Worst customer experience ever. Pre-ordered and paid for up front, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Diorama (a fancy way to say Display Unit) in September 2020. Got email in August 2021 to say they were cancelling my pre-order and would refund me, due to not having enough units. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a refund. Each time I ask, I receive an automated email response. The single worst customer service centre in the game.

Looking for a replacement part for Quarriors. Submitted a form via website. It is now 10 days later - no follow up, no missing part in my mail box. Followed up with emails and facebook prompts and no response.Finally tracked down NECA who has ties with them and called into them... straight to voicemail. Called again hitting the sales line for NECA. Asked if there is anyway to get in touch with someone at WizKids and the operator had no idea. NO IDEA! How do you not know how to get in touch with them if you are a partner?I guess I will continue to spam them until I get a result.As a side, I will change my rating and revise my review if anyone who works there and reads this can give me a resolution to REQUEST ID #3699. Your move, WizKids.

Never transparent with their customers regarding release dates of products.Customer service is clueless.

NECA probably releases the best retro figures with 21st-centurystyle production value & imaging quality ever & i wouldve been super stoked if there was an Ultimate Freddy figure when i was little! They also make hella stuff based on current characters to & their Ultimate line is definitely in my top 3, for best 6.5-7in action figures. Especially for $20-25. But if u wait to long, maybe $50-100, just depends on time & place of purchase. Their figures include plenty of accessories & sculpted almost perfectly, whoever character the figure might be based on & some sick diorama/accesory sets that match certain figures to.1 thing tho is they definitely need more licenses to make more different 6.5-7in figures. Ok theres like 43 types of Freddykruger, Jason, Predator, Adamwest Batmans & Terminator 6.5-7in & 1/4 figures & like 2 BatManBegins/Darknight figures in that scale. So Id be stoked if they released like an Ultimate Snakepliskon or an Ultimate Michaelmyers figure etc etc in the near future, either way NECAstill dope.
