The staff was very courteous and professional! The waiting room was stocked with snacks and something to drink if you wanted. Victoria was wonderful in explaining things as well as Dr Kelly! Dr Kelly did a wonderful job and I was very pleased! I will definitely go back in the future! I was that impressed!

Victoria and Dr Kelly Sells were both great. The front desk was friendly. The entire operation was efficient and well run. Very impressed.

Today was the third time I required the surgery services of Advanced Dermasurgery Associates. Specifically Dr. Kelly-Sell. Being the third time should say a great deal. From the very first appointment in 2019, through today Dr. Kelly-Sell and the entire staff can be counted upon for the best possible professional and friendly service. From check-in through follow-up, tbis organization is always amazing. You are always treated well medically, as well as personally.

I had two types of cancer removed from the back of my leg with Mohs surgery. Dr. Kelly and his staff were very professional and also took time to answer questions I had. The offices and rooms are very clean and the procedure went well. I wish all my medical/dental experiences went this smoothly.

Wait was 1.5 hours the first time I was there. 2nd time just to remove stitches is 1 hr 10 minutes and still counting.

I visited this place for a rash. The doctor examined me, she has no idea what she sees and tells me to apply moisturizer. After a year she sends me a 500$ bill for it, this is absolutely ridiculous and I think this is robbery.

I am very pleased with the professional, courteous and friendly staff. My experience with Dr Kelly-Sell and attending staff, Krystal during the procedure, was great. I couldnt have ask for a better experience during a anxious time. Thanks to everyone!

Dr Kelly-Sell and all of the assistants were very friendly, caring and professional. The day after my Mohs surgery, Dr Kelly personally called to check on me. He was very accurate in anticipating how I would feel and the side effects from the procedure. I would highly recommend his practice to others.

I was referred to Dr Sells and went to both the Highlands office and the Las Colinas office. The physician and staff were excellent. The staff were all courteous and efficient, obviously knew the job. It was also evident some of the staff had not assisted Dr Sells very often, but they communicated easily with him and the procedure was seamless. I highly recommend using this group. Dr. Momin and her staff are extremely professional and caring. They are all friendly and you can tell they are happy to work there. From the person who answers the phone, to the doctor herself (and everyone in between) they treat you with respect and kindness. Dr. Momin is extremely skilled at what she does, and strives for perfection at the removal, minimal scar size, and healing process for her patients.

Advanced Dermasurgery Associates is by far the best place to have MOHs procedure done. Dr. Saira Momin is one of the best at the procedure. I have had two of these procedures done now, one was very recent. You would not even be able to tell me where on my neck it was done. The recent one is healing very nicely and should be the same. Dr. Momin has incredible bedside manner, her people skills are great! She lets you know what is going on at all times and answers any questions immediately and without making you feel stupid. She also makes it her mission to not leave a mark. Even though I WANTED a cool scar (jokingly) she wanted to make sure her work did not look sloppy whatsoever. I highly recommend Advanced Dermasurgery Associates for anyone having this procedure.
