Jamie makes you feel right at home and explains everything that you will encounter during massage. For my first ever professional massage she made me feel completely at ease. I got their 30 minute upper body massage and I must say my shoulders and neck area have never felt better. Definitely worth the price and time.

We came to see Jena because our blood sugars & weights were out of control. It was easy to understand the program she presented to us.She gave a lot of good suggestions on preparing food, we were already eating, in a way that would benefit our bodies better.Since we have seen her we feel better, our blood sugars are in normal range, we have had more energy to walk regulaly, and our weight has improved greatly!We have even been able to cut our diabetic and blood pressure medicines in HALF! Jamie is very attentive to the spots that control the hurting........she knows her skills as to which trigger points cause which pain. I truly have had amazing results with her on my terrible neck and shoulder pain.......
