The owner is very rude, trys to speak over you and has no customer relationship skills. This place is a no frills, cheap place and the massages are average at best. I received a gift certificate as a gift a little over a year ago. Yes, there is a one year expiration date on the certificate which I did not notice. When I called to see if they would accept the certificate, I was yelled at by the owner and hung up on twice. She has received $100 dollars and is not willing to provide any service for that money. Please go somewhere else where the owner really cares about their business and wants to make people happy.

My husband and I went today with gift certificates that we received from xmas ..with both got the one hour massage combo ..it was amazing! and we both left super relaxed..I had Derek and he was so professional and did a great job. Definitely recommend trying this gem of a place out prices are reasonable as well!

Very unfortunate that location in Montclair had to close due to landlord eviction. Ive had many reflexology services at many different locations and this was by far the best Ive ever had. No comparison to the usual run-of-the-mill. This is true reflexology at its best.

A good friend of mine told me about this place. First time visiting this place and I was super impressed. Found my new spot from here on out. Very clean rooms at the ambiance between the lighting and the music made it very relaxing before the massage even started. I got a 90 minute massage from Amy and she clearly knew what she was doing. Very polite and professional. They take covid very serious and i felt very safe with the safety steps they had in place. Prices are phenomenal and you will not find a more classy and quality place then Lotus Pond. My back feels amazing! Thank you Amy and Lotus pond!!!!!

The manager at Lotus Pond is rude and impatient. She wants to do all of the talking and not listening to her customers. I purchased a gift certificate and every time I tried to use it she raises the service fee. I understand pricing has gone up on certain things but theyre using this pandemic to take advantage on others and its not fair. This is the last of my money they will ever see. Ive been in the service industry for over a decade and Ive never witnessed a company treat their customers the way Lotus Pond does. They need to understand once someone purchase a gift certificate, they need to honor it because its a binding contract. Unfortunately, Im losing four hour long massages to this company because Ive decided its not worth the stress that theyve caused me so far.

I defy you to find better service at a better price. 1 hour foot massage for under $30! Very relaxing and make sure you leave a nice tip. They really work hard for such a reasonable price.

After the second time there and great engagement with the owner and specific instructions didnt translate very well into the actual massage I know this place is highly rated so I was definitely disappointed.
