Very rude personnel in Lab services. Today they deleted my name after I signed and I wasted 2 hours from 10.15 am to 12.20. No apologies either.

Horrible experience, phlebotomist not qualified. No sample was obtained after 2 failed sticks, did not anchor which led to immense pain, and missed the vein completely. Do not go, not professorial.

I had to go by for blood work last week. Went on Friday 11/20/20 in the morning around 9 AM. Lots of safeguards are in place and ample hand sanitizer everywhere which I did use. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes, and yes, it was busy when I went in. Lee performed the bloodletting for me, and I swear for the first time ever I didnt actually feel anything from the needle insertion and while blood was being drawn. She is GOOD. All in all, great visit, great staff and facility, great protocols.Also adding - the results were available for 1 of the tests by the next day and the second test by Sunday.. I was able to log in to MyChart and view them.

The guy that took my labs. Needs to go back to school and learn how to do labs better. He didnt even use the band around my arm. It was the worst experience!

Very clear instructions for where to go when you arrive. Lots of covid protections in place and healthcare workers are very pleasant. Separate exits and entrances for decreased exposure.Woman who drew my blood was great. I dont do well with needles but her conversation put me at ease and I hardly felt a thing.

90 minutes wait time

I had a HUGE order of labs to do, the lab tech not only got me on the 1st stick, but I was in & out in less than 25 minutes from check in to check out.. The check in system is a little confusing as u dont know if they know anyone has checked in, especially on weedends... This place is SUPER CONVENIENT, especially for weekend labs!!

Lab report was not sent to Doctors until 3 weeks later after being called to do so. Only way to receive report is through fax or snail mail.

Im shocked to read some of these reviews! They can only work as fast as two techs can... and they do it professionally and accommodate! Ive had to wait but have yet to walk out in anger or frustration. Trust me, Im getting lab work done every 90 days and I will go back to this lab every time! Thank you!

The wait was a bit longer than expected, but the nurse (Ivana I think?) was professional and kind. Once I got called back it was quick/easy for a blood draw.

If you work M-F and think that by arriving early you are going to get out quickly, I am sad to report that may very well NOT be the case. Slow service and failures to educate staff on the proper protocols for collecting samples live here. I will be redoing a 24 hour test because the sample collected from me was labeled wrong and the lab would not accept the sample for testing. Additionally, I had to complete the 24 hour test with blood work and waited over an hour before I was taken back. They need more than two staffed in the week before 8AM. This will reduce human errors and improve the speed of service. Go somewhere else until they get it together!

I was at this lab this morning. I checked in at 7:25am, 5th in line. The first patient was taken back soon after, but no one emerged to take the next patient for a half an hour. The first patient I witnessed go back took over a half hour as well. I have labs drawn frequently. This is by far the worst experienceI have had. Many patients were irritated. I left because I need to go work, and it seemed it would be another hour and a half to be seen. Now I must wait another day (need to be done in the morning) and my labs will probably not be ready for my physician when I go for my appointment. What a waste of time!

Great staff, Jessica is an amazing phlebotomyst with a beautiful smile and welcoming demeanor

I was the 3rd on the list and waited an hour for labs which took all of 5 minutes once I got called. The lady at the front desk was not friendly or helpful at all. I will not be using this lab again.
