Very nice facility & staff is accommodating. Very clean. All equipment worked flawlessly & smooth. Only downside is not allowed to take off shoes for doing legs which is useful when doing squats. Great variety of equipment. That is the best thing about this gym. Hydro massage & massage guns after workout are great additions. Smoothies were tasty too & a good size which is a bonus.

Love this gym. It is very clean and sophisticated. Staffs are friendly. However, the jacuzzi made my skin so irritated yesterday. I wonder if they put chlorine too much. I dont know. I took three shower and bath since yesterday but itchiness still hasnt gone away. I will delete this post once if I dont experience it again.

Good gym but always crowded. Additionally, it’s a relatively smaller gym and so be prepared to wait in line for a squat rack or some of the more popular machines like the leg press. It is a new gym, however, being just built a couple years ago and so equipment feels like pretty good shape. Staff is friendly and the GM is also very friendly. Premium membership is worth every penny because the theraguns are straight from Heaven. Overall, a good gym but I wish it wasn’t so crowded :/

I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year and tonight was one of the most enjoyable nights. Tonight’s staff was amazing! Kevin and the team made me feel welcome. I usually feel like a bother whenever I get a smoothie like they dread to make one. I’ll wait for 5-10 minutes sometimes before someone greets me, while one of the girls chats it up with a gym goer at the front desk and refusing to acknowledge me. I’m sure it’s not her intent but to me it feels like it’s on purpose.The gal tonight was excited and even said “I just love to make smoothies!”Thanks guys! We need more of your co workers to mimic that type of energy!

Chuze is like my second home! Ive been coming to this location since it opened and it has been truly amazing in every way! All of the staff are exceptionally friendly and they know the members and welcome them by name. The group fitness coaches are all so friendly and welcoming and helpful especially if you are taking a class for the first time. The Team Training coaches are exceptional and Ive built some amazing friendships with them as well as other members. The gym is always clean and always being cleaned by the staff. The amenities are fantastic and the price cant be beat! Hours are great, too. I also love Chuze as a company and their mission and overall philosophy. You can tell the employees are all aligned with their values and I love that they really take members feedback into consideration.

Well-maintained equipment with a great layout. The staff are very friendly and the manager Caleb goes above and beyond to know his members. Can get crowded at peak times but that could be said of any gym in the area.

Crazy high turnover. terrible staff, terrible supervisors, terrible management and terrible district. Fake nice and poor business ethics. The high volume low cost is not worth the headaches of dealing with giant crowds and no equipment availability. No basketball court as well. Spend the extra money and go to a real gym in the area with better trained and quality staff.

Visited the Highlands Ranch facility as I was running some errands near there. Just as nice as my favorite location in Littleton (Bowles).

Gym and equipment all excellent, however, the sheer number of people in the gym made it difficult to find parking and there was large wait times for popular equipment (Squat, Bench, etc)

Honestly this gym would be amazing but you guys seriously need to implement a timer or line system on the squat/deadlift area... I did my entire work out 45 minutes except deadlift and only one time did a person change out.

I was a member at this gym for about a year, although I wasn’t able to use it for a lot of that time due to COVID I really enjoyed the couple months I could. They gym is clean, has a lot of variety and is overall an excellent value especially with the included classes.The only reason I cancelled was because I moved and have gyms included in my HOA now. The cancellation process was quick, painless, and did not come with any fees (I did fulfill my full year). I would return to this gym in a heartbeat if I ever need to.

This gym is always been cleaned, masks and social distancing have been reinforced. Due to the new restrictions only 60 minutes are allowed. Id recommend to see how can they allow us to work for 90mins total duration.

Everyone better start standing up or else you’re going to be ruled by businesses and communism.I have a medical issue that causes me not to have to wear a mask.I was let into the gym without a mask. When my wife and I signed up they were not requiring masks.Well today I was stopped while walking, alone and demanded to put on a mask.I asked about medical concerns and she told me they don’t care. CHUZE doesn’t care if you have medical issues or not.Looks like Chuze wants to be sued. One for discrimination and two if anything happens to someone who has a medical issue and it’s due to the mandates mask wearing - like passing out due to lack of oxygen / carbon dioxide poisoning, heart attacks, etc.As a fellow business owner, I advise Chuze to think wisely and they could find themselves in some major lawsuits.It’s not any businesses responsibility for personal health. It’s the individuals responsibility and masks are nothing more than a control mechanism.Chuze will NEVER receive another dime from me or my family and I’ll also be blasting my experience on social media and telling every friend I know.

Even as a guest with just a 7 day pass Emily took the time and effort to remember my name from my first visit. She welcomed me by name every morning. She’s a great example of their friendly staff.

Awful cancellation policy. I havent been to Chuze since February (you know... because a pandemic) so I called to cancel my membership and I cannot cancel over the phone, thru the app, or the website. I have to go to the location or scan/take a picture of a written signed letter and email it. They also refused to simply stop the annual fee ($50) from being charged even though I am trying to cancel now because its occuring within the next 10 days. This gym ties your membership to your bank account and not a credit card so they can continue charging you even if you do not want it. Even though I have not attended Chuze since Feb 2020, I remained a member through this pandemic because I was hopeful in returning and wanted to support a place I enjoyed. I definitely wont be returning to Chuze.

I was deadlifting with my shoes off because it usually gives you better leverages on the bar and the weight. I probably got notified 3 times over 6 months to wear shoes while deadlifting and the 3rd time, after not being to the gym in 3 months, I got banned. Also for some reason this skinny worker with black spiky hair named zach could not stand me although I never did anything to him? This place is terrible if you have a powerlifting approach to working out.

Staff is great, members are great about wiping down machines after use and you will see staff walking around cleaning machines. Seems like safety is priority.

CLEANEST gym I have ever stepped into. Really friendly staff, which I haven’t found at previous gyms. I came from Vasa which was overcrowded, smelled constantly and there were often times never any staff at the desk. Equipment is nice and they have two of each machine, really nice treadmills, and their cinema room has a huge screen and great sound system. But seriously, I cannot stress how clean this place is. You’d think there were no members at all!I have autism and certain environments can cause me a lot of stress because of their lack of cleanliness. This place doesn’t smell, the lighting isn’t too intense and the music is at a reasonable volume. Thanks Chuze!

Visited Chuze as a guest. Used to be a Vasa. Love Chuze every since. Its 30min drive to either one thats close to me but its worth going. Even when its super busy, theres still plenty of machines to use 👍

I have been into fitness for over 40 years and I can honestly say this gym is awesome! I am in the process of fighting cancer and I was given a shirt that was signed by staff members showing me their support and encouraging me in my fight. It meant a lot to me that they care. I highly recommend Chuze Fitness in Highlands Ranch!

They are one of the only gyms open, so its really busy right now... but they have good equipment and the place is clean. Deducting one star for weak sauna and water pressure when those facilities are open. I can understand the water thing since theyre trying to be eco-friendly, but a sauna that can barely make me sweat just makes me sad.

Ive been with Lifetime Fitness, Vasa and Chuze. Give me Chuze. Price is right and if you like a clean gym, its not even close. Staff is super friendly and uts a mix of all types of people. All good.

+5 New, clean, spacious, accessible, and affordable. -1 Partly because they prohibit chalk & bags, but mostly because the staff harasses me about noise when I do Olympic lifts on the Olympic platforms. They dont know the difference between finishing a snatch and slamming a weight. (If you dont either, then 5 stars I guess.)

I recently joined this gym and I love it. Its very clean and spacious with nice equipment. What I am not impressed with is apparently you can only use the lockers when working out; you cant leave a lock on overnight. Well, I had no idea about this, so a worker cut my lock on my locker during the night, and my hand grips went missing. I gave my name and number to someone and I have yet received a phone call if my grips have been found. This is just a nuisance, and I have to wait until Amazon has my size again for me to order another pair.

My husband and I just recently made the switch to ChuzeFitness, and we love it!! The amenities are awesome and the facility is sparkling clean. Not to mention, we’ve had excellent experiences with their customer service. We’re huge fans!

My wife and I are just about done with our 7 day trial and we will both be going premium. Excellent gym, well maintained amenities, and very clean. Staff are super friendly and focused on customer service rather than sales. If this location can maintain this level of care for the long term, it will be one of the best gyms in the metro area.

Love this gym! It has different equipment from other gyms I have been a member of.. it doesnt matter your fitness level beginner to expert you feel welcomed by everyone.

A friend of mine introduced me to Chuze Fitness by inviting me to experience the hydro massage chair, which I did with no hassle whatsoever. As a result I ended up joining and becoming a member.However, I tried to do the same thing for a friend of mine who lives in the springs. We went into this location and supervisor stated that my friend could only go 5 minutes rather than 10. We got into a debate over it, in the end the supervisor would not budge. I guess an extra five minutes on a hydro chair for someone whos never been into one of these facilities is too much to ask for. What does that tell you about the rest of the business model?I will be contacting upper management to cancel my membership tomorrow. There are too many other places in town that offer better service then this place does.5 minutes? Wow#ChuzeNot

This gym is super nice and the staff there do such a good job at keeping everything clean and put together. I got my membership in CA and Corbyn was super helpful with figuring out if my same benefits applied to the CO gyms and explained everything to me perfectly. Hes awesome at customer service and is very kind with how he handled the situation. I will definitely be back to this gym and will be recommending it out to all my friends and family looking for a gym(:

Good place to workout, right now. Its never overly busy there so theres ample equipment available. Do yourself a favor and get that $20 membership, the added perks are way worth it.

This location opened first before my normal location (Monaco) so have been coming here in the interim, and honestly have to say that besides the drive, its pretty nice. The equipment is newer. I havent done any classes yet, but maybe one day Ill get here in time to do one. I also like that they arent being harassed by Denver County to limit people to an absurd quantity nor pestering anyone to wear a mask that doesnt want too.

Today I went in to this location to check out the gym and see if I wanted to join. Unfortunately, the girl at the front with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a stupid nose ring made me feel ugly and unwelcome. You should not have someone with such a big ego running the front desk of an establishment that depends on people feeling good about themselves.

Great facility, really nice staff, VERY clean, full range of equipment, massage chairs rule world, lap pool, several saunas, yoga studio is excellent.. Highly recommended.

Simply the best, biggest, and newest gym in all of Highlands Ranch.

Ive been going to Chuze since their opening. Theyve had some kinks to work out, but otherwise its been great. I love the variety of classes and having an unlimited pass means I can go to any of them I want! The staff is friendly and the hydromassage chairs are great! They are weird about not having bags in class, so leave your purse in your car or use one of their lockers. Also, you have to check in for classes and get a slip with a number on it. Some staff make you stand in line according to your slip number like youre in kindergarten. Like I said, a couple weird things, but otherwise its a great gym.

Very clean, well managed for social distancing

I called the manager at the highlands ranch gym in May to put my billing on hold because of Covid 19. She said they could put it on hold for 90 days. But they never put it on hold and it has been overdrawing my account. I called the number in the website for highlands ranch and it says it’s disconnected. This gym is a joke don’t sign up with them.

Waiting 30 mins so far to sign up for a membership. You got 7 people up here1 person doing memberships the other 5 people BSing. Disappointing .

Great facility, I only wish they allowed powerlifters to bring their equipment in a bag, instead they make us carry knee sleeves, wrist wraps, belt, elbow sleeves, straps, knee wraps etc to the power racks. Also they only allow liquid chalk, a much more expensive option. Please consider altering the rules to be more inclusive of those that use protective equipment while powerlifting.

They don’t let you in class even if your 30 sec late. Not worth the stress. I Had to get a babysitter to go work out and I ended up driving 30 min just to be turned away and was told I can’t work out. These people are crazy. I was 1 min late.
