I love Dr. Wu & his team, particularly his nurse Ari is wonderful. Anytime I have a problem I can reach them immediately. Everytime Ive had an issue they fit me in the same day, even if it is after hours. When I was in the ER, his team called me immediately to check on me. They reply to mychart messaging the same day with questions. Dr. Wu is intelligent, compassionate, and works with me to problem solve issues. He is always caring and respectful. My husband and I both know were in great care whenever we have health issues. He never rushes our visits and truly takes the time to listen to us.
