Below is from my comment on their website. I was talking about the three problems I faced in a 30min heath exam and asked to fix the easier and obvious one, which was incorrect pricing. Seems like they dont read the feedback forums. maybe they will read here. The second start is because the doctor was cool. Most of the rest was not.You could fix the incorrect pricing on your website. The prices for an Immigration Exam are $400/person for 18 years and older, or $300/person for 17 years and younger. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required for each exam by credit card as part of this cost, and the remaining amount is due at the time of the appointment. I was charged $450 in total. There were two other majors issues in half an hour session. The container that I was given for urine sample was broken. Literally. There was a second problem with pricing. First I was told vaccine administration costs $10. Then I was told that the pricing was wrong and the actual number is $20. Just fix the first issue in 2 weeks and I will be happy. Otherwise, I am posting this on google review. Just telling.

I went there only because it was the nearest USCIS approved civil surgeon and had a terrible experience. First, I had to wait more than a hour past my appointment time to be examined. Then, they said they’ll call me when results/paperwork were ready, never happened. I called too many times but they won’t answer either, so I ended up going there to know that the doctor didn’t leave proper notes of what the next steps were (if checked). Again, told me they’ll call once they could reach the doctor -who wasn’t in that day- never happened. Another week passed and I had to go there to check on status, it turned out that I needed something else so documents wouldn’t be ready that day either. Immigration paperwork is very time sensitive and I would never recommend this place for that very same reason, they won’t follow up, they just don’t care. Look somewhere else.

Ive unfortunately had to go here for the past few months due to an injury, and was surprised to see the negative reviews. Since day 1, Ive been treated professionally, courteously and promptly. This past year I have seen a lot of bad reviews of many businesses, and witnessed some terrible interactions at many different types of businesses from food to medical facilities.The one thing I have seen in common is attitude. The way you present yourself and treat anyone at their job directly impacts the interaction. Treating people the way you wish to be treated goes a long way. Its been a long, difficult time for many people since 2020, and and we would all do well to remember that we are not the only ones that have had to suffer through adversity.A negative experience goes both ways, same as a positive one. The entire time I have been treated at the Hillsboro OCCMED location it has been a pleasant experience despite the pain Im going through. Each and every employee from the front desk, people in the back as Im being taken to a room, to the nurse taking my vitals, to the Doctor has been great. 5 star service. I have great health insurance through work, and the Oregon OCCMED has been consistently a better experience than my actual healthcare provider, who isnt bad to begin with. Thank you to all the staff for providing healthcare like it used to be when I was a kid.

I was quite pleased with my experience especially considering I was going through a time sensitive process and the staff could not have made it go any smoother. I called on an urgent basis needing to be seen as soon as possible and the admin was able to get me in that same week. Friendly, reliable, and consistent.

Can you be tested for Covid here?Nope!Google says this place needs no referral from your doctor, and is accepting all patients.But when we drove up there was a sign on the door saying they do NOT provide Covid testing.So why cant yall update your Google site and make sure folks have the right information?🤦‍♀️

S p I read your review (Sorry you had to go through this while pregnant). Based on my recent bad experience I am not surprised. I dont recommend anyone to go here. The patient administrative assistant urgently needs a basic empathy skills class . You would think a person working with patients everyday should be nice and respectful to people. Not worth my time talking about it

Reached my appointment 5 minutes late, and they checked me in. Was taken inside, vitals check completed and then nurse returned and told me as I am super late the doctor will not see me for another 45 minutes. I am pregnant and have to make effort to get to appointments on time, was never ever returned from an appointment like this for being 5 minutes late. This is the 3rd time they did this. The second time I expressed my discontent at front desk and they took me in. In my first few appointments they made me wait for 30 minutes or more and I used to reach 15 minutes before time. But seeing how they make patients wait I decided to reach on time and not before. Will not recommend this place to anyone who values their time. Please dont waste your time and energy here. I dont even want to start talking about the treatment or the front desk.

Medical staffs are very professional and nice.

I came in for low back pain and it has been almost 6 months ...but nothing the doc has said has helped much except for pain killersi have been made to wait everytime i come in for 40 -50 mins sometimes even more.,..not sure why the give out appointments if they dont know how to make themvery disappointedI dont want to take the doctors name here....he seems nice and knowledgeable but my treatment has been excruciatingly slow..... havent yet got a referral...will ask in ttodays visit...
