Warning!!! HORROR DENTAL STORY!!!I do not usually do this because I also work with medical professionals and understand some may miss the mark. However what took place today was completely unprofessional and careless. This dentist failed to ask my son in law about his sugar levels before extraction of a tooth. Did not give any instructions verbal or written as to how to take care after the extraction.My son in law is a type 1 diabetic. A few hours after the extraction he called me to say he was bleeding out of control. When I called the dentist the office staff proceeded to say we need to make an appt. After stating his condition she proceeded to state the same. I ended up telling her I was on my way and the dentist will see him. Brought him into the office. The dentist came in totally ignored me and pulled the gauze. There was blood everywhere that he almost choked. She took 11/2 hours trying to put stitches and started to work on him without putting more anesthesia. He started to shake uncontrollably and I told her to numb him again. He continued shaking so I asked her to stop to check his sugar since he was pale and shaking. She then tells her assistant to bring sugar to give to him without checking his levels. I started to ask her do you know what you are doing? Did not answer me and completed after there was blood everywhere and walked out of the room. Then gave no instructions and started to treat another patient. I kept asking them to ask her to come back. She took another 40 mins. Then came back and when I asked her if she knew the protocol on how to treat a diabetic she gave me her back and ask the assistant to call 911. When I asked why she said doesnt he need an ambulance. In which I stated not anymore but I know what you are ddoing. You want me to leave so you are calling the police. Well thank God when police got there and I explained the situation that they made her call the pharmacy for pain meds, antibiotics and give him the treatment plan as to what to do. This dentist HAS NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT A DIABETIC AND NO BEDSIDE MANNER. PLEASE SHARE THIS AND LET E ERYONE KNOW TO BEWARE.

This is my second visit with Dr. Kaur and Nurse Dora and I can say out of the other dentist I’ve had here work on my teeth…. THEY ARE THEEEE BEST. Very sharp in their work and listen to their patients. I actually forgot my EarPods and I’m totally nervous hearing all the sounds of the instruments in my mouth. They turned on the music to make me more comfortable. I’m not sure how much experience they have in this field but they are pretty fast in anything you need done. I recommend them 5 stars!!

First patient here and i’ll say that Dr. Kaur and all the dental assistants made me feel so welcome and heard. They offered me affordable alternatives to my issues and that meant a lot because other practices were hasty. The atmosphere here is calming and accommodating!

It was my first time there.The place is nice, modern and clean, the receptionist Liz was kind and professional. But the x-rays technician sounds patient but shes not. she doesnt care how comfortable you are. She gave me an attitude 🙄. The Dr. was ok. I cant wait to finish the treatment.If you have trauma with previous dentist, this place wont make the difference!!

Received a Crown, once the temporary was removed it smelled awful, I requested the tooth to be cleaned before the permanent is cemented and attached, I was told it would be. Never cleaned my tooth, Dentist proceeded with cementing in the crown that wasnt properly installed. I had to push it on with dental floss. Meanwhile a crown is barely attached to an already dirty tooth that was left exposed for more bacteria to enter. I felt this was done on purpose just because I asked for my tooth to be cleaned which I shouldnt have to ask and now I have pain in my tooth which Im sure is reinfected after having a root canal.

My first visit I reviewed 5 stars for root canal treatment. Second visit huge mistake for second root canal. The Dentist was conducting a root canal and broke the drill bit inside my tooth she was unable to remove it. I now have to see a specialist to remove the broken piece of metal in my tooth. Thats now going to cost me more money to visit the specialist. I will never go back.

I am afraid of the dentist and will not sleep weeks prior to my visits. My experience with community smiles was above and beyond. From the friendly front desk staff all the way through the assistants and doctors. I would like to give great appreciation to them for being able to calm my fears immediately. Everyone was following guidelines and wearing masked. Sanitizers everywhere and my teeth were examined, cleaned and felt brand new with no feeling of pain or discomfort. I wanted to give a better review but I must be honest. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately that doesnt cut it. Me, my husband and mom all went in for a cleaning. My husband was hurt during xrays and is now complaining of pain when he eats. I also was hurt during the 2 minute cleaning and my gums are sore. I wish the doctor took her time and thoroughly cleaned. The doctor did the cleaning so fast I was shocked.My face was completely wet and Ive never experienced pain during a cleaning. She only cleaned the bottom of my teeth and didnt even floss. I flossed my teeth when I got home and found food still stuck in it. Im pretty disappointed. At the end of it all we didnt even receive a goodie bag with a new toothbrush and toothpaste. This isnt what were used to and I didnt like the service. Amber the assistant was great.

This is my dentist, the office is Pretty and the girl in front is very honest and takes care to do everything She can for you. Every time I come it is a good visit with the help of Sara and the girl on the front, they call her Lisa. If you need help, ask for Lisa, lest they give you something chuecko for not speaking English! Above all I recommend them!

Dr. Mehta is very kind and attentive to his patients. The clinic is bein lipmia and the staff is very supportive.
