy to make a sale but the follow up service is horrible, literally no one knows what they are doing.
Laura is a saleswoman at M Sport that deals in a professional manner and treats clients/customers with up most respect and bends backwards to satisfy her customer. I purchased a vehicle for my wife’s birthday and my wife loves her S U V in which she named it La Baby and I already gave Laura’s name and number out to several friends and family members. Thank you Laura and M.Sport for making my wife’s birthday a bomb.
Applied for a credit app online (soft credit check) - at the top of the page it says WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE Check my credit score just to make sure and alas they submitted a hard credit check. These people are crooks. Dont do business with them.

Yesterday my husband and I had a wonderful experience at M Sport Motor Company. The car we had originally gone to look at had previously had a deposit put on it so we were asked if we were interested in anything else. We gave a number of what we wanted to pay out the door with all fees and taxes included and Ernesto was able to offer us two cars. One at that price and one slightly over. Both cars looked great and we eventually went with the slightly higher priced car because it fit our needs better. We were offered a bumper to bumper 5 year warranty at an additional cost which we declined as it brought the price well over our budget but Ernesto was able to work that number down to fit in our top number. I feel like we get a great deal and had a overall pleasant experience and would recommend M Sport Motor Car.
They’re manipulators and liars. They sold me a car for a different price they advertised online which was 12.8k. They sold it to me for 15.7k and the final price ended up being close to 19k (not including interest). I call the bank they got me approved through for my loan and they’ve confirmed it. I called the dealership to inform them of this. They gave me the run around for 4 weeks and wanted me to come back to their store so their finance department can explain it to me. I told them no they can send me the paper with the complete breakdown to my email. I still haven’t received it.I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion from them and I had the car for a little over a month now and the battery went completely dead. I wouldn’t refer this dealership to my enemy. Their customer service will be great at first don’t fall for it. Please save you time, energy, and money.
I came into this dealership a little skeptical about the whole car buying experience as a lot of people are. The moment I stepped in Andrew greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance today. I showed him a few cars I was interested in and was more then willing to grab all the keys for the cars I showed him. Due to the weather I didn’t want to stand outside so he offered to move them individually into their service department. (which was also very impressive for a used car dealership) I was happy with the conditions of the vehicle and was ready to work a deal. We sat down and he presented three term options based on my credit. Originally the payment was a little higher then I had wanted, I communicated that to Andrew & he was more then happy to bring over the General Manager Ernesto to speak with me for further negotiation. After about 20 minutes he worked with me and was more then willing to accommodate me. We shook hands and made the deal! They helped me from A-Z with both comfort and after the deal THEY EVEN HELPED WITH INSURANCE! Super happy with my experience here and the staff is extremely welcoming. I normally do not take the time to leave reviews for purchases, but when you buy your first car ever and make such a large investment you want to share your experience with others. As a first time buyer I was very nervous about being taking advantage of by dealerships and car salesmans and as a result I took my time to find the right fit. I live in Hillside, NJ so naturally I visited Route 22 to search for my car and I just could not find the right car for me at the right price, but then I discovered M Sport Motor Car and saw that they had the BMW X5 I wanted and inquired about it. I entered their dealership and was quickly greeted by their manager Anthony. He was so nice and introduced me to one of their top salesman named Jason. I told Jason that I would like to test drive the car to see how it handled and he happily went to get the keys and we hit the road together and wow, I just have to say theres nothing like driving a German car. I was convinced on buying the car but needed Jason and his team to get me the right monthly payments to make my decision. Thats when I was introduced to their General Manager Ernesto and Financial Manager Alex who both literally worked on my behalf to get me the right Auto Loan from the right bank. I was beyond satisfied with their work and the deal that they worked for me. They actually got me a deal 40% less than I thought I was going to pay and thanks to them I ultimately saved over $2,000. My wife and I were not only ecstatic about the savings but also with how extraordinary and accommodating the entire team at M Sport Motor Car was to us. They make you feel like family and guide you through the entire process with straight up honesty and compassion. I had a great experience at M Sport Motors. I bought myself a vehicle there a couple days ago and the customer service was excellent. With the help of Carlos I was able to find the perfect vehicle for me. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Carlos at M Sport Motors.
We saw a $24k vehicle. We test drove and liked enough to buy. When we were ready to negotiate and they said it was $31k. They said they charge a “dealers fee” of $2k + other fees and taxes. Taxes are understood. The salesman admitted they mark the cars lower to get people in the door, so it is just bait. When they say online they negotiate in person, they don’t. What happens is they come back and give you the “out the door” price ($31k for us) and tell you to negotiate from that even when you say you are negotiating from the listed price ($24k for us). We were ready to buy a vehicle from them without financing and still nothing. We offered to pay the full $24k price as “out the door” and they said no. Don’t go there under the impression the price listed is negotiable, because it is not. They are the definition of used car salesmen.

Made apt for a test drive. Waited over 20 minutes not one person came up to me to update me. The other customers weren’t even being helped. It was clear they were understaffed or didn’t care about service. I walked out and got half way home before I got a call. Terrible service!
SHADY. Would give zero stars if I could.I called the night before to make an appointment for a specific car. When I arrived they pulled it around. When I asked to drive it he said “are you gonna buy it?” (…obviously not without testing it.) When I sat down to purchase the price had conveniently been raised a few thousand the night before (after I had already called to come see that specific car.) Luckily I had a screenshot from the day before and they said they would honor it, but then I caught they were still calculating a base price $1,500 higher. With taxes and their ridiculous fees the car listed at $24k came in at $33k. Bad feeling from this place all around. Walked out and am happy to give my business to a more straight forward/no games dealership. I was ready to purchase and would’ve bought this car, but not from these people. Sad.
I purchased my first BMW at Motor Sport! So thankful to have found such a great dealership. Clean, responsive, and got a reliable car. Purchased it back in December and waited till now to see how everything would play out. And honestly it’s been a great decision to get my car there. The car has ran smoothly and they even have service there so you can get oil changes and fix anything your car may need if necessary.

Bought a car here last month and as I was driving home I heard a humming noise... I followed the noise to the trunk - They sold me a car full of bees.Had to go to the hospital because, Spoiler Alert: Im allergic.The next day when I took it to them they refused to take the car back and their advise was to harvest the honey and sell it. What am I Dr. Doolittle now?I now have local Artesian Honey for sale. HMU

Great experience. I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion at M Sport motor a few months ago and I still haven’t had any issues with the car. The staff was very knowledgeable about all their vehicles and polite. This place will rip You off in 2 seconds and smile while they are selling you a lemon!!!! My brother bought a car here and the week after the car would not start no matter what the mechanic did. He finally figured out its something in the engine, so he would have to take it apart to get to it and its going to cost a pretty penny!! They refused to even discuss this with him!!!!
Don’t waste you time, energy, or your money at this place! Had immediate issues with the car. There were 5 recalls on the vehicle that had never been fixed; which caused me not to have a working vehicle for an entire month. I exhausted my AAA tows within 3 months of having the car! They claim you get two free oil changes within a year. But now they have an independent contractor who runs their service department and he has no records or even access to them for this to be possible. Not to mention how rude he is. They keep terrible records, give you the run around AFTER you purchase. They make it seem like you’re in good hands but trust me you’re not! Purchase somewhere that stands on their word and provides excellent customer service. I would give it a no star but Google won’t allow lol.
Staff was warm and welcoming! Wilfredo, my sales agent was extremely kind and genuine. There needs to be more people like him! Not the typical salesman! He was patient, listened to my concerns, and was honest much like Ernesto; the general sales manager. They both ensured that I left a satisfied and a happy customer. I highly recommend this place. Overall, Ive had only a pleasant experience being here.
