Amazing and very friendly! Im always very hesitant when I have to find a new dentist (I moved from Illinois last year) because Ive had some pretty bad experiences with dentists. Long story short, Ive needed a lot of dental work done so Ive spent my fair share of hours in the chair.Meyer dental made me feel welcome, they took their time to get to know me, they took their time to get to know what makes me anxious and to make sure that I felt comfortable at all times. Meyer Dental is fantastic! Dr. Meyer takes very good care of you and if something is not exactly right she will make it right ASAP. In addition, her dental hygienist is the best! Absolutely no pain, and it’s quick and easy. Her office uses the latest technology. In fact, if your crown is a candidate she has a printer that makes crowns. Instead of waiting 3 weeks for your new crown, you get it in about an hour.I would be remiss if I did not mention her dental assistants. They are all outstanding. I have had the pleasure of working with Marie, Zara, and Christina and they are so skilled and knowledgeable. Dr Meyer hires the best of the best.Speaking of the best, the office staff is great. Diane handles all the insurance paperwork with ease and the receptionists are super happy to see you.I actually look forward to seeing my dentist!

As well, they did not try to pressure me into unneccessary work or into having the work I need done immediately while I cannot afford it yet. I love this place!

It might sound cliche to say I walked in and immediately felt at home but who cares, it’s true. Shanna was such a wonderful hygienist, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt okay throughout the whole process (which is impressively thorough). I am very disappointed with my experience at Meyers dental. Being this was my first visit I was extremely alarmed when dr. Meyer told me the assistant would be doing my bonding with no supervision from her. The assistant was very sweet (as was doctor Meyer) but it was apparent she was not as confident as doctor Meyer. She repeatedly hurt my gums and commented on how unsure she was about the filling, saying “we will just have to see how long this lasts.” She nicked my front tooth with the drill which I will now have to go get bonding on from another dentist. She and the front desk supervisor also tried extremely hard to sell me on veneers (even after the doctor advised against it) and I was even forced to make another appointment after I told them both no several times.In addition to these bigger issues, the gloves used in the office also had a stench to them and the office chair was uncomfortable to the point that I now have a sore spot on my neck.I was very excited to meet a new dentist who could consult on cosmetic issues I’ve had I was disappointed in the lack of time spent consulting with the actual doctor. I felt like I was pawned off and neglected. I found myself tense and anxious as I waited to be done so I could go home. I’m extremely upset that I will now have to get more bonding done and have less trust in dentists.

I’ve been a patient at Meyer Dental for about three years, and during that time all the staff have been quick to find answers on insurance questions, have never been pushy about a procedure that needs done, and have never once been judgmental about the state of my mouth, of which I’m a little sensitive. I suffer from claustrophobia which makes dental visits difficult to say the least. From my first phone call Ive received the most compassionate care and concern for my comfort and well being. My hygienist, Dara, is always aware of my body language and makes adjustments/accommodations as necessary. She is honestly the best! I plan to continue visiting Dr. Meyer and Dara as long as the office is open. I dread thinking of ever having to go somewhere else.

This is the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The front office staff are so friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable immediately. The dental hygienist was amazing and did fantastic job. I had to have a crown and the whole experience was pain free. The dentist and assistant were excellent and high tech. At the age of 65 I have just had the most enjoyable dental appointment of my life! My hygienist was friendly, understanding, and took the time to explain the full mouth x-rays and concerns that needed to be addressed. (I like having things explained to me.) Perfect combination of great patient care and professionalism. Out of 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. Dr. Myers outlined the treatment plan and since the crown can be created right there in their office another visit isn’t necessary. Very impressive.

I have been seeing Dr Meyer for years. I started seeing her when it started feeling like my other dentist was trying to make his boat payments when I walked in. Dr Meyer is very good and tells you what you need to have done, what can wait, and what to do to avoid problems. Yesterday was the first time I met Dr Heim, he was also very good and I was very comfortable with him. Dara, the hygienist was thorough, gentle and pleasant. I will continue to use Meyer Heim Dental.

I gave this place a try although I have a dentist I am quite happy with and I must say they appear very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. I was impressed. Their receptionist was the only part of the staff I was not impressed by with regard to her difficulty finding our insurance, but she may be new and in training. The hygienist and Dr. Meyer himself were very professional and seemed incredibly competent.

This is a caring, professional practice. I received information on use of my new water pic. I received feedback on my efforts in cleaning my teeth and gums. The hygienist explained what she was doing each step of the way. My cleaning was completed in a timely manner. Three times Ive been here and twice they hit me with a surprise bill weeks after my last appointment. I asked them several times before my last visit if I was covered and they said I was and would not have to pay. I reaffirmed this with the front desk several times. Well a few weeks later I get a bill for my visit. I called the front desk and the person on the phone was extremely rude and short with me and kept repeating I owed them money whenever I asked questions. I have written conversations where they told me I wont owe anything and several times a week they harass me via email about oweing money. I understand with insurances these things happen but the incredibly rude response I got from the front office when I was just trying to work things out and the consistent lying about billing is frustrating. Never had any issues with dentists in the past, will be finding someone new.

My kids and I have been going to Dr Meyer for approximately 7 years. WE LOVE HER AND HER PRACTICE. She and her staff are professional, kind, courteous, and thorough. She makes everyone feel comfortable and we have all lost our dread of going to the dentist! We have had wonderful experiences from billing, to scheduling, to cleanings, to crowns (as wonderful as a crown can be, that is) during our entire time as her patients! Thank you , Dr Meyer and staff!!!!

I continue to be impressed with the level of treatment I receive at this practice. The numbness from the medication wore off by about 6:30 and I have had no residual pain from either the crown or fillings. There are somerough spots on some of the fillings which I may want to see about getting smoothed down but I will live with it for a few days and see if it resolves without need of further treatment.

Best dentist I have even been to in my life. Compassionate, Patient, Loving, Gentle, and most of all Friendly. The entire staff as well as Dr. Meyer are wonderful. They take time to explain everything to you and are so patient with children. My son now loves going to the dentist. My 18 month old daughter just had her first visit and I have never seen anything so sweet in my life. They took the time to show her the equipment and had patience with her being a little unsure of the situation. She left the dentist with no fears. Highly recommended!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Heim’s for several years and yes, I think his among the most skilled dentists I have ever known. That being said, the front office overcharged me based on my insurance statement. It took weeks to be reimbursed. This has happened twice.

Im not someone who typically does reviews, but I feel obligated to make sure everyone knows how great Dr. Sarah is. My whole family goes to her and she is especially great with our kiddos. My oldest face planted into the street this past weekend and Dr. Sarah had him in and fixed in no time. If you looking for a great dentist, stop now and just call Dr. Sarah Meyer.

Dr. Meyer is a true professional and knowledgeable in her field. She wont do more work than you need or up-sell services. Shes also extremely personable and, even though my kids have gone to a pediatric dentist since before we found her, she still asks about my whole family and remembers our personalities, professions and activities. Her practice is relaxing from the color on the walls to the demeanor of her team and billing and appointment setting are easy. We had to go without insurance (and dental visits) for two years, but having new coverage now we were able to go back to Dr. Meyer and pick up where we left off with no shame!

I was looking for a new dentist when I found Dr Meyer. She is both honest and skilled. My dentist of several years told me I needed a new bridge and root canal. Dr Meyer found from her xrays that I did not need either one. I did have one cavity which she repaired. The stasff is helpful and always very cheerful. I am very happy I found Meyer Heim Dental.

The dental hygienist/ teeth cleaning was hands down the best experience I have ever had in dentistry. She was very sensitive to the fact that I have anxiety in regards to visits to the dentist and explained everything she would be doing on the front end. There were no surprises in regards to billing at the end and Dr. Meyer didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services. Glad I found them!
