I could not recommend Dr. Bailey and his entire practice more! While many people have a fear of the dentist, I actually love going. I have always been extremely satisfied in the care my family are I provided and can confidently say whoever you see on any given day will give you the best care possible. I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity of this practice, they never suggest anything that is not necessary and are excellent listeners and supporters. Lastly, everyone in the office is kind, patient and considerate - all of Dr. Baileys patients and staff are lucky to know him!

Dr. Bailey and his team have been part of our family, and we are part of his (so to speak because that is the atmosphere of his practice) since 1994 when we moved to Highlands Ranch. I cannot say enough great things about his practice. Everyone is kind, committed to excellence and patient/family-focused. He and his team of amazing technicians/hygienists always ask about our now grown kids, who saw him first at ages 3 and 6 (and their teeth are perfect!). I’ve been going to Dr. Bailey’s for 12 years and I absolutely love it here. No one likes going to the dentist, but if you absolutely have to do something you hate do it with people who do an exceptional job. They are extremely thorough, gentle, patient and educate while they clean your teeth. Jenny is the hygienist who takes care of me every time I am there and she makes the experience stress free. They were originally in network with me, but now they are out of network, but it doesn’t stop me from continuing to see them.

I came for a cleaning and check up after many years of not going to the dentist. Im happy I found a Denver dentist near me I can trust in Highlands Ranch! The whole staff is very warm and welcoming, which made for an anxiety free trip after avoiding the dentist for so long. Cassandra did a terrific job and I had a painless and fast cleaning. Dr. Leyva did a great job explaining what dental work I needed to have done and why. Amazingly, getting the filling on my one cavity was also pain free and fast, and it was over before I knew it!

This place is amazing! I was scared and embarrassed to go to the dentist because of how bad my teeth had become. First, Cassie the hygienist, was a smiling face with a bubbly personality! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental assistant, Lindsey, was very friendly, attentive, and communicative. She explained everything she was going to do ahead of time to help ease any nerves. She reassured me I had nothing to be embarrassed about and making that 1st appointment was a major step in the right direction! Dr. Leyva is a wizard with the teeth tools lol. I have jaw issues that prevent me from opening my mouth wide for a long period of time. She worked with me and adjusted to ensure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable. I have had no issues with any work i’ve had done here. Dr. Leyva was even able to repair some previous work that I had done at a different practice! She does her best to call patients after they’ve had work done to check the healing process and make sure they are feeling good! The entire team at Colorado Precision Dentistry & Orthodontics is wonderful and I highly recommend them to anybody needing dental work!

This is the most amazing dental practice I have ever been to. The office staff are attentive to everyones needs and are extremely welcoming. As I was having a filling fixed on my front tooth, the dentist discussed with me how to get the most of my smile by smoothing the other two teeth next to the filling. Based on the reviews I saw on Yelp/Google for this office I thought I had found my new home. I had my first appointment today; i was wrong.... Dr. Gipples advice to me was to go back to my old dentist. I made it known to this office that I was changing dentists on purpose. Yet they would still advice me to go back? Why would I want to change dentists in the first place then? My advice to this office, even if you have to start from ground zero with a new patient... Dont tell them to go back to where they came from.

Dr Bailey is knowledgeable in so many areas of dentistry that I always feel safe and in good hands. I have had several of them work on me and they are the ultimate professional. Recently I needed some mouth guards made and Suzy was soooo great to work with. She spent so much time with me, making sure I didnt leave until it was a perfect fit. Many of Dr. Baileys staff have been with him since the very beginning of his practice and that says a lot!I have recommended him many times and I believe he, and his entire staff are the BEST out there!

His team - many of them have been there for well over 10 years - is a close knit group and they are patient advocates genuinely interested in your care and well-being. The staff makes routine appointments an enjoyable and stress-free event. The office runs on time, and the mood is relaxed. The office handles billing directly with dental carriers, and there has never been a problem working with the numerous carriers I have had coverage through over the past 25 years.

I have been seeing Dr. Bailey at Precision Dentistry since I was a little kid, so for probably over 20 years. I have moved to the city and saw a different dentist maybe once or twice and wish I would have just come back here.Now I make the trek here, its worth it. The staff is incredible, I have seen the same faces over the course of many years which means they are well taken care of and truly care about their patients and what they do.This office has also made the commitment to adapt with technology. Since the 90s this place has really evolved. The technology keeps getting better, the chairs get comfier, (did I mention the chairs even have a massage option?!), and the reminders for appointments take place via text and they reach out personally as well.I had so much dental work done here, from my first expander, to braces and a retainer, then last week my first cavity (thats right, first! They have done amazing with my cleaning over the years) they always make you feel extremely comfortable. Whether you are a kid dealing with getting train tracks put across your mouth, or an adult nervous about your first filling, they are there to make it as easy and painless as possible.I would highly recommend this practice and am so grateful for the smile they gave me over the past 20+ years.
