They jacked up all of there prices, offer a punch card to get discounts but it only works for rolling papers, I was served by NATE who was insulting and unaware of the product he was selling. Extremely unprofessional and will never come back to this once amazing dispensary. Dont waste your money here at defyne!! Keep going down the road and you will be treated properly.

I come here frequently, due to chronic painAnxiety and digestive challenges. The staff is always welcoming and knowledgeable if not honest about it. I appreciate them and most importantly they have a selection of pure indicas which is very hard to find locally, affordable and effective. I will see them again soon, ciao for now

Energy is great but the quality of bud is not. I go to these places hoping to get my money worth. Seems like the flower is just bottom tier grade. Maybe they need better experienced growers. Picked up 2 different strains .(purposely not telling you what strains)... they were very nice one in particular was a shot of good energy that made my work day outstanding!!!! Sub-par marijuana, pre-packaged and full of stems. Their customer service is horrible. After using three ATM, an employee very rudely yelled at me to stand near a sign (I was at least 10 feet away from any person or counter) and then told the person she was helping that she had to say something because it was weird where I was standing. I will never spend another dollar at this business. Go 5 minutes away to any other dispensary.

I was pleased to see them using masks and gloves and practicing safety. However this is the second time I received the wrong order. The bud tender was busy talking to her coworker instead of answering my questions. She didn’t seem to know a whole lot about cannabis which is fine, I know what I like. When I called to let them know they said they wouldn’t do anything since I didn’t pay for the product I didn’t receive which is true, but I won’t open the sealed bag until I’m home so you have to trust they include everything you asked for. Like a child you need to watch them carefully to make sure they give you the right product. Overall shady place, DONT recommend, I’m not giving them a third opportunity. Buyer beware.

I dont want to sound rude but the weed I got was terrible. The Wild Thai shake was the stoniest of the bunch, and it wasnt very stoney. I rolled the flower in a paper and I didnt cough, the paper didnt turn brown, there really wasnt any feedback. It was like smoking air. The other shake was god awful. It was literally just twigs and leaves and stems, it would have been better to use it for keef. I also kinda feel ripped off, like because I am an outsider I didnt get the best deal I could, like I was given the full price just because I wasnt in the know on how to get a better price. I had some flower leftover from California, an ounce I got for $110, and it was very stoney, so I know it wasnt just me and my tolerance.It felt more like visiting a business and being up-selled the junk for profit than going to a friends house and getting a good deal. Again, Im not trying to be mean, its just how I feel about it.Just like the reviews say though, the employees were very nice. Ill give them that.Have a nice day.
