Been going to this office for a few months now, and can confidently say I am very satisfied and will be continuing to come back for future check ups and work. Every staff member is kind, patient, personable, and explains things to me very clearly. Plus, its very close to my home! Office is always clean and tidy. Really grateful this team helped get my teeth back on track and feeling a lot better about my dental future! Cant recommend them enough.

WE LOVE THIS DENTIST! My previous dentist retired so I was forced to find a new one. I have extreme breathing problems and cant wear a regular mask (I wear a face shield instead) and I quickly found out that most dentist offices treat me like I have the plague. Not Heather. From my very first call, she was so understanding and told me they would be happy to accommodate me! When I came in for my appointment, I felt like I was treated like ROYALTY. Heather was absolutely AMAZING and upon completion of my paperwork I was taken straight to a room. I was very happy to see that the office appeared very clean and orderly. My two young boys were with me and they were treated so well, too! They got to sit on a bench in the back of the room with me. The first person I saw was the sweetest dental assistant named Najhira (Im sorry if I butchered your name!). She was from India and taught me and my boys some Hindi phrases. We enjoyed her so much! Then Andres came in, who is the head dental hygienist and he took my x-rays and did a basic cleaning. He was incredibly nice and made sure my boys were protected from the radiology, and also answered my boys many questions about the equipment he was using. He was such a pleasant young man and clearly took his work seriously. Then Dr O. came in and looked over the pics and did my exam. He was SO friendly and incredibly encouraging and positive. He told me I had actually been OVER brushing and damaging the enamel on my teeth! He took very careful care to explain to me the dental regime he wanted me to follow, and even though my boys attend a pediatric dentist, he took the time to educate them as well. He was so playful with the boys and you could tell he took a genuine interest in our family. I was actually quite happy with my former dentist, but I can honestly say that I learned more in my one visit with Dr. O. than I did in ALL my years combined with my previous dentist. I cannot even tell you how pleased I am with this office and every single member of their staff. Please dont hesitate to try them for your dental needs. And tell them Zizi sent you! (Ok, that last part was for fun -- I just have always wanted to say that... but it might be fun for them to know!) lol

I had tooth extraction done here and it was absolutely painless. The doctor here was very careful and took all the care to make sure that I don’t get any discomfort. He also prescribed correct medicines for pain after the surgery. My case was complex but the doctor did it flawlessly. Support staff is very friendly and helpful aswell. For anything complicated I would definitely recommend coming here. Just trust the doctor and he will take care of the rest.

So far they are amazing, we came in yesterday for the first time because we had just about lost hope in ever finding a dentist who cared or listened to what we needed. My grandpa has rotting, missing and broken teeth all throughout his mouth. They quickly were able to take care of him they did the x rays and exam to find out the options and they provided him with antibiotics to hold him over until his appointment the next morning I am here now with him getting some of his teeth pulled and bone graphing done to get implants. Everyone is extremely nice and caring, I am very pleased so far with the services!

The place was not clean and very unorganized. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and was basically told all of the things that needed to be fixed including cosmetic s. The table had a pile of dental tools that scattered and random.It’s been a year since my last cleaning and exam have been seeing a dentist in my home state for years.(I’ve been In the area for work). Fluoride was put on my teeth and they were trying to send me out the door. The receptionist was trying to schedule an appointments for deep cleaning and other appointments for cosmetics. Complete waist of my time with teeth that we never even cleaned.

I haven’t been to the dentist since 2009. I have avoided it for too long and had cavities and a crown that needed to be taken off, cleaned and replaced. So far I have had x rays, a cleaning, cavities fixed, and a temp crown put on, I will be returning for the permanent crown. Honestly they do seem like they care. They take their time and ask that if you need a sec to lift your left hand. As soon as you lift your left hand they back off, then ask if you are okay. Dr. O, he does take his time. He makes sure things are done right and I don’t hate going in there to get work done. The assistants are all friendly, kind, they seem to care too. They are also taking covid pretty seriously so that’s also nice.

Absolutely the BEST. Dr. He came in to see me on a SUNDAY for an emergency visit. He was so kind, professional, competent. I didnt feel rushed at all even though he had to leave his family on a Sunday afternoon to take care of a patient. His staff is also impeccable! I will forever be grateful and he has gained a new patient for life! Thank you again.

I was scheduled to get a deep cleaning today which was my first at East Wind Dental Care. I was met when I arrived with first class care. Immediately I was welcomed by my first name and felt at ease. From that moment on the staff was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr.O was very informative and took the time to make sure I understood all of his suggestions. East West Dentistry may get a lot of Five Star reviews but if youre new or have an emergency I would not recommend it. Office manager treated me like a throw away patient. She didnt want to make the extra effort needed to verify my Delta coverage. Told me to come back when I had the necessary information. I had given her office my SS#. All she needed. Very insulting send-off. I dont recommend this place.

Pros:-Very clean office and they are strictly following Covid-19 protocols.-Excellent technical skill.-Excellent injections (I received upper and the usually most difficult/painful block on the lower and not only did I not have any pain at all with the upper injections, on the lower block he got it numb first try!! One time, he was able to locate and numb the nerves so quickly and with very minimal discomfort. It is impossible to numb the lower 100% pain free but this was the closest to it I have ever experienced.)-Excellent and skilled front and back staff.-Kind and comforting bedside manner.-Reasonable price point.-Dr. O takes the time and does it right.-Dr. O makes sure to not only thoroughly address the current concern, he immediately begins to make a workable plan to improve the health of your teeth and gums.Cons:-The only con I can state is it took a few days for my referral to be sent to the specialist.-Also that I didnt come in sooner.Dr. Ostavar and his excellent staff have accommodated me in their office twice now: once for an emergency exam and x-rays and then a second time for full exam and treatment of 3 teeth with composite fillings (tooth colored fillings). Both appointments have thoroughly impressed me and that is not easy as I have been in the dental field for over 15 years and am very nervous being on the other side of the chair! From the warm and friendly informative first call with Heather, to the treatment today, the entire staff has welcomed and wowed me! I was in extreme pain for my first visit (my first ever toothache and it was severely painful) and Dr O and his assistant Christian were so friendly, encouraging, thorough, and very gentle. He went above and beyond and even placed some temporary material in the most painful areas to help protect them until I get my permanent treatment!!! As well as a protective fluoride treatment to bolster my weakened enamel to prevent further decay.The appointment today was excellent as well. Yana up front (I hope I spelled that right :) welcomed me warmly and the assistant Andre seated me and made me very comfortable. Dr. O had quite the challenge on his hands as all 3 fillings were addressing cavities that developed at the gumline where it is so difficult to removed the decay carefully without damaging the gums and even more difficult still to get the area clean and dry to be able to bond the fillings properly. If not done properly they can leak and fail and even have decay forming underneath. He did not rush despite it being the end of the day. He took his time and took every possible measure to protect the area near my tooth pulp as well as using a special technique to make sure my gums were in check so he had room and a clean working space, and he concentrated and completed all 3 fillings and polished them nicely. I could not be happier!!!I know this is a long review but because my experience has been so positive it is worth my time to write this.Thank you so so much to Dr. O, Heather, Yana, Christian, and Andre for taking the time to take such good care of me and my teeth. I cannot express how thankful I am to have found a great dental office. I will be bringing my children and recommending to my friends and family that they see Dr. O.Also the special toothpaste and treatment paste was worth every cent and in 2 short weeks has already made noticeable improvement in the health of my gums and enamel. I feel like I am actively improving my smile every day now and that is AWESOME!!!

During this time of the virus it’s hard to to figure out what can be done Or where to go but she informed me off all my options and instructed me how to go forward with my daughters care and double checked if she will be okay until she gets the care she need. This is a great place to get your teeth worked on. The atmosphere is great and so welcoming. From the front desk to meeting the doctor. Doctor O actually takes time to meet you and know you as a person and not just another patient. Also the assistants here are so fantastic. Especially Dianna she is great and a hard worker. Dr. O is extremely detailed and thorough. I highly recommend him.He explains the status of each individual tooth to you and gives you his recommendations for how you can improve your situation.For my first session he did the cleaning himself so that he could really understand my teeth and build a relationship with me.He was also very helpful and resourceful with providing the details on what insurance would cover and not cover.It definitely feels like he genuinely makes it his priority and is passionate about keeping your teeth healthy and looking good.

The dental assistant, as well as the doctor, was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. Payment and explanation of the cost of the next visit was also very clear and they answered all my questions

My front teeth was chipped off, and it was quite painful. I found East Wind Dental Care in Hillsboro via my sister who is also East wind dental care patient and was very happy with her treatment result, so I decided to go to their office for a consult. They staff were all amazing! You really get a sense that they genuinely care about you as an individual. I explained my concerns and I was told that zoom whitening and bonding are my best options. Im actually looking forward to my follow up next month. I will never go to another cosmetic dentist :)

I have not seen a dentist in years and was quite nervous about going to one again because of a bad experience from my last dentist, but i needed to see one right away due to a toothache. The office was able to see me right away. Christian the assistance was so kind and helped ease away my anxiety. Dr Ostovar was just as amazing. He walked me through what was going on with my mouth and made some recommendations. I came back for a deep cleaning and Christian and Dr Ostovar made sure i was comfortable as again i was quite anxious. I would recommend them to anyone and in fact got my mother to switch dentist!

I have to admit, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist in general, but this is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. They are super efficient, thorough, and fast. The dentists are great. I also really appreciate the fact that they fully review your treatment plan, and cost before doing any work not covered by insurance. My daughter loves Dr. Dhadli and I did my wisdom teeth extraction with the Dr. Dhadli too. Best family dentistry ever. Highly recommend!

I had a demolished molar that was a month infected. I was in agony.They got me in and fixed up the day I called and sent me with an appointment to fix up as soon as the antibiotics were working. 2 days later I am so much better.Everyone was amazing at this dental clinic. I went to them only off of the reviews I’ve read here online and they did not disappoint.Great service and attention to patient needs. The staff was very professional and caring, gentle and well trained. The dental office is clean and state of the art.I feel like my root canal procedure went amazing, and I got my dental crown (PFM) after my root canal. I couldn’t have had a better experience with such a terrifying thing to have done..... but I’m afraid if I had gone somewhere else, I would have had some corners cut and just not have gotten the quality care that I did here from the East wind dental care. This is the best dentist Ive ever had. Ive always had dental problems and they made a plan for me not just a visit here and there but every week I come in and they spend a big chunk of time making sure everything I need gets done. On almost every occasion he gives me dental work that is not covered by my insurance as a courtesy. I feel like family and not just an unknown patient. On one instance I had no one to watch my baby and the front desk literally switched off holding him while I got cavities filled. Those are just a couple instances why I love east wind. Thanks guys!!!

Dr. O and his assistants are so patient and understanding! They communicate very well every step of the way. I have now had multiple cleanings and fillings and the process was very smooth and I didnt feel any pain. He is a miracle worker dentist accepting patients of all ages! I even referred my own daughter and grand-baby to Dr. O, they think he is amazing as well!! ;)

Dr. O was very friendly and there wasnt any long waits getting into seeing him which was helpful since it had been over two years since I been to an dentist. He also scheduled me for follow up 6 months which was good to see he cares about my teeth. Definitely recommend him and the people he works with great atmosphere.

The dental office of East wind dental care and Dr. Ostovar is the best dentist in Hillsboro! I had to suffer through a bunch of either dentists trying to tell me I had to get work done that I didn’t, or messing up my appointment or just bad customer service/bedside manner. I do not have one complaint about this place. I’ve recommended them to all my friends. They are always friendly, punctual, clean and knowledgeable and they’re always honest about what work you need and what you need to keep an eye on. They’re the best and Highly recommend!

Okay so I dont normally rate places below three stars but since I found a way better dentist (Dr kovanda Cornell dental look em up give them a call) I feel it is necessary. So the big one scared the ever living $#it out of me by telling me my wisdom teeth were going to hit a nerve FALSE they werent they were fine actually weird coincidence after they told me I was going to lose feeling because the nerve was going to get hit the doctor recommended me to his sister who as it happens specializes in tearing out wisdom teeth. Second when I got a check up at previously stated dentist they said that there was quit a bit of overhang left from my fillings and that the last person who cleaned them missed a bunch of tar tar way under the gumline. The staff is really nice and its a well kept office but they upcharge and are perform quickly while cutting cornersI go to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned not for them to tell me that I need four root canals that I dont need when in reality theyre just fillings they try and scare you into paying more for things that arent prudent to getting healthy teeth or are overtop when a simpler answer would suffice

I was afraid when I walked through the door for my first appointment. I felt shame for not practicing dental hygiene more thoroughly and very afraid of the repercussions. The receptionist could sense my fear and was extremely warm and welcoming. When I met the dental assistant, we instantly connected. I was in tears showing her my gums but she was so kind and compassionate towards me. When the next assistant came in to give me xrays she was very sweet, gentle and helpful. I learned that I do, indeed, have periodontal disease and I felt a lot of fear. Thats when I met the doctor. He is the most compassionate and patient, yet honest, dentist Ive ever met. He taught me better hygiene skills (I have a permanent bottom retainer that makes flossing difficult but NOT impossible) and treated me with so much dignity and respect through my entire appointment. I left with an appointment to see the hygienist for a scaling and deep cleaning and something that I had lost before....hope. Today I had my deep cleaning. Every single person in the office is so nice and caring. I am now confident in my ability to heal as I become more proactive in my personal care. I recommend East Wind to everyone in need of true dental care. They truly are in a class of their own!

I was referred to this place by one of my colleagues. I am glad I visited this place. Dr O (that is what he is called in short) and his staff are awesome at their work. Dr O was very patient in assessing my situation and suggested multiple options for both short term and long term treatment plans. He is very knowledgeable and can quickly identify the problem. Great experience from booking appointment to follow up. Dr. O at east wind dental care and his staff go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease at every appointment. My hygienist was very thorough, and the doctor took his time treating me. Oral hygienist does an amazing job with my cleanings and she is incredibly kind and personable. The dentist goes over all recommendations with me in detail and makes sure that I understand exactly what the plan is. I receive price estimates ahead of time so I can plan financially, and I never feel pressured to pursue a treatment that I dont want. I was not happy at all with their services to the point I changed dental offices. One of the receptionist is always very pushy when scheduling and rude. They also have this offer for referrals for which they find every excuse not to honor. I always feel like I am walking into an auto dealership with them, they try to to push all these things on you which they charge extra for. I get it, they have to make money, but a dental office shouldnt just be about that, it should be about dental care. The high ratings on here is only because they offer incentives to do a 5 star rating. I am not sure if they honor those since I decided to be flat out honest on their services.

Really Great dentist. Total pro. I was coming from a nightmare dental experience and Dr. O fixed the other persons mess and made it a million times better. Plus the office scheduled an appointment the same day and I didnt have wait at all. I will be coming here for all my dental needs from now on.

Since moving to Beaverton last year, I have tried hard to find a dentist who is thorough, not rushed, professional, and eager to get the best results for his patients (rather than the most cash for himself). That process for me has ended thanks to Dr. Ostovar. I saw him for a basic checkup and cleaning, which turned out to be the best I have had in a lifetime. He spent so much time with me, explained every single thing he found tooth-by-tooth, reviewing X-rays with me, and performing the most comprehensive cleaning I have ever had. He always checked with my insurance before recommending any further treatments, and was honest about what was necessary or optional. I will always go to Dr. O for my teeth, and encourage you to do the same!

Dr. O. Is a kind and caring dentist who has his patients best intersts in mind. I had a temporary crown fall out on a Sunday. Dr. O. instructed me to meet him at his office and he spent his entire afternoon off restoring my crown! He is very thorough and knowledgable and provides excellent dental care.

Dr Ostavar is very thorough and does a great job. I told him I had concerns after my last dentist did some poor quality work which failed very early, and Merat has done excellent quality work and explains everything as well. We took our daughter to see Dr. O at East Wind Dental Care. Him and his staff were very professional and nice! The staff was very welcoming and made us feel extra special! We took our daughter there for some concerns we had on one of her teeth that had some discoloration. The doctor performed a complete oral examination and advised us that the tooth which was discolored had a cavity and that fixing it would prevent future problems with her forthcoming purmanent teeth. The doctor was very gentle with my daughter and fixed her tooth! Him and his staff are AWESOME! THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. O AND STAFF FOR EVERYTHING!!!
