Heidi is fantastic! I have had a lot of professional massages so I have a lot to compare to. She is seriously the best. Heidi does well in so many areas. First, her communication is excellent. She is friendly and does a good job understanding your expectations. She also continues to communicate with you through the massage so make sure you are receiving the treatment/care/pressure you want. Second, she has great experience/education. She knows how the body connects and works together and can work several different areas of the body to make your area(s) of concern loosen and relax. Third, she has great technique and intuition. She does a great job kneading and stretching muscles. She can find areas that are holding tension and causing pain and helps you recognize and relax them. After a massage you can tell your body has increased circulation to problem areas which leads to better healing. If you want a personalized massage for stress/anxiety, or pain/injury- Heidi is your girl.

This woman is amazing!! After THE most stressful day at my office Heidi was all about fixing me up. Her pressure is spot on and she massages earlobes!! I know it seems small and silly but come on folks your earlobes need attention too ❤️❤️ Thanks Heidi for making my day end on such a relaxed note!!

Heidi is an amazing massage therapist! She is one of my favorite and one I recommend constantly to people. Shes very intuitive and knowledgeable about massage and healing and the body.Shes worked on me several times. She even helped me after having a double jaw surgery and helping the muscles to heal in my face. Not something you would tend to think about getting your face but not only was it super relaxing but it really helped with the swelling and the scar tissue and the popping I had in my joints. My surgeon even noticed a difference in my healing process after I saw him right after my massage.She has a very healing touch and presence that you feel comfortable with her immediately. She is a master of her craft. I highly highly recommend her.

Heidi is awesome! She really is attentive to my needs and I feel like a million dollars when we are done with our sessions. Also, she has taught me several stretches and various techniques to maintain my body and improve my overall wellness. I highly recommend!

I am so happy I went to Heidi for pain in my neck and back. She was very attentive to find out exactly where I hurt. I had painted my kitchen and then painted all of the cupboards as well which was a huge project! Needless to say, I had some very tight and sore muscles. I had Heidi give me a massage prior to going to the chiropractor for my sore back and neck. She did an amazing job working all of the problem areas that I would be having the chiropractor adjust. I have had problems with my lower back for quite awhile and I would get some relief by going to the chiropractor, but the muscles were always so tight that he had a hard time getting the lower back to pop. After having the massage first and then going to the chiropractor, he was able to get my back to pop and my lower back and hip are feeling better than they have for a very long time. I am very impressed with Heidis technique and that she asked first about issue areas and then focused first on these. I was so relaxed by the time she finished that I knew it would be a great visit with the chiropractor. I would recommend a massage from Heidi to anyone!
