Went in 15 min before closing and had exceptional customer service and attitudes even though employees were ready to leave and I held them up. I had an over the phone payment and the manager that helped me made me feel like I wasnt a problem for being there late. Great staff all around!

Have had great experiences lately with their customer service and home services, like flooring projects and windows.

Ordered kitchen counter tops through them and had A LOT of problems with the installers - Front Range Stone. They took over double the time originally estimated. They had bad craftsmanship and a bad attitude. From Home Depots perspective they didnt do anything to help and could basically care less.
