Office is always clean and I like the music in the background. And let’s not forget about Ernie, her massages are some of the best I have received. Love the private room and scenario. If you are committed to the treatment plan, I mean truly committed, you will begin to see an feel results!!!! By far the best chiropractic office I’ve ever stepped into! I was nervous at first, however the receptionist put my mind at ease with her friendly smile, glowing personality and she was very informative! Dr Christopher took the time to hear what was going on and made sure I understood everything he was doing and answered all my questions. That immediately gave me a sense of comfort because for once I wasn’t lost and I was told I could live pain free which was something I’ve never heard from any of my doctors. They presented their plan of action after going over my x rays; I am now a month into my treatment plan and I can’t tell you how much they’ve helped me! Absolutely the best Dr. experience I have ever had. I moved to this location after years of trying to find a massage therapist as good as Ernie after she changed locations. I couldnt do it! So I followed her over here and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing Dr. Christopher was, he is never hiding in his office always walking around and friendly. His corrective care has helped me with problems other chiropractors never even checked. They always greet me not only with my name but the names of my three kids. It is always a joy to go.

Chris does a great job of finding the source of what causes the curve in my spine and has put me on a treatment plan to greatly reduce that. I’ve had physical demanding jobs all of my life. Lifting heavy objects and being on my feet most of the day. After having pains in my lower back and in the bottom of my feet, I came to get checked and started an adjustment and massage plan. Connected Health Center Highland Village is the best. Called the Office and Melissa Scheduled me to come take my X- rays. Came in with really bad sharp pain on lower back and lots of stiffness with my upper back. Came by and gave it a try, only to find out he is the Best Chiropractor I ever been to. He explained everything from my X-rays very detailed of what was going on with my back. Why I was having the pain I was feeling. Dr. Christopher asked what was a reason i wanted to get adjusted, and said “I want to be able to bend oven and tie my shoes without having to be in pain.” Now I can really get back to the things I love to do. Ernie helped out a lot too. Her massage are intense, but really helped loosing my muscles.Thank you guys y’all they best!

I had been seeing Christopher for a couple of months now. Everything was smooth at the beginning but towards the end I had close to 4 visits left and when I was there a couple of days back he didn’t adjust me and says my calendar month was over and he “apologized” for not reminding me about the number of visits left and said he would charge me for that day’s visit. And, instead of adjusting he started talking about some other treatments I needed to take (sales pitch /for commission??) and didn’t care to address the current issue.To be clear, his office had sent me a text reminder about my visit and after taking pain and driving for close to 75 mins (both ways) he simply refused to adjust me. As a healthcare professional here are the two things that matter the most — empathy and compassionate. I’m truly disappointed with this experience and hopefully he gets to see this review!

I havent seen a chiropractor in over 7 years because I have a neuro transmitter in my spine and about a week ago I almost couldnt walk, sit or stand comfortably. When I finally went to see if they could help....I was so shocked and totally blown away!!The staff is friendly and OMG Erinie is a life saver too! She hurts you so good with her miracle massages! So Ive been pretty rough on my body in my lifetime and the last 6-7 months Ive been dealing with extreme pain in my lower back that went down my leg and would literally take my breath away. This is after 3 months of getting adjusted by a different chiropractor. I met Dr. Derek and explained my symptoms, Dr Derek took the time to explain from X-rays what my problem is and how to address it, Ive been adjusted 3 times now by Dr Derek and Im getting more range of motion and the pain has dramatically decreased. There is so many chiropractors out there and I didnt know how to pick one but after meeting with Dr Derek I can assure you will not look any farther. Realistic about expectations and made me feel confident about treatment because he is so confident. If you are looking for the real deal Dr Derek is the man.

After having Dr. Benson work on my alignment I feel like a brand new body. I came in with joint pain that I was told was just part of being an athlete. I am so disappointed... I recently moved to Irving and met them at a health fair held at my work. I liked them and needed to start looking for a chiro here in Texas and made an appointment but it never happened.They were further out than I expected but I figured my GPS could get me there... I drove 45 minutes and got lost a few times along the way to get there at 8am on the dot for my appointment only to be turned away because I didnt have my paperwork pre-filled out because they had a busy day... Taken aback, I left. The office called about 15mins later apologizing that they didnt offer to reschedule when I was in the office and offering to quick exam today and a full one at a later time, etc etc... Im sorry, you only get to make a first impression once and you failed. I told her that I was so upset and that if this is how doctors in Texas treat patients then Id rather not get treated her and wait for my monthly visit back home. Disappointing experience for sure.

After receiving traditional chiropractic for most of my life, I finally became knowledgeable on CBP style chiropractic & how others are NOT created equal. The majority of chiropractors out there are not CBP style & sure you will feel some temporary relief, but they do not get down to the root of the problem. After moving to TX recently, my husband & I were SO thankful to find Dr. Bensons chiropractic clinic to continue our CBP style care. Dr. Bensons team goes above & beyond & it is clear he is passionate about the work that he does. Dr. Benson takes detailed X-rays & talks through your full treatment plan with care and detail (NEVER go to a chiro who doesnt take X-rays). I highly recommend Dr. Bensons clinic & we will be coming here for years to come. Excellent team, clean office & a bonus adorable Husky there to greet you!

I have spent the last 10 years in and out of care for a hip/back issue. I gave multiple chiros months and years of my time following treament plans, yet never found lasting healing. This has literally been the focus of my time from going to all sorts of specailist, MRIs, spinal injections, physical therapy, you name it. After a very detailed consult and evalutaion from Dr. Benson (along with their top-notch customer service) in just two weeks I have found the best healing to date and the best thing, no pain has come back. He checks on each patient and loves when a patient brings a child with them to their appointment. He thrives on getting to snuggle and love on kids. I literally look forward to my appointments with Dr. Derek because just as he is healing so is his therapy dog Kuma.
